Good looking bags!
June 20, 2018

Viking Bags provides a solution to a common problem, quality. The function, strength and durability are a testament to the brand. Feel free to put the beating on the product because they are weather resistant and can withstand the impact of an accident, while providing cushion for the rider. I am a motorcycle enthusiast and not always a fan of cargo on bikes. But Viking Bags accommodate most makes and models, without taking away from the aesthetic.
I dig this brand, check out Viking Bags. See you on the road!

Rip off
July 25, 2017

I purchased saddlebags from this company for my Fat Boy Lo. One arrived damaged and the bags did not fit the motorcycle. The turn signal relocation kit was missing parts as well. I contacted the company the day after they were received. Every communication asked for additional pictures and I'd be sent another PDF. After multiple pictures had been sent, they acknowledged that the mounting system for the bags didn't fit the bike and one was damaged. Instead of the money back guarantee they advertise, I was emailed that they would consider refunding me 10% of the purchase price. Never saw that either. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered a windshield bag (WIN-280-PL). First off, it has a funky smell to it, which I ASSUME will wear off in time. Comes, perhaps from how its made? BUT the biggest complaint is the size or rather the lack of! The bags listed size on their site is 10.5" x 6.5" x 3", and yet, no matter how I measure it, the readings I get are, 9.75" x 5.375" x 2.75" (or if you include the flap, it is 3"). No way is the bag the size it is supposed to be! I would have no problem if the measurements were plus or minus. 250", but this is just ridiculous! Therefore, I can't recommend Viking Bags to any of my friends. It's a shame as the quality seems to be very good. However, if you don't mind a smell that hopefully goes away eventually and a bag that is not as large as you paid for, then Viking Bags is your best bet.

I ordered a large leather sissy bar bag for travels and smaller bag for day trips. Both are very well made with plenty of room. Scott Adam was so incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Viking bags and Scott for your motorcycle gear.

One stop shop for gear
September 14, 2017

Since I started riding gear has always been important to me. Without breaking the bank the gear and services that viking offers is great. Scott was my customer representative and did a fantastic job! I now have three viking jackets and have not had an issue with any of them. I recommend them to my friends and will continue to do so. Thanks again!

Loving the Viking bag
March 15, 2018

I wasnt sure about the size of the bag but it works great, the magnets are strong and I have always had very quick responses from their service Dept for everything Ive bought. No other bag has stood up to the kind of riding I do.

Loving these saddlebags on my super glide. One of the best things are the quick release snaps under the straps cos I don't have to undo the whole buckle belt thing. My bags were stolen outside a motel cos someone just cut throw over straps and took them so this time I mounted these bags with their quick disconnect brackets which are pretty heavy duty and come with a key lock too. Really easy to take the bags off for cleaning the bike, just need to twist the key on brackets and take the bags off. A lot of people have asked me where did I buy these bags and get a lot of compliments too so they definitely look good. Can't be happier!

I ordered saddlebags using their browse by bike feature. They came and did not fit the bike. They would not pay for return shipping, even though their website states you will receive a return label via email and retain the tracking number and use it for every correspondence with us. Even after calling and stating this argument, they refused to pay return shipping on an exchange.

Viking bag products are made with extremely durable material. I really liked the quality of the buckles and stitching. I worked with Pamela Smith from Customer Service who was very nice, supportive and answered all of my questions.

Most of VikingBags products are 'universal', meaning they will fit on a large percentage of bikes but not specifically made for your exact make and model. It's important to be patient when you receive your bags and try to mount them on your bike. These were far less expensive than other brands and a fantastic deal for the quality product you get, I was expecting subpar materials and not the attention to detail in the zippers, D-rings, and construction of the straps. But don't expect detailed instructions and use your common sense when mounting on your motorcycle. They give you a ridiculous amount of attaching options and straps which make the mounting process much more easier. I have three different types of their bags and use them on my four motorcycles, just doing a few strap adjustments when switching bikes. Scott Adam in customer service has been fantastic to deal with. I'd recommend these bags to anyone.
