First off I want to thank Scott Adams for helping me by answering my questions, he was very helpful. I ordered the Ironclad motorcycle textile jacket and the Saxon riding pants. Both shipped very quickly and are fantastic quality, very padded, excellent riding gear. I would recommend this company to friends and will definitely order from them again.
I am highly disappointed with these bags! None of the hardware worked with my bike (brackets, bolts, anything at all) and the bags are not even pre-drilled to fit my bike! It came with all metric hardware for a Harley! I wasted hours of time trying to fit these to my bike and ended up returning them. The return process was horrible and they expect you to pay for return shipping. I am still waiting to get my money back! Do yourself a favor and don't buy these!

Bought the bags for my Sportster Iron 883.
The bags are very nice, but the hardware does not fit the bike that they claim it does. Watch this video if you want to understand what you're getting into: On youtube search for viking bags sporster install and see what the poster girl had to go through.
I had to modify parts of my bike and get new hardware to make the bags fit. The installation instructions are not even close. The hardware does not match their own parts. Customer service rep hung up on me almost immediately.
I expected more from this company.
I bought saddlebags for my Sportster 883 Low XL883L. The installation was very easy. I am using their saddlebags from last four months. They are of great quality. They didn't break or loose from any side. Some of my friends also purchased bags for their bikes. They love their bag. Now I am planning to get one pair for my son for his bike. Excellent customer services. Fast delivery. Definitely, recommend to all.
Setting out on a 1500+ miles Tour Of Honor run tomorrow. This bag has allowed me to put everything on the bike I will need on the trip! Love the side opening as it allowed me to access the bag after I had forgot a couple items. Also compliments my other Viking Trunk bag. I have all the room I need without over stuffing my saddlebags.
I ordered the large charger saddlebags because i like the straps. First off, i was very impressed with how the saddlebag straps secure. They don't flap around like any other junk bags I've had. They shipped very fast, within 4 business days I had my saddlebags. Great transaction, wish they sold on eBay... A+ seller
Within the last year I've been dressing up my motorcycle with accessories and gearing myself up so that I can take longer trips out of state. I was able to contact Scott Adam who was a sales rep for Viking Bags. He was able to get me the saddlebags and sissy bar bags I was looking for. I have a 2003 Honda VTX 1800. It took some work to mount them but anything is workable if you put some effort into it. Scott Adam was also able to get me a leather jacket, and vest from Viking leather for my wife to be able to join me. I think I'm ready for the open road and fall riding season. Overall, I'm very pleased with this company and the customer service. Viking Bags had everything I was looking for and it is at a great price!
I really like the style. Very sturdy and good quality. A lot of people complain about the side but if you understand dimensions listed. You get exactly what you pay for. Looks great on my 2013 Sportster. Instructions aren't great but there are a lot of videos, Customer Service is good thanks, Livia
Not only will the install go wrong because of their horrible instructions, you are sent to a video and when you do it that way you get ruined tires because of the bolt lengths. Customer service is worthless and tried to blame it on me for not Riding and then checking. WOW STUPID how do you think i found the problem?
