Absolutely terrible! Ordered 12/3. Did not receive until 12/23. I received 2 shirts but ordered 3. Still have not gotten a response from their "excellent " customer service. And the quality is not what it looked like in the pic. Very disappointing.

The silk screen quality on the tank top I received was extremely poor. No detail. Smudging. Not worth 35 dollars. Hell, not worth any denomination of currency whatsoever.
Learned my lesson, won't be purchasing from again.

Viral Style has finally contacted me and agreed that the T-Shirt does not meet their quality control. The are supposed to replace the T. They advised me it would be about 2 weeks after Christmas before I received the replacement. Then they sent a notice that it had shipped on 12/22, but they did not provide tracking information, so...
I am waiting to find out. If they come through - I will gladly change my rating.

I have an issue with both shirts I ordered as gifts. The color on the logo is not even close, it's as if they ran out of ink on those 2 colors (Milwaukee Brewers blue & gold) is light gray and a pale yellow-lime. I contacted them and they are ignoring me (it has been 9 days since I sent my complaint)

My daughter really wanted the pink sweatshirt displayed when we went to order there was not a pink sweatshirt shown available. We had really hoped to give the shirts as Christmas presents and wish the production cut off would have taken this into consideration. Two items were shipped in separate packages running up postage costs that could have helped drop the price.

This is the worst printed t shirt ever. The lines are blurred you can't even tell what you are looking at. I have left 3 messages to have someone call me back but as of today no one has called me. Poor customer service. Worse product

Do not order from this Company unless you want to waste your money! The shirts were made very small and did not fit my sons but this company will not exchange or refund! Terrible way to do business! I overpaid to begin with because the exact same shirt was on Amazon for 5 dollars less per shirt and they have a wonderful return policy! BEWARE of this place!

It's been a few weeks since I ordered. I was given a tracking number but it apparently hasn't left their facility. I don't know how much longer I'll have to wait bc at this point it won't be here by Christmas.

I like this idea, its an easy way to connect consumers with fun specialty items. However, you can cheap out of printing and the product but you can't cheap out on packaging. The cup I got had the handle broken off when I opened the box, looking inside it had one little piece of bubble wrap that didn't stop anything from moving around. Was supposed to be part of a Christmas gift so it was fairly disappointing.

I ordered two clocks at $55 each - they are dreadful -not assembled and made with. Such cheap rubbish. They had a very thin cheaply printed steel face and clock hands made as cheaply as you could imagine. Even picking them up causes them to bend. The clock would. Cost a few dollars anywhere else. The photos were so misleading. Do not buy from this company.

I was kept informed each step of the way, when printed, shipped, etc. The entire process was much faster than I expected. Only thing I'd call a bit negative is sizes tend too run a bit small, and I'm being nit-picky with that. Overall, very pleased.

Excellent service, and quality products. Order arrived far ahead of estimated time, and the questions I had was answered in a very timely manner as well.
Overall, could not be more pleased and I fully plan on ordering more from them.

Ordering was very easy. Nice selection of styles and colors. Delivery arrived as stated. This was my second time to order a shirt. My husband loves his first shirt (short sleeve - Gibbs Rules). I haven't given him the long sleeve yet.

Every picture of this shirt provided as a significant part of the sales promotion makes the shirt appear to have actual bling. I was shocked and very disappointed when all it was was an ironed on design! I enjoy ordering unique shirts but will NOT oder from ViralStyle again! :(

My paypal was hacked so cancelled my order and by next day had email cancelling my order. Very good business as shows customer support. Just ended up getting the order in the mail that was supposed to be cancelled. No way I going to ship it back unless the company pays me for my time and the shipping

First of all, it took weeks to get my t-shirt (imprinted with titles of George Strait songs). It's a pretty cheap looking shirt. Short sleeves which are shorter than normal, fit is at least one size smaller than the actual size, material is thin-just not a quality shirt. Disappointed and probably won't wear it.

I purchased two unique Miami Heat T-Shirts for the lady fanatics in my life. The shirts are nice.
The only thing keeping me from giving a 5th Star is that they arrived about two weeks apart. I did not receive any notification of this. I thought I was not going to receive the second shirt, but fortunately it finally showed up.

First you find out your order isn't made until they have enough requests to count. Then they tell you a shipping label has been made but that doesn't really mean it is in the mail. Delivery takes so long the holiday the item I ordered for has passed. Guess I'll wear it next year.
