Upon receiving the shirt I I ordered I was very unhappy with the merchandise as it was nothing like the picture online. Customer service will not do anything to help me. All I want is to exchange it for something else and I've been told that is not an option. Highly disappointed in the customer service and product.
I was charged twice for my order, two different amounts. The person that replied to my email clearly didn't read it, he just said to return the box unopened, when I asked to be be refunded for one of the charges. I still wanted to keep my purchase, just didn't want to pay 2x. Finally got that refund, but my order was processed and ready to ship on 10/30 and it still hasn't actually shipped. So over all very unimpressed and certainly would not recommend or reorder from this company.
Really liked the great customer service from this Company & the quality of the T-shirt received. They kept me updated on when the product shipped & when I should receive it, sizing matched description, a great experience all the way around
Super happy with the shirt, i got one short sleeve in green for my husband & one gray long sleeve for myself. Really comfy & true to size. The only thing is I wish it didn't take so long to ship, I would of like to be able to wear it all month long, not just the week of thanksgiving
A very reliable company and very honest to deal with. My order somehow went through twice and they caught it very quickly and reached out to make sure I did not need both items. I received my refund soon after. Great product and it shipped just a few days after I ordered it. Would highly recommend this company.
It has been some time since placing an order online. I tried to access your site to check on the status but got nowhere. Recently, I had an email that the order had shipped. Again, I tried to find a description or photo of the items ordered on line but got nowhere. Guess I will be surprised. I do wish your site provided more information on orders.
First, I purchased as a Christmas gift and did not get until after Christmas.
Second, the sizing looks small
Third, cheap quality, will probably shrink
Fourth, I do think the screen print is very cute
This was the perfect gift for my husband, who loves Steve Brule. I could not get him to buy an "ugly Christmas sweater" for my family's Christmas party, because he felt it would cramp his style... but then I found this and he wears it everywhere!
Logo on tshirt was printed off-center! The other part of my order hasn't shipped and it's been weeks! Won't receive in time for Xmas. When I call I've gotten hung up on after being placed on hold for 10 minutes. Or when I call, they ask me to leave my order number and someone will call back---which they don't. Furthermore, they don't answer my emails!
Worst T-shirt I have ever bought. The material is very rough and cheaply made T-shirt. I have bought numerous sport T-shirts in the past and this one has been the very worst one I've ever bought. Don't waste your money

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
