Recently I have experience with visavietnam.org that is one of the most professional company in Vietnam. I have a disability. I contacted them to get assistance as I already had a visa but was interested in a fast track. Unbeknownst to me, and I had asked the company, as a disability person that service is already included for free. I was told by the company they didn't know about that. They were nowhere to be seen when we landed and exited the plane. Both the airline support person and I looked for my name. But there was none.
