Recently I have experience with visavietnam.org that is one of the most professional company in Vietnam. By filling online form and submitting payment I received visa conformation email within 24 hours and also cost me less than others. I have a disability. I contacted them to get assistance as I already had a visa but was interested in a fast track. Unbeknownst to me, and I had asked the company, as a disability person that service is already included for free. I was told by the company they didn't know about that. They were nowhere to be seen when we landed and exited the plane. Both the airline support person and I looked for my name. But there was none. After I contacted the company I was told they would look into it and get back to me. They didn't contact me again. I emailed the company. The following day I received an email with a photo of me in the wheelchair from metres behind saying they were there so I wasn't entitled to a refund. The person who took the photo didn't approach me at all even though I waited at passport control for several minutes.

This was my third time getting a Vietnam visa their help, and every time i got my visa on time.
