Recently I have experience with visavietnam.org that is one of the most professional company in Vietnam. I have a disability. I contacted them to get assistance as I already had a visa but was interested in a fast track. Unbeknownst to me, and I had asked the company, as a disability person that service is already included for free. I was told by the company they didn't know about that. They were nowhere to be seen when we landed and exited the plane. Both the airline support person and I looked for my name. But there was none. After I contacted the company I was told they would look into it and get back to me. They didn't contact me again. I emailed the company. The following day I received an email with a photo of me in the wheelchair from metres behind saying they were there so I wasn't entitled to a refund. The person who took the photo didn't approach me at all even though I waited at passport control for several minutes.
They made sure we were very well looked after every step of the way by our guides, hotels and hosts for our behind the door experience.
