Only told that they can not get the product I ordered when I called to follow up on the order.
Never received any correspondence.
Very rude person answers the phone if they are a legitimate company that wants people's business they aren't acting like it. I don't trust them.
RUDE RUDE RUDE I called and emailed several times. I was hung up on several times. I cancelled my order like 10 times and they still shipped it and charged me.
When I first ordered from Vitaglo, I was happy at the discounted prices. The website is largely useless unless you know exactly what you want, but I was looking for a cheaper price than Amazon so it sufficed. I ordered 8 items and they arrived only a few days late - or rather, a week after a phone call requesting shipping information.
That's when they proved they are 30% discount in prices, 90% discount in quality of service. They shipped me 5 out of 8 items, 2 of the 3 said "back order." I called them and they said they'd shipped one out and the other they would refund because it was discontinued. I asked about the eighth item. They said they would look into it and call me back. I'd like to note I was on hold for 10 minutes, except "on hold" is setting their phone down and walking away from it. Periodically one of the two people would pick it up and then set it quickly down. Note that there are only two people, and almost everything goes through one, so don't think this is customer Russian roulette.
They never called. Two weeks later I emailed them. One week later, no email. I called them and they became upset that I called them, told me they'd handle it immediately, and then pretty much hung up. They don't like to talk much and they don't like waiting 30 seconds on you (seriously, I told one of them the page was refreshing and they put me "on hold"). The guy even told me that I was calling just to be mean before hanging up. Really, asking you about the missing item is "just being mean"?
Guess what? No phone call. I was hoping to be a regular customer because the $5/item savings can add up, but I'll pay $10/item extra to never have to experience their rudeness and refusal to acknowledge a problem. It was the cheapest item on the list - if they thought I was the kind of person to try and rip them off, then wouldn't I have gone after the item substantially worth more?
Should have read the hundreds of negative reviews on vitaglo before I bought. Most were 1 star because you couldn't choose NEGATIVE stars.
Their site showed BWC Maximum Face Cream as ORGANIC. Wow, I thought, I'll buy from them this time to get organic. Came non-organic and different than my usual jar.
Also ordered 2 standardized herbs. Nature's Way black cohosh came. The other was switched to Solaray ROOT and was not standardized.
I first called about the cream; on the phone, the man who answered gave new meaning to the term "rude." He said the UPC was the same, so the maker must have changed it!
They emailed me and asked me to call about my order; same rude reception and he said I had to call back to speak to a woman who handled the product.
When I did, I told the man about the switch to not standardized Solaray; he said Nature's Way discontinued what I ordered. He never emailed to tell me that - I could have looked elsewhere.
He put me through to the woman I was to get help from; I would have thought it could not be possible that 2 at the same company could be so rude, but I was wrong.
And all those reviews that said the same thing, WERE CORRECT. Go somewhere else.
Credit card charged but no product deliver. Difficult to get customer support. Still waiting for refund after 1 month.
I would never purchase anything from them again. They took my money and then insulted me on the phone.
Stay away like others say, wish I saw these reviews before buying. Too my $100 and never sent product. Dealing with PayPal dispute now.
They've sent me an expired product and once I asked for a refund- just disappeared. They sell something that you eat - so find more reliable supplier
On May 3rd,(2019) at 9:44am (EST), I called Vitaglo to find out about the status of my April 17 shampoo order (order # vitaglo-*******),.
I was calling, because I had gotten no response to the email I sent Vitaglo on May 2,2019 (10:44am EST) and the goods should have arrived already.
I tried to mention that I had emailed, and gotten no response, from Vitaglo. The customer service representative cut me off, and said "Just give me the zip code".
When I told him the zip code, he echoed back a different 5-digit number than what I was saying.
*** I told him my zip code 3 times, and each time he echoed a different number. ***
Each time I repeated my zip code, I enunciated more carefully, and I spoke louder.
He became offended (and reacted in an EXTREMELY RUDE manner), because I was speaking more loudly.
He told me to use the email address. (As I said, I had tried to tell him earlier that I got no response from my earlier email but he cut me off, before I got a chance to say it.)
I called the number back, hoping to get a customer service representative without a NASTY ATTITUDE.
The same guy answered, still RUDE AND NASTY
He finally got my zip code, and told me the shampoo is on back order. He said he'd credit my Paypal account.
To Vitaglo: You need to consider hiring customer service personnel with some basic understanding of how to deal with the public.
I placed an order on the 9th of February and in the email confirmation it says orders will ship out in 24 hours. I waited a few days and realized its now February 22 that's 13 days later. So I called the number some very cranky guy answers the phone. I kindly tell him I'm just inquiring about a shipping number and he says very rudely that he will check and call me back in an hour. 5 hours later I call back and he says that it's shipping out tonight. I said umm ok what's the tracking number. He said we will have it tonight. I was like ok can you tell me why it's shipping 13 days later. He says in a very nasty and rude voice that it's because there is 2 different address on there. I said to him so why hadn't anyone contacted me. He literally starts screaming at me saying next time Order from Amazon then if you don't like how I operate. I said ok sir I'm going to call tomorrow morning for the tracking number he screams and says "$#*!" why would you call if I just told you we will email it tonight God damit. I said because obviously what you say your company doesn't end up doing. He then said like I said call Amazon. And HANGS UP IN MY FACE. I was infuriated at this point and called back and said can I speak to the manger he laughs and says I'm the owner you sucks for you doesn't it. I was like sir you are very rude and have no customer service. Im simply asking for answers and I'm not getting them because you are so rude. He says tuff $#*!. This is how I function if you don't like it order from Amazon. I told him I'm just going to dispute it he says you can't do that idiot it's illegal then HANGS UP AGAIN. At this point I'm really angry with this company. I have never had any issues with any company like I have with this gentleman. He is rude and a dark soul filled with evil. He has no sense of being a human. I mean we are all making his living and everyone should stop buying from here. We are supporting s human that is obnoxious and ignorant in all senses. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
And Marsha and Al j are people that work for them. I mean you can call to ask questions and you will see how horrible this man is. I never ever write reviews but I do not want anyone to be treated the way I was treated this is horrible.

Paid for 400 digestive enzymes and they sent 240 and refuse to send the rest. HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
They sent me EXPIRED vitamins and refused to replace them. When I tried to complain politely, they hung up on me.

Answer: They should be prosecuted, shut down and made to pay every loss back. How are they getting away with this kind of business practice. How in the world has this gone on so long?
