I have been purchasing supplements and nutritional items from this company for the past 10 months and have had great experiences. After reading these other reviews I can't help but think that they must be referring to some other company. I have referred others to the site for the best prices and delivery time. Order placed Saturday 6/8 received Monday 6/10.

I ordered 5 bottles of Solaray Yucca with 100 capsules in each bottle that I take one a day. I paid Shipping charges to have it shipped to me. Vitaglo sent me 5 bottles that all expires within 90 days, meaning before I could even finish the 1st bottle, it's already expired. Vitaglo said the put the bottles in the fridge or freezer, which I called Solaray to see if that was okay or not. Solaray said No, to not put this product in the fridge or freezer. Solaray says the product lose potency over time and based on the old bottle packaging that I received from Vitaglo, Solaray knows that this product has been sitting on Vitaglo's shelf for close to 3 years. Vitaglo knows better than to ship me 5 bottles (500-day supply) that's almost 3 years old and all expiring in 90 days. The whole reason for taking a supplement is for it's potency. I called the Vitaglo manager (Michael) requesting for a Pre-Paid Return Label to send 4 of the bottles back since I already wasted money to have it shipped to me and can't use it or at least credit me the Shipping charges, but he refused and hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional and horrible experience. Vitaglo trying to sell me products thats about to expire without disclosing that to me in advance. What a scam!

I feel that you are a bad company who take advantage of people. I ordered a super colon Cleanse in a white plastic bottle showing the human bowel track and you send me that red/white bottle Super Colon Cleanse. Just because I am a new client, my money is green like everyone else. Then I try to call you and you have a phony number as well. The more you cheat people out of money, you will loose 10X's the price that people paid. So, if you have no number to contact you and you're sending people the wrong product you are telling me that you are close to going out of business already! The white bottle is what I order and you sent this red/white bottle of Super Colon Cleanse stuff the don't work. I have-had this before! When I pulled up Vitaglocom the white bottom showed up and that's what I ordered.
But you sent me this lousy red bottle of HeallthPlus Super 'Colon Cleanse, and that's bad business and you phone number is out of order, and everything is wrong about your company!
You should be ashamed of yourself!

This is the Worst company I have ever ordered from. I have never been treated or talked to so poorly. Before hanging up I told the owner the way they handled my order (with multiple mistakes) was unprofessional and wrong and he said "well lady you got what you paid for, shop somewhere else next time".

They will 100% be rude and sound annoyed when you call. The guy is miserable and should not deal with customers.

Sadly, I was expecting Vitaglo to be on par with places like vitacost or iherb, but when my package arrived damaged, (the lotion tubes both had holes in them, and were leaking) I contacted customer service and was told to send photos, which I did. I had to email them again to ask what was going on and then received a quick response, stating they were filing a claim with the carrier. No other protocol.in place, it's been weeks and I requested an update, with no response. Any other company would have better customer service and show that they care about their customers by refunding, or replacing the items and handle the claim in-house, instead of dragging the customer through the murky values of their business. I would, surely never patronize them again.
I did place an order, then send an email right after the order to exchange to products for one that will make the cost even. Next day, before 24 h from order, I call customer service to verify exchange was possible, the agent was rude and quick, said he saw email and he will take care of exchange without problem. However, it was not done. I email again and none of my emails got response. I just called and the agent said nothing could be done at this point. The carrier had terrible service, boxes outside and inside were smashed. I ask the agent that if then it was my problem and he said yes. This business doesn't care about customers. They think they do not need them. I wish I had read this reviews before. Shipping was fast and price was good all items arrived, except some in bad condition, however, I did not got all I want it. I don't think I will order anything from this company again. We need to look into other ways or more visible sites to alert other customers.

Check your order before place it, not way to change it later as Amazon or other sites, before shipping some let you change it. Not customer service.

This company are not upfront About shipping fees making you think shipping is Free, after you send your $ for the items n taxes they redirect you to another page where spear the Grand total and shipping can be from 10$ to 100$ in the states by then they took your $ already, in addition they don't give you a tracking number. When I called to cancel the guy who answer was very unprofessional and hang up the phone on me when bI said I want to cancel my order. I call again n told me to shut up and hang up the phone again. I don't expect a refund!

If 42 extremely negative reviews with specific details why, then this is the company for you. If you decide that bargains override service and standing behind your product, then vitaglo is the site for you. Buyer beware: Only purchase using paypal because that is how I finally got my money back after they billed paypal but never shipped. I had to open a case with paypal which of course was decided in my favor. Paypal's conflict resolution is an independent arbitration decision and should be enough evidence for any one still deciding- this is not a good place to shop. The owner will put himself out of business before long because his idea of resolving any problems is to ignore emails or verbally abuse the customer, then hang up.

Only pay with paypal because they will help you get your money back because the company won't.

This guy should not be in business
I placed an order of over $100 to get free shipping but received no order 20 days after they sent me a confirmation email of my purchase. They did not reply to my email inquiry after another week. I called them a month after my order and the man I spoke with told me that they would not ship until I paid $30 for shipping, even though my confirmation email listed shipping as free. Poor communication, and rude customer service.
The guy who answers the phone is exceptionally rude and leaves a very awful taste in ur mouth and does not care at all. Please don't subject yourself to him. Read all the other reviews. I will never purchase another thing from this website. Omg.

Zero stars. Horrible customer service on an online order. One item was missing and marked as back order. Never was contacted by vitaglo about the status. Two months and several messages later nothing. Mike who graciously answered ONCE to my inquiries: Ill get back to you tomorrow. Obviously never did anything to keep me in the loop or send the item or refund. Also charged me $10 shipping for 1st class USPS that cost them $2.88 to ship. What a waste of time and money buying from vitaglo dot com / discount natural foods / whatever else they call them. Had to take it to PayPal to get my money back. AVOID!

There are only so many words to describe vitaglo.com and michael. Non of which are very nice. For no reason should anyone EVER order from this website. This man is an insane liar, and a downright thief. If u value your money it would be wise not to give it to him.
Number one, this is the worlds worst customer service I have ever encountered! The man who answers the phone could not be more rude. I ordered three bottles of an item and only received one. I was charged for full shipping. On the Back of my receipt there was somebody else's invoice with all of their information! Thank God I'm an honest person. Number two, they said they would ship my other two bottles out the following week. I never heard from them. I called again Mr. Rude man answered and told me the items were back ordered. I'll refund some of your shipping and then he hung up. Number three, I have yet to receive some shipping money back. I'll buy the product elsewhere sure!
Basically, you have a born and raised east coast jerk on the end of the phone so don't expect any respect. After flubbing shipping my order (they advertise UPS on their website and sending it US mail bounced back to them), Jerky took my credit card and charged it again for a new shipping fee that was over twice the original (without permission). Seems logical to an $#*! who doesn't know how to run a business. I won't give them any more of mine. I tried to remedy it with him and got a bunch of attitude. Of course my credit card company immediately refunded me the charge he made without permission. You lose Jerky.

The customer service is rude and unhelpful. There were no updates about my order for several days, and I got no response by email. Then when I call the guy says they don't actually have it in stock. They have an authorization on Paypal for the amount and I asked him to remove it but he said they absolutely didn't charge me so I just hope the authorization will fall off in 30 days. I should have known looking at their website that there would be issues; seriously it looks like a site from 2005. They really should work on customer service as well, the guy answering seemed unprofessional at best.
I tried to save a few dollars and use this store but unfortunately never saw my order. A week passed and no information about shipping information. No communication from Vitaglo whatsoever. I called them today and the idiot who answered was rude and simply said "we're processing your refund" - no apologies - did not care about the customer or service! Hope they shut down as soon as possible! Fraud is not a good for business!
I have purchased from VitaGlo 4 times. The first time I ordered, earlier this year, was a little rough as it took forever to get my order, even after calls and emails with a very rude person. Perhaps he was going through a bad time because all my subsequent orders have been delivered without any hitches. I now receive my merchandise exactly as ordered within 4 or 5 days, if it includes a weekend. My latest order in June even included a cold pack at no extra charge. I will definitely continue ordering from VitaGlo as long as the good service of good products continue. I complained loud and long when I didn't get good service but since I am now receiving consistent good service, I felt it only fair to give this good review.
Took more than a week longer than advertised to process my order. No response to my email inquiring why. When order finally arrived, it was the wrong merchandise. When I called to inquire, CSR said I could send it back but I would have to pay return shipping, for their mistake. CSR hung up on me numerous times, had to keep calling back to even get that information. Accused me of yelling at him (I did not). Would recommend never ordering from this site.
I'm in shock. I've never received such HORRIBLE customer service. Two of the supplements I received are about to expire, and they told me, "They're fine. Put them in the fridge." I said I could keep one, but would like a return label for the other. He said, "We don't do that." As I was responding, he just hung up on me. What a crappy way to treat a customer. I'd rather pay more and deal with civilized people than deal with Vitaglo again.
I have ordered from Vitaglo a few times and have always received my order quickly without incident. The last order had 2 out of 6 jars broken. I contacted the company via email and provided pictures. 2 new jars were sent out and I received them quickly and undamaged. My experience with them has been all good! :)
I have found VitaWrap to be a good product but recently I have had to discontinue use of the roll because of the incredible stickiness of the film on the material. I would presume being a petroleum based product the components are breaking down with time. To bad it was a good product!
