Volanttrading

The managers are clearly incompetent and do not know what their doing. I wonder how they got their positions in the first place. Since they don't know how to process anything at all. They just delegate every task they have to their subordinates. It's really unfair seeing them enjoy their big salaries while rank and file employees like me work our butts off but are paid supper low and without appreciation.
