Scam of a company - followed their directions to send back for a refund and they said it would take about 4 weeks. It has been over 6 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. I received something damaged - I feel that should have been refunded immediately.

Really Great Clothing!
I would rate my recent order a 8/10. The clothing quality is quite nice compared to other stores, but the prices are a bit high. Shipping took around 2-3 weeks (I live in the USA). Packaging was nice and the shirt itself is very cute and well made.

This website is so greedy and disgusting. One of my transactions had a glitch and went through twice. They then refused to refund me the second item because apparently, it went through two separate accounts. When I try to log into this supposed second account there is nothing. I have also got around $300 of store credit (this isn't the issue) the issue is when there is a sale all of my credit disappears... this website sells poorly made, overpriced bull$#*!.

We are really sorry, but the transaction did not have a glitch as we could see that the orders were placed 5 minutes apart using separate email addresses. Due to this, we cancelled one of your orders and placed a store credit onto your account for you to use on a future purchase, as we were unable to refund the order as it was not system error. Your credit is still on your account and is available for you to use and has not disappeared. Our store credits never expire so you can take as long as you like to use it. Finally brought my first thing from verge girl! Can't wait to buy more because I loove my dress. Great service, quick delivery and the dress looks amazing on just like it did in the picture. Cute packaging too! Xx

Ordered two items online. One doesn't even fit at all because it is just like a square (i guess they must have taped it onto the model) and the other one is sewn asymmetrical by accident. Having in mind how expensive those items were, I am not happy with either material (100% polyester) and the craftsmanship. Customer service was really nice, but couldn't help me out a lot.

For a fast fashion companies with similar trendy items that you can find in a lot of other stores eg. Princess polly/ Peppermayo, VG products quality is comparably low compared with others. There prices vs quality is not worth it. I Bought a cotton wrap top in my usual size, it came way too big. Thin and rough material, I didn't even wear it once. Ever since then, I never ordered from VG again, I am scarred from my experience. Save your money and support more sustainable brands!

I ordered a piece of clothing from this website almost 2 months ago and they still haven't shipped it yet. I understand the current situation but their company claims that they still ship orders DAILY and the delivery is FAST (which is obviously not).
At first when I asked them why my package wasn't moving, they told me that there was no need to worry and the delivery would take about 10 working days. Which means that they didn't even admit that they were having shipping problems. And they still urge to buy their cute but overpriced clothing despite of not being able to send the orders out.
In comparison to Verge Girl, I've ordered some other packages from other websites, which were shipped via DHL and have been delivered on time.
They don't offer any compensations nor discounts in exchange for inconvenience and waiting.
I was expecting better attitude from their company.

We are very sorry to hear that you are yet to receive your parcel. We are very sorry, but unfortunately due to COVID-19 there are significant delays with shipments due to border closures, government restrictions and airline cancellations. For further information regarding international shipping delays, please refer here - https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus/coronavirus-international-updates or contact your local postal service.

Please note that as standard shipping parcels are sent on commercial aircraft, there are delays of up to a few weeks depending on your country's restrictions as there are very few international commercial aircraft operating at this time. The postal services have said that they are working closely with partner airlines and postal operators to move items as quickly possible within the safety guidelines.

The type of shipping selected at checkout will also determine how quickly a parcel will be delivered. If a parcel has been shipped with DHL for example you will likely receive it within 1-3 business days, however unfortunately there are currently delays on all standard international shipments. I am very sorry, but this is sadly something we are unable to control.

You can keep an eye on your parcel using your tracking number that was sent to you when the parcel was dispatched. The same tracking number can be used to track your parcel with your local postal services tracking website. While your parcel is in transit between Australia and the destination country, the tracking details will not update until it has been scanned by your postal service. When your parcel has been scanned into your country the tracking will update.

You can find the clothes they sell on other sides for at least $20 cheaper minimum, sometimes even $30-$40 cheaper for the exact same item! It's quite disgusting they jack up their prices so much given their young shoppers are easily influenced by their trendy instagram. Also why are all their models tanned, skinny white girls? Do they know people of colour exist? And people above 45kg? Get some diversity, it's 2016!

Firstly this is not a matter of customer service and do not respond well to being labelled as racists.
Here are the facts for you:
Firstly, many online retailers copy other designs and sell for cheaper to undercut their competitors.
Secondly, we use models being managed by Brisbane/ Sydney Modelling agencies. If you have a problem with the models being used you should target the agencies to voice your propaganda.
Thirdly, we have many VG ambassadors that are not all size 6 and 8 girls.

I bought a dress, delivery was good but what they fail to do is provide quality product for the price. A flimsy sheer piece of material with no lining for $83. The product looked all kinds of wrong on me (unfortunately,) so I'm returning the item. Having used Afterpay I except to get refunded what I have paid, and expect future scheduled payments to stop.
If the item doesn't look right or fit they refuse a refund! This is in violation of Australian consumer rights.
It takes a simple google search and a two second read of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission site to understand their policy is illegal.
Check it out it clearly states that it is illegal to tell customers they do not give refunds!

Verge Girl is hands down my favourite online store to shop at. The products always feel and look better quality than the standard woman's online stores out there. I also love the styling of the clothes and their Instagram is the best to follow for outfit inspiration and the latest trends. Verge girl get things that other online stores don't! The service is always the best and I've never had an issue with postage or their service overall. 10/10

Avoid at all costs! I received a faulty item (button holes were too small for the buttons) & the top was unwearable.
When I contacted Verge Girl (with photo evidence)they were so nice, advising me to just send it back, they would reimburse my postage.
Once they received the garment they claimed by their quality standards it was fine & I just needed to force the buttons through.
I was then informed my account had been credited (they also did not reimburse my postage)
So Ive just thrown away $80. Out of principle I dont want to buy anything from them, does anyone know how I can get my money back?

Verge girl are amazing!
I honestly don't have one thing to fault about them!
For one their clothes are incredible and always in trend, the price is fair & the shipping time is great!
The customer care team are always so helpful & understanding of my returns!
Highly recommend shopping on verge girl!

I ordered my clothes and they came 2 days later! So quick which is awesome. Everything was wrapped up and there were nice notes telling me who put my order together which I thought was super sweet!
Love all my clothes, all exactly like the pictures and fit perfectly except for one but the returns are super easy to organise!
So happy with my purchase and will definitley be buying more from them!

They have this ''policy'' that even when you exchange something for a different size they will give you an online credit. I honestly just would like to exchange the stupid dress for a bigger size. No, now I have to buy something extra on top of that. It is a rip off. First and last time I am ordering something form this website, thanks.

I normally do not leave reviews for companies, but I felt this was an adequate circumstance. I love this store's style and clothes, but it is overpriced, which is tolerable if the service is good - meaning full refunds or giving the in store credit within a reasonable date. I asked for my in store credit in March and it is now July…. Very frustrating. I did enjoy shopping at verge girl, but this is not worth it.

I swear Verge Girl has everything I want! I have never found so many things on trend at one store. The quality of the clothes are superb and the staff are always so nice and friendly when I shop in store... not to mention their excellent online shop - such quick delivery too!

It has a very bad quality, also it took me a long time to arrive, not to mention what I had to pay to get the package when it finally arrived. In my opinion the product leaves a lot to be desired and does not look like the photos. Finally, it does not even come with the label of the store itself and I do not know why it is a product that they have made.

Ordered the almost famous dress + a pair of earrings :) VERY cute dress, absolutely love the fit! I purchased a size 8 & it fit perfectly (for reference I am 5'5" size 25" waist). HOWEVER my only complaint is that the quality of the material is not good for the price. The dress is pure acrylic, very thin, similar to things I used to get from forever 21. Regardless, I would continue to shop here because the clothes are made very well and super cute!

I still have not received my order (one dress) in over a month. I understand shipping delays due to COVID-19, but this is significantly delayed. I purchased from other international stores during the pandemic and they were not delayed. I can't contact the Australian postal service regarding my package.

The most gorgeous pair of pants I own! The photos online represent the physical item perfectly, I really love how they have at least 20 photos of the item so you really know what your buying. I also LOVE how they admit to using flash photography so they include photos of the item without flash up so you know exactly what colour the item is too. Sizing was very accurate and shipping was super quick, even on standard shipping to NZ came in around 4 days :)

Verge Girl has fashionable, unique, decent quality clothing. They are very expensive, but I have absolutely loved everything I've purchased from here. This is the go to place for cute date night outfits, something to wear on vacation, to class, or literally any occasion. Watch for items that go on sale, because I've seen pieces that are originally $80 USD go down to $10 USD. Since they are based in Australia, shipping to the US can take up to 2 weeks I've found so just keep that in mind when ordering!

I'm in love with all the style of clothes they have, and would buy out the store if I could! The shipping was much quicker than I expected, since I live in the US I thought it would take weeks coming from Australia, but it was only 2 days! Love the shirt and earrings I got! Trendy and unique and match my personality well!
