Scam of a company - followed their directions to send back for a refund and they said it would take about 4 weeks. It has been over 6 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. I received something damaged - I feel that should have been refunded immediately.

Ordered stylish one-piece (gown), it looks good, color is nice, but the cloth material is very thin. We can use it for 1 or 2 time.

WORST INVERSION EVER! They don't take responsability on your package at all. Once you pay they don't care a $#*!.
I ordered 5 garments from Verge Girl paying an amount a bit more than 200 euros. As well as I added the extra of international shipping which it suposed to arrive as maximum 5 days.
So girls, I ordered it the 29th of June and recieved my package the 5th of August. I contacted to the brand several times and told them to at least return me the 20,45 euros from the shipping service I payed for. Their answer was: "No dear, we don't take responsability of the shipping". So basically if you buy to this company never add the extra of express shipping because it is a lie.
Also, I forgot to inform you, post office charged me like a 100 euros for their service. And as you can imagine the brand don't take responsability.
This brand only cares to gain money and don't help you at all. I always buy online and this never happened to me. An example of a good online shopping is Revolve, I had like two problems with their deliveries and allways where there to help and returned back the money when the client was right.
By the way, I don't live in a strange place or island where things don't arrive. I live in Spain, Barcelona.

We are very sorry to hear this. AUS Post International Express Shipping is expected to take 1-5 business days to arrive from the dispatch date. We are very sorry, however unfortunately we do not have any control over the time it takes for a parcel to be processed through customs. Unfortunately, in this instance your parcel took longer than expected to be processed through customs in Spain.
Unfortunately we have no control over import duties and taxes as these fees are decided by your country and are not decided by us. These fees are different to the shipping costs and are decided by your country when your order arrives into customs and are based on the value of the goods. The best thing to do is to check with your country's customs as they will be able to let you know how these fees are decided.
