Scam of a company - followed their directions to send back for a refund and they said it would take about 4 weeks. It has been over 6 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. I received something damaged - I feel that should have been refunded immediately.
My order arrived successfully though I was waiting a bit longer than I expected.

THIS IS A SCAM. Obviously any company asking for a picture of your ID and your CC is not reputable. This is a method of theft and the message was sent serially(repeatedly).
