Their service is fast (I received my parcel within a couple of days) and the clothes fit according to their size guide and are good quality, looking exactly like the modelled photo. I paid $20 $#*!ing dollars for 1 to 3 day shipping... guess what. My package didn't come anywhere near 3 days. Still haven't received my package and after contacting them through the website, I got no response. But hey they seem to respond to comments on here since they are public! Maybe I can get a response to this! When they receive a private message, verge girl doesn't bother to reply. I hope the clothes are at least decent quality... if I ever get them

I have never had better customer service from a company in my life. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same shirts. Verge girl emailed me right away to make sure that if what I did was correct. And when I told them that I did it on accident, they automatically said they would cancel the transaction and immediately give me in store credit for it!

I ordered this dress on sale 4 months ago for the summer and after 2 months of waiting I asked for refunds but Verge told me to wait. Two months later the parcel arrived... with more money to pay! They don't tell you that customs duties are not included, so I had to pay more than half of the price of the dress in taxes. NEVER BUY on Verge Girl if you are not Australian, even if items are on sale! Trust me. Worst purchase EVER. I have never experienced this before even if I often order foreign items.

I am a very loyal customer to verge girl. The quality of the clothing is beautiful, and if I don't like something I receive, it's no hassle to them for me to send it back (prepaid shipping too WOO!) and swap it for something else! I've never been dissatisfied with my service!

My first purchase on verge girl was a successful one. It came within two days and the clothes were perfect. Exactly how they looked in the picture and good quality. The website always has great layouts and ideas on how to style your clothes. Love it, will use again.

This was my first time shopping with verge girl, unfortunately, the skirt I ordered was faulty however verge girl quickly responded and gave me instructions on how to send it back. The whole process was timely and convenient - I have no complaints. I ended up getting a different skirt because the one I initially ordered was out of stock in my size, which was fine because I ended up loving the one I got instead! Overall, good experience shopping with them and will again!

I ordered a dress back in May that was terrible quality and sent it back right away. It's almost august and they still have not refunded me and claim that my shipment has not reached them yet, which is simply not possible. This same thing happened to me 2 years ago and they never refunded me for items, and I finally decided to try to shop here again and they've done it again.

I've actually never gone through the trouble of writing a review, but I really want to make sure other people don't make the same mistake I made. Firstly, Verge Girl does not inform its customers properly about the shipping costs. If you are not in Australia DONT ORDER unless you're willing to pay a significant amount of additional money to receive your package. In my instance: I am living in the Netherlands and had to pay 154 euros extra to receive my package (worth 400 euros). If I didn't want to receive my package, I still had to pay those shipping costs.
Secondly, the quality of the clothes is absolutely terrible. A white dress shines through like you can't imagine (especially if you consider the money you paid for it), the fabric is crappy and cheap and all in all everything is extremely overpriced.

This is really to prevent everyone from falling into the same trap..

I bought two tops and one was see through but it was a white/cream colour so I gave it a pass. But the other was sage green and just as see through as the white one. The stitching on this top was also horrible and the top was way too stretchy so did not hold its shape. Emailed customer service for a return/refund and they said no. Why sell your tops for $40-$50 when the quality is this cheap?

This clothing brand brings you the most rad pieces of clothing, accessories & footwear in the matter of a couple days! The express shipping works a charm as my orders usually take 1 day to be delivered. One of my fav online stores for sure!
