Scam of a company - followed their directions to send back for a refund and they said it would take about 4 weeks. It has been over 6 weeks and they are ignoring my emails. I received something damaged - I feel that should have been refunded immediately.
Best online shop I have even been on, great service and always has the best stuff. The owners are the nicest girls and have an eye for style making Verge Girl the best.
Although shipping was delayed coming from Australia to the US, shopping on the site was a pleasant experience and I loved the product I ordered. Definitely will shop there again!
The sizing is true to size and I love that they include what the model's size is as a reference. The package came very fast! I ordered clothing as well as accessories and I love it all!
At first I was smitten by their beautiful and unique clothing. Smitten enough to pay the wicked expensive shipping and price of the clothing. I couldn't even wear the shirt once before I noticed that the strap that tied the shirt together was already shredding apart. I almost wanted to throw the piece out with frustration. I paid over $64 for this top and I was hoping to get far more use out of it. I contacted customer service and they expected me to pay for shipping to send the piece back to be examined before they would decide what to do. There is no way I was going to pay the outrageous price for shipping again to maybe get a refund. There is no way I would shop here again. They have expensive clothing that is made cheaply and their customer service is the absolute worst. Customer service can really make or break a company. I don't often have to go through the trouble of a return but this is by far the worst experience I have had from shopping online. I rather support local boutiques than risk buying their terrible clothing and having to go through their so called customer service.

The nature of online shopping means that we receive many returns from customers who need a change of size ect. It would be extremely expensive for us to absorb the cost of all returns and we don't know of any smaller online stores who do this. We have since introduced free express shipping for orders over $70 and 30 day returns online to make it easier for our customers to return items that are not suited. We would love to be able to offer free returns shipping in the future. VG
Verge girl has the coolest clothes and when I needed to return an item, as I didn't like the fit, it was super easy and I got store credit to buy some more treats for myself <3

Fellow females... never order this brand! I originally found this company on Instagram and were following them for quite some time before I placed a pricey order with them back in September of 2017. Long story short, this company DEMANDS a signature upon delivery. When the shipping company first tried delivering my package I wasnt there to sign, so they left a we missed you letter. I contacted the shipping company and asked them if there was an option to have it delivered without a signature being needed, and there was! But because they missed me the first time I would have to pay $5 for a redelivery fee (what?!). I refused to pay it being that this clothing brand doesnt inform you in the first place that every order shipped demands a signature. Even though I refused to pay the $5 they still agreed to have it delivered. Well, the package never came and a few weeks later I contacted Verge Girl only to find out my order had been shipped back to them and put back in their stock. I demanded my money back and they claimed the only thing they could do was give me store credit. I explained that I refused to shop with them again because dealing with the shipping company they use was too much of a hassle. Fast forward four months later and Im still in a back and forth battle trying to get MY MONEY returned to me. Its unbelievable and I dont want anyone else running into the same problems I have with this company. Please pass on and share. I truly believe this company is a scam and I wonder how many people they do this to!

We need to send our items out with a signature required to avoid the possibility of theft and have found that our customers prefer this option due to it's safety. So far I've ordered two separate times from Verge Girl, and both things that I've received have been so cute! Despite shipping from Australia, the orders came quickly and I have no complaints!
I tagged a brand in the comments of a photo Verge girl had uploaded of a dress of which they had blatantly ripped the design off of. They then blocked me pretty much immediately lol.
This is where I get my statement peices. Can't find stuff like theirs anywhere! And I'm picky about clothes. The quality reminds me of high end brands

I ordered something in may... and because of covid it was stuck at customs in australia for 2 to 3 months and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I mean they could've sent a replacement but whatever. Then, i ordered something else to be shipped in the US, the problem is that it needed to be shipped with DHL express because of covid(which was the only option they decided to offer). Biggest mistake ever. The package said it was delivered and signed by me... which wasn't true. We even checked the cameras and the dhl guy never entered the building that day. They then decided to offer me a gift card as a compensation. I used it and it was sent again with dhl express. Again, the package never came but it said that it was delivered and signed by me. Guess what? The video footage from the camera shows that the dhl guy entered the building but left with the package. They literally stole it LMAO. This time around, customer service at verge girl did nothing to repair this. And i basically wasted my time, energy, money and patience dealing with dhl myself... because well... customer service at verge girl never dealt with them... they did not care one second. I always buy stuff from other australian companies like princess polly, bamba swim... for instance, all the time. Like at least 3-4 times a month. Ive rarely had issues with any of them and if i ever did, they solved the issue right away... and even offered extra compensation. Verge girl should really consider how they manage this company... very poor customer service and management.

We are very sorry, but to ensure the safe arrival of all parcels DHL orders are shipped with signature required upon delivery. We are very sorry, but as you requested a signature release, we are not responsible if a parcel is left without a signature.
As you have mentioned that there is video footage of your parcel being taken by the DHL delivery driver, you will need to contact DHL and dispute the delivery with them directly and also provide them with this footage so they can investigate this with the delivery driver in question as this certainly shouldn't have happened. We are so sorry to hear that you have not received your order in this instance, we ship thousands of parcels with DHL and have never heard of this happening before.
Generally, we are not able to offer any compensation for parcels that have been marked as delivered but have not been received by the customer, however we did escalate this to our manager and were able to issue a gift voucher for your order total as a gesture of goodwill despite DHL confirming that this parcel was delivered to the provided address.

I made an order on the 22nd September 2020 and paid for international postage. I checked the link to see the status of my order regularly, but once it left Australia I had no visibility. By the end of October I emailed the customer service email address and asked what had happened to the order, where they told me that the Italian postal service had tried to deliver, but they did not have the full details of my address. I checked the details and they were fully correct, including my Italian phone number. Perhaps the Italian postal service is to blame for the incompetent delivery, but Verge failed to notify me and told me that I should have checked on the status myself (reminder: the tracking was not available, I assumed this was due to COVID and the long delays). Since then, I have had a back and forth conversation (over the course of 3 months) whereby Verge accept absolutely no responsibility for the poor communication and missing package, and hold at ransom the money I paid for the order until they receive the return. I had a similar story happen with a package I ordered from Zulu & Zephyr in 2019; they were super responsive, apologised for the length of time it took to get to the bottom of the problem and gave me a full reimbursement whilst they awaited for the missing package to arrive (and they updated me when it did!) It is not acceptable to pass the buck to the national postal service, Verge should be keeping on top of the way they send items.
