I purchased the Walkfit inserts six years ago albeit not directly from the TV ad/company but through Amazon. I did not want the pills offered or the "free" slippers, just the Walkfit inserts, and I have to say it was the best $25 I've ever spent. I have worn these inserts in every pair of shoes I own (except sandals) and swear by them. They have held up beautifully. I do a lot of walking even though retired now. I even lucked out on a pair of the Walkfit inserts in a thrift store that had not been worn. I had foot pain that was frightening and is now completely gone with these orthotics and thank God for them.
Order thru automatic system with toll free number. System kept on going over and over same thing. Had to enter credit card several times and my information. Never knew what the charges were. For one pair of arch support was bill 89 dollars. Called company to stop shipping and they refused. Please do not used the this system. You can order off amazon and amazon will guarantee refund and free shipping

We were charged for Walkfit and $19.95 shipping on 2/7. It is now 2/28 and still no product. They are very hard to deal with. I keep getting apologies but no product. I would not order again for that shipping price.
I'm a fan of the original Walkfit inserts. I still use a pair that I've had for several years and they still do the trick. The newer Walkfit Platinum is obviously an inferior product. I bought a pair for a second pair of shoes. I don't think I've had them for two years and they're shot. Both have split along the outside edge and have caused foot pain in that exact area. I was disappointed after having the original pair hold up so well. I won't buy them again.

The company is a scam and makes it's money off the shipping fees. I was charged 39.85, half was the shipping fee. They don't tell you about the shipping fee until you get billed. I email them to cancel shipping but 3 days later they shipped it out anyway. I declined delivery and took months to get half of my money back. Luckily i went through Amazon and they help me recover the 19.95 through a formal complaint. I won't see the rest.
Tip for consumers:
order if you like to throw money away. Lots of people apparently have lots of money to throw away.
Walkfit Platinum inserts are uncomfortable and did not work but, the scam they run is as follows:
1- Without your knowledge or authorization Walkfit Platinum will add and charge your credit card for additional items they call " Trial," items + an additional shipping fee.
2- If you return all items as I did, they do not refund original shipping fee of 9.95 nor, do they refund the additional shipping fee for the trial items.

My wife ordered the arch supports and received them, and they set up a Subscription to Be Flexible program now they are charging her credit card 42.69 every month, and when I called Customer Support at *******294, they told me twice that they do not have the ability to remove or refund the Subscription.
They will not allow me to speak to their supervisor, and they will not give me a reference number for me to reference number.
Prior to using walkfitplatinumm orthotics I was experiencing a lot of foot pain whenever I walked. After using walkfit for about a week the pain went away. I have been using them for over 2 years with no foot pain. I love them.
Ordered them for my husband, they did not work so I tried to return them and I get that they had a 30 day policy which is to begin with not even allowing enough time to get used to them as they recommend be patient so long short no return no credit no luck, I will not order their products again and you do watch the calendar
They toss you all these FREE items in your cart. Each has a 4.95 - 9.95 shipping EACH - they never give you the opportunity to see all $$ in your cart before you pay. It is like I am shopping in a store and a clerk is tossing things in my cart saying, "You need this and this and this" Then shoving me through quick checkout.
I can say I could get the same reults and comfort as duct taping a marble to my foot
They are not selling orthootics they are selling a scam.
Great insoles but they'll charge you for supplements after they have your card, id recommend buying through a third party so you don't have to deal with their shady tactics.
For years I have had lower back spasms. I have tried different inserts and about two years ago Isent for walk fit. Since I received the walk fit, my back spasms have got less and less, Now I have not had any back spasms for over a year. I strongly recommend this product. George Ogilvie
You might like these if you can tolerate a bag of rocks in your shoes. They charged me $15 shipping and handling and now I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND THE BACK! They do not refund your whole amount. Rep was a jerk and told me it was just my opinion that they felt terrible in my shoe. Who else's opinion matters when it comes to my feet!?!?
Tip for consumers:
Don't order Walkfit Platinum unless you want to waste your money and walk around with what feels like wadded up Plastic in your shoes

None! Got in mail so late could not return
Love the walkfits
But I was charged for a bottle of BeFlexible shipped later apparently because I did not call to stop the shipment of a product I didn't request that they send with the walkfits for a week trial & if you don't call they send you a bottle $39.90 plus tax. Start charging your CC & set you up for re accruing shipments
I called they said your SOL & they would stop future shipments. Sounds like they do this on a regular basis
This should not be legal
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy directly from WalkFit. Scam

I ordered on the 23rd Jan 2022, my credit card was billed the 24th, On the 7th of Feb, I received a USPS tracking number **************417), which for the last 4 days has shown "Label Created, not yet in system", I contacted the company today and was told 7 to 10 more business days and refuses a refund due to it supposedly already being shipped, A label was created, it has not shipped, according to the USPS. The company, I fear is trying to steal from me, I don't like that and know it is illegal.
Tip for consumers:
Be patient, some time next year, you will recieve your order. $10 extra for horrible service.

I ordered product and was offered another set of walk fit inserts for cost of S&H. After submitting payment information, just got "Thank you for your order" no review of order or copy of receipt to print out with order number. I called company and they did not have order in system yet. Told to call back next day. Recieved e-mail that they had my order and it would be shipped in 6-8 weeks (that information never appearred anywhere nor was I given choice of shipping method). Ordered arrived in 4 days and I receievd 3 pairs of shoes inserts at cost of $65.63. Cost should have been 39.95 (one set of inserts@ $19.95, S&H $9.95, fre set of inserts olus S&H of $9.95). Called customer service and was told that to qualify for free set, I had to buy second pair of inserts at $19.95 plus S&H. That is NOT what it said on web site and without being able to review my order I was unaware of this. Nor did this information appear in confirmation email. They refused to take back extra pair and said I had to return two sets to get my money back. I told them it was a scam. The best they would offer was to refund $9.9f S&H handling costs. Since I had given the shoe inserts as a gift, I had no choice but to accept at this point.

You can but the same product at Bed Bath & Beyond for $19.95; hoever, I needed size 13 and they only carry up to size 12.
Beware when order products from this company. I responded to their ad for Platinum Orthotics, purchasing a pair for my wife and myself ($19.95 / pair) plus postage. Additionally, the company offered a free bonus with my purchase and was only required to pay postage for the gifts (foot care system - plastic foot brush and lotion. Joint Support Formula - 30 day renewable supply of pills for joint pain, and one pair of special comfort slippers). I found it odd when checking out that there was no mention of the postage cost on the order. However, I was certain that everything combined would be in a small box that didn't weight much and shouldn't be expensive for postage.
When receiving the products after a week in transit, they arrived in an over-sized box (6" x 12" x 24") mostly filled crumpled brown paper, I removed the purchased items and free gifts. The product was not at all what I expected and the gifts - well let's just say the slippers didn't look bad. Then upon reviewing the packing list, I was shocked to find that postage costs were as much as the purchased products ($39.00). The company offers a 30 day - money back guarantee - minus postage, but I was not prepared to pay anywhere near the $78 that I was charged for this purchase. For example, the comfort slippers can be purchased at Wallmart for < $5.00 - these were a free gift, but the postage for the one item was $9.95 - each line item indicating the same cost assessed - as if shipping individually instead of together in one container at approximately 10" x 10" x 10" in size.
When I contacted customer service today for return shipping instructions, the representative offered me $20 credit to be returned to my account and stated that I could keep the goods and not worry about spending money for the return postage. He reasoned that after spending money for postage (approx $15.00) to return the goods, my refund of $40 would actually only net $25 anyway - so accepting his offer was better than going through the hassle of repackaging and going to the post office. Can you believe this?
We "chatted" for 1/2 hour about the postage costs and his company policy - he alleged that the company has no influence in the cost of postage and could only settle disputes with the products themselves. Yeah, right! As time went on, I got him to agree on $30 instead of the original $20 he offered earlier... but I'm still out $50 and have "stuff" I don't want. He actually suggested that I give them to other family members or friends who would appreciate and get relief from the products.
I will never do business with this company and urge others to steer clear of their sham.
