So when you order online and make a return, it's so much more complicated that ever! First I tried returning it via fed ex. It was smooth until I got an email 5 days later from the day fed ex picked up my returns from my porch. The email stated that I haven't used the label created for me on the returned items. Like how the hell?! Made me confused, did someone just stole my returned package from my porch?! Anyways I had to call Walmart.com and confirmed it the next day. It was already processed. ( WALMART YOU GUYS NEED TO STOP SENDING USELESS EMAILS, YOURE SYSTEM IS NOT UP TO DATE)
My second return I took it to the store because I was picking some other stuff anyways. Walmart claims that it's easy as 1, 2, 3 for online returns to any store! Be AWARE to get stuck at the customer service desk for 2 hours! The associate knows NOTHING! The First Lady that helped me couldn't return it. The second lady that helped me said she returned it but the money couldn't go back to me card or she couldn't give me store credit. She gave me e- gift credit! LIES! She said it would be in my email and nothing was in my email. Turns out she never returned jack crap! She tried to scam me! She took my items and literal didn't refund me and wouldn't give me a return receipt for proof! I was no fools to walk out the store until someone gave me something for proof of return! Then this lady left for lunch and lied that she'll grab me a supervisor! Never came!
Question for WALMART: Why is online returns so damn difficult for the store to return?!
How come no one at the store level can return online items?! Clearly you guys advertise that we can go to any Walmart to return online purchases?
You guys need to train associates and tell them to stop blaming on the systems! The system NEED to generate a proof of receipt for returns! Your the only store that I run to issues for online returns!

Bought a pocket radio on Walmart sold by a reseller. Never mentioned that the radio was refurbished and it lasted two days. Walmart refused to refund and seller is giving the runaround. Never again with this garbage company.
I went shopping with my mother. I wanted to pay for her stuff so I added it to mine. The cashier said the total was $120.00 I gave her $200.00. She did the transaction gave me my money and receipt. I did not count my money or look at my receipt. Like I should have. When I got home I counted my money and looked at my receipt. I was short changed of $20.00. I was supposed to get $80.00 I was given $60.00. I am writing this review to warn people to count your money at the register.
I do shop at Walmart to buy certain items, both store brand and national brand. While my local market is clean and efficient, the "super center" can be chaotic at times and is not clean enough to please me.
Employees can be helpful or they can completely ignore you. Good variety of canned goods, meat, produce, etc. Size of store is over whelming to this 81yo;.

Their site says walk-ins are welcome during pharmacy hours... tried three times to register on-line... site is not working. Called Pharmacy... no one picks up... hung up on two times. Went into the store... worst customer service ever... were uninterested in helping me... why do you advertise walk ins welcome... and then treat customers as if we are a bother!

Where do I begin? They ripped me off and are in no hurry to fix the issue. I placed my grocery order online and they delayed my order pick up. I called the store multiple times and finally got someone on the phone and they told me the pick up team left early and didn't offer a manager or even call me to say there was an issue. 15 minutes after that I get a notification my order was ready, spent $40 + tip for an Uber up there. Crickets no one was there. Called pick up line and no one answered per the placards instructions. I did see multiple employees out front smoking. This is day three and still haven't released my money! The customer service tells me to call the store no one picks up! Good luck on that happening because it's always someone with an attitude that answers and she is no help. She just transfers you to a line no one picks up on. Do not pay for plus service nor waste your money on pick up service or this may happen to you. Calling my bank to see if they can make them release my money!
Its a great store please shop there there wonderful people who work where they believe to have fun while they work.
My wife bought our special needs child a pair of shoes and she may have worn them 3 times. The soul stated falling of so I told her to take them back and exchange them. They refused because she didn't have the receipt. What ever happened to there policy satisfaction guarantee, not to mention you could tell they were brand new
Horrible experience in Riverton Utah Supermarket and South Jordan Gateway. Both food deliveries. First was Riverton, sent a pic of my siding and said he delivered my groceries. I called Walmart for 30 min before a human picked up. Finally got pick-up and told her the driver lied, did not deliver and she said the groceries were still at the store. Many words later told me she would have delivered by 5,5:30 rolled around, another round of 30 minutes to get a human and hung up on. Finally a person at pick up said my items were picked up- but you see, I never received those too. I asked if it was the same thief, she said probably. So, they let the kid pick up again and not instantly fired- WOW. He stole from me and lied twice. Second from South Jordan Gateway, they delivered someone else's order to my 90 year old grandmother. She picked up her bag, expecting grapes, croissants and canned goods The bag ripped and all 12 eggs cracked all over the bread, porch and grapes. I had to leave work and go clean up her porch. AVOID USING DELIVERY, they have gotten so desperate they kept a thief employed after deceit and dishonesty. Harmon's, Smiths and Amazon are much more safe and quality workers. Workers are helpless on solving or fixing such problems. Asked for a manager, I guess that was impossible as 30 min trying to get a human and not get hung up on. Walmart has gone down hill big time. Will avoid them at all cost as well as my family and extended family and neighbors after sharing my experience.
Took the free trial of Walmart plus since it is hard for me to get out of house since my husband has altzheimers. I put my order in, always over $35 and ask for delivery. Now I have Walmart plus so there should be no delivery fee, right. Well every time they ask me to pick a time for delivery no matter what day I order all the slots are full and the only way I can get my groceries is to pay an extra $10. Is this ever a con game. Why pay a year for free delivery when they are going to charge me an extra 10 dollars. Walmart sucks. Will never be able to compete with Amazon
Don't waste your money on the Walmart+service. I scheduled 3 deliveries... 1st one got cancelled by Walmart 10 mintues for scheduled time, 2nd one actually made it, 3rd one I ordered 37 items and only received 2 items both of which were items I had ordered and picked up 5 days ago... not even on this order. I called and was put on hold for 24 minutes and was finally told a driver would bring the rest of my items within the hour. An hour and half later I called and was told driver cancelled and they couldn't deliver till next day. It was now 8:30 at night and was too late to take my kids out to get milk for their breakfast that was suppose to have been delivered at 6:00-7:00. When I asked why they didn't call and tell me so I could have gone to store and gotten milk, all I got was "sorry but I can't do anything about it now". REALLY?! I also ordered my niece 2 items to be shipped for her birthday and both of them are "delayed" so she will not have by her birthday. The pickup service isn't any better. Time before last I picked up groceries, I got home and half the groceries I had weren't mine and half of what I ordered wasn't there. They wanted me to come back to the store on a school night at 7:15 and get my groceries that I should have gotten the 1st time I was there and when I told them I wasn't doing that to just refund what I didn't get, they said I had to call and talk to manager next day. Then last time I had pick up order, I got there to pick up and they couldn't find order so they had to go refill the order again. That's what was delivered to my house tonight instead of the correct order. REALLY WALMART... going downhill fast. I definitely will be going elsewhere even if it means paying alittle more to not be disappointed every time I shop.
I have used the pickup service since Walmart introduced it. It took away your cart at the side and now when you want to check your items it's more difficult. You will find yourself clicking on your cart more to keep up with what you've already put in there. Many items are only found in bulk now when searching and I didn't get many things I used to. The site changes are not helpful at all.
After MONTHS of playing Walmart's release game for the X Box Series X, I finally won! They took forever to ship it! And when they did, they went with a second-rate shipping company... Needless to say, it was Lasership, a company KNOWN for "losing" "not delivering" and "stealing" packages. Needless to say, I never saw my X Box! As soon as Lasership got their sticky paws on it, it was immediately marked "Lost" (Yeah I bet it was!) Wal-Mart refused to replace my X Box stating "Microsoft" Wouldn't allow it! Even during the MONTHS, I have been fighting for a replacement they had at least 3 releases of X Boxes! I was informed, yeah we have them, we just can't give one to you even though you purchased it and we messed up... What kind of MESS is that?!?! You have what I ordered but refused to replace it! I was offered a Playstation... But this was not what I purchased, if I wanted a Playstation I would have brought a Playstation and I'm sure this rant would be about a Playstation... But NO! I brought an X Box Series X! Give me what you owe! They basically said f-off we not giving you the item you sat up months trying to buy and playing this release game for! They gave me funky $#*! $50 thinking it would make me go away quietly! WRONG! I don't need your funky $#*! $50 CLEARLY I just paid 500.00 for a gaming system you refuse to replace. A gaming system I'm sure has been placed back on your website for $1,000+. CROOKS! O and this offer came MONTHSSSSSS after trying to go through customer service, who was absolute of NO HELP! Those agents are liars and useless! Trust me you aren't getting their real names if you are taking notes. I write everything and everyone I speak to down, so I found it beyond funny that I was given names like Lynn and Lisa only to get a survey asking me how my chat with LoveJoy went... WHO? YEP! I order the wrong tires from Walmart.com got them delivered to Walmart auto department on 10/8/21 return them back the next day I have received my refund since it's now 11/3/21 I have my order number tracking number and Confirmation number they all tell me the same thing wait 24 to 48 hours to receive a Confirmation email still nothing

On September 5th, 2021, made a purchase for $37.98 Panni56ny drill, order number *******1425 Walmart canceled the delivery. I requested a refund. The refund was never issued. I have talked to more than 5 people requesting the refund, ******* Dave, Rafael *******, then someone called Echo who gave me the number of a supervisor, *******614. No supervisor at that number. 30Days later no refund. I lost my money. Be aware. Walmart is not a reliable store to shop online. Please spread the word so they don't do this to any more people.
These shoes were purchased 2 months ago. My 10 year wore them to school and back home. He had other shoes he wore on weekend. I don't recommend buying this shoe at Wal-Mart. We purchased them because he feet are growing quick and thought that would be good for at least 6 months. Has still in the same size shoes. However, these are not worth the purchase. Dissappointed!
