Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.
Purchased a planter box via Walmart Online. They use Hayneedle.com to supply their products. Needed to return product and Walmart will not support the return.
Hayneedle is unresponsive to phone calls. First time on hold for 30 min plus, got Fedex return authorization. Product sent back almost a month ago and no credit to my card.
As of now, on hold 2 different times for 1hr plus and no response. Line goes dead.

This is why I will never shop at Walmart again! I had to keep calling Walmart customer care and s*** like for the past week and they still refused to give me back my refund of the amount of $166.96. So the next day, I called customer care again and I told them if you don't refund my money, I'm calling the police. And that really scared them very bad. Then they finally refund my money. This is exactly why I don't shop at Walmart. Because it's a sick $#*! Walmart.
Heads up and Warning for purchasing Walmart Gift Cards.
I was gifted a $25 Walmart gift card which I went to use last weekend. I was turned down because the card was at zero balance. Impossible. I had not used it! The Walmart employee gave me a printout of the transaction history. Two transactions on the same day that were 3 minutes apart were on there. We looked up the store number which was Walmart 9115. Nothing but scam came up in google tied to this store. I've talked to 3 different employees at Walmart and have called Walmart headquarters. They simply don't care that the money was scammed, they won't provide a different gift card or store credit. I told them that everyone in my social circle will be told about this. They literally shrugged their shoulders and said that "we respect the personal decisions you make in this matter." So... Don't go through Walmart for gifting options.
I love their online services-free delivery on orders of 35 dollars or more, many Walmart exclusives and they also will have your order ready and you can pick it up for a discount price-you can't get everything online but close (groceries are limited)-they are great packers, I have never had a broken item and a great return policy
The prices are cheaper than most other places but the quality is worse than most as well. The saying, you get what you pay for is true when it comes to walmart. As their employees are not paid well, the customer support leaves a lot to be desired. There are always long lines at checkout and it can be a waiting nightmare at times. However, the location is quite convenient for me.

I am not a big fan of box stores because you normally get what you pay for. WalMart has its critics but if you go to WalMart for 'stuff' it is a great place. I bought a Kid Connection Fast Trax Trucks, Set of 2 for less than $10, The 2 reviews were horrible... but when I found out the reviewers didn't know how to use a phillips screwdriver or just didn't look-- or you could push a button to find the out if the battery works or not, I figured I better say something. The toy for under $10 was a big hit for the 2 year old. In fact, all the toys were great for the grandsons. This toy, WalMart and the buyers need to know this was good 'stuff' for the price. When walmart first opened they were pretty good in all areas. Now that they have a monopoly they really suck in most areas. Have long lines of customers at checkouts and will not open another one to speed up service. Get charged twice on 1 item many times. Would not warranty automotive battery on several occasions (DO NOT buy an Everstart battery-complete junk). Cannot find someone to help you when you need help. I really wish another huge competitor would step in and on them. They REALLY NEED to shape their company up. I dread going to walmart.

I ordered a Moana necklace for a very special little girls birthday. When I ordered it last Saturday morning it said there were 5 left. Then I got a confirmation email saying it was on its way with the date of arrival. Wednesday night they send me an email saying that it is out of stock! And they cancelled my order. I will Never order from them again. Such bull! Done with you Walmart. Way to go.
Thieves and charlatans! Ordered a computer for 1k - never arrived. Put a blame on me and closed the case. When I called immediately upon "delivery" at 2 pm asking where it is, Walmart said it was signed for. When asked to be provided the proof of signature, they told me that it's against their policy and hung up on me. In the morning I was provided with a bogus document, a fake signature on it and time of delivery 8 pm, while the call was made at to 2 pm that day reporting the loss. No help, no sympathy, no understanding, no apologies. A bunch of liars and thieves.

I've had the Walmart app since it first came out. Essentially, it has the same information that is stated on Walmart.com. I use the app for almost everything from finding what is sold in my local store, to refilling prescriptions, to locating and isle number I can find my item in. I absolutely love being able to simply go to the store and instead of bugging a busy shelf-stocker, I can just open the app, search for whatever I'm looking for, and see which isle the item is in. Also, being that I'm on numerous medications and they all seem to need refilled at different times, Walmart makes it extremely easy to request a refill online and emails you as soon as it's done so you don't have to go to the store waiting forever and a day for your refill to process. Overall, Walmart.com and the Walmart app are completely innovative and have a great user interface that makes it easy-to-use for all ages! Again, HIGHLY suggest the app!

Ordered a knife from Walmart.com for geocaching. These aren't available in store. Much of the on line products don`t make it to the store. Plus in-store sales help is very poor, unless you hunt them down and corner them they never offer to help you locate anything.
Walmart.com delivered 3 trash containers either damaged or dirty. Then, Walmart's return policy is to keep all my payment for 3 weeks after Walmarts received returned items. Will never purchase from Walmart.com again.
I live in an rural location with limited options for many products. Walmart Super Stores carry a very wide variety of everyday consumables. Their prices generally meet or beat local competitors. Items can be ordered and paid for in advance online, and can be picked up at a specific store location. I visit a superstore one or two times a month, and have found that certin days of the week are better for quicker shopping and that earlier in the day shopping will always be quicker at checkout as "checkers" are not as busy.
I just hate the thought of shopping at Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart online has an extremely wide variety of products I was just amazed. I just don't care for how they treat their employees, but I'm so poor I've had to resort to shopping at Wal-Mart. I vaguely remember them advertising how important products made in the USA used to be to them, but that no longer seems to be important. I guess that's how the company can offer such low prices on products.
Ordered a 32 oz bottle of Black Algaecide for pools from Walmart.com. Best price I saw, better than Amazon. Had it sent for store pickup because it was free shipping if I picked it up myself at my local Walmart. No problem with that since I'm a Walmart shopper and visit my store at least once a week anyway. BUT it took 8 days to receive (could have had it in 2 from Amazon) and when I got the box home & opened it, it was the completely wrong product. Had to go back to the store to return it. Have reordered again, will give them one more chance. This time will have to wait ANOTHER 10 days to receive. Hope it's the right product this time or my days of ordering on Walmart.com are over. Not sure if this has been worth saving a few dollars. Am thinking I should have just ordered from Amazon.
Walmart hires veterans to get perks from the government then lets them go as soon as possible. This has been done to many veterans and it leaves a poor image. Many veterans no longer shop at Walmart. I have found other stores to shop at. They can not draw me into the store. Have supported other retailers.
Cheap! Need I say more? Delivery was fast & price was right. I don't go to their retail stores because it's too busy & the cashiers are grumpy, but I shopped there for a specific item for my granddaughter, & they had it in stock when none of the other did & the price was the cheapest.
When I received my order the cell phone was not scanned properly and I was accused of stealing it. Walmart.com and the walmart store were extremely rude and not helpful at all, even after I showed my receipt. The walmart.com employee transferred me to Verizon and Samsung and even they could not help me. I called walmart.com customer service back and they said federal regulations would not allow them to refund my money for the phone, nor take it back, when I asked them what I was supposed to do they simply said "I don't know, try to take it back to a different wall Mart location". This was a very embarrassing situation as this was a gift for a family member. I was extremely dissatisfied with the whole situation. My walmart store nor walmart.com even offered to make any of this right. I am a frequent online shopper and have never had anything like this happen to me.
I was very disappointed to find out Walmart does not offer any discount to the Military or Veterans of our Armed services. This is a very telling sign of a company and where they stand in their views of our nation as a whole. We all appreciate the Loyalty other merchants show to our Military community and appreciation for what they have in this wonderful nation of ours from the Blood, Sweat, tears and lives of our Veterans and active duty military. They are very quick to ask their consumers for donations then take credit for the donations but when it comes to giving 10% or 15% like other merchants do they keep their hands in their pockets.

My little nephew picked out a toy motorcycle for $29.95. Only to have this poor kid totally disappointed. It would only go in reverse! That's only one example of the shoddy products Walmart sells. BTW They did refund it but wanted me to have it replaced. Only to have my nephew disappointed twice?! I don't think so!
I have been shopping online and having everything delivered from Walmart for over a year now so it's been a long time since I actually stepped into the store. I can not believe how horrible the store looks today. It's very obvious that the employees don't take an ounce of pride in their work and don't care what the store looks like. You can never find anyone to get help even at the service desk and everything and I mean everything is always out of stock. We have one main grocery store where I live and that's walmart. You would think seeing how they cover soany counties they would have a better stock of products but they have nothing.
I just purchased a tent to store heavy equipment for the winter. The price was the best I found anywhere and the deal was bundled with sides, front and back. Most items are good quality. HOWEVER, after 3 return trips they finally found the 2nd half of my order, even though the item was there all along with a picture on the outside. This area is severely understaffed with just one poor soul running back and forth from desk to warehouse.
It's been three months since I began shopping on Walmart.com and I am thrilled by what I've found. There is the free trial of the Shipping Pass, Great Value products and excellent customer service. Walmart.com has products that I can't find locally. Delivery has been quick and the items are well packed. The Great Value products are very high quality and I'm hooked on many of the things that I've tried. Many of the items are priced lower than they are in discount supermarkets.
Walmart.com in many ways has exceeded my greatest expectations for an online shopping service.
The cashier's at the check outs are getting very picky about price matching competitor's sales adds. Example the add stated 8 Oz to 10 Oz on a product, the same products picture on the add was 7.5 Oz, this product does not come any larger, the cashier did not care and said buy it or leave it. Fine I will take my add to the store who had the weekly special and Walmart can take there price match bull and go to the birds. I also will buy the other stuff I would Of bought at Walmart else were. Most of the employees not all but some act as you are a inconvenience stopping them talking between them and there friend to take care of the customer. If I have to go into a Walmart again I will go out of my way to avoid this store. A top manager needs to come into this store unannounced and take notice on the loafers and clean house.
