Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.

I love to shop online with Walmart. Their selection is always greater than the 3 stores we have locally. They are efficient in processing and sending orders and go the extra mile to make sure it arrives safely. In addition, if you choose to have it delivered to a store for pick up, it's free shipping. Can't beat that!

Everything I have purchased from Walmart has been great. No complaints. Recommend. Go to Walmart and purchase something that you usually buy at another store and see the difference in price. You will be pleasantly pleased.

There are too many fraudulent activities and the people that are supposed to help in the chat only try to waste your time and take 5 minutes to answer simple questions. I cannot shop here anymore because it is not safe. I have had my account broken into many times and no one cares to assist with these issues. I give you as much information as you need but they still choose to side with hackers. This is bad reflection on the company.

Tip for consumers:
They will literally give anyone access to your account and let them into your profile be very aware.

Originally, I felt like many folks who said WALMART, henceforth called W, is putting the little shops out of business. Fast forward approx. 7 years later: I am a faithful W in store and online shopper. 1. prices rarely can be beat with varying price points to suit any budget. 2. Availability and options are good. 3. relatively good quality for money. 4. easy returns. 5. ONLINE SHOPPING is the best, with outside vendors, relatively trouble-free returns. Literally on W. Com you can do most all of your shopping. It is easy to place an online order to meet the total for free shipping. I keep a running list of items I need and place the order once I have reached the minimum order total, believe it is either $25 or $35, to take advantage of the free shipping.

Though there is some truth that the small merchant cannot compete with W; it is also a fact that W's prices are reasonable especially for low and fixed income people.

All in all, W is wonderful. Off I go to place an order :)

They get beat-up by some sectors of our press or community but bottom line they have saved us billions since Sam Walton started that little company many years ago. They have hired millions and yet they still get no respect. Pretty sad. It is a home-grown company that has done great and all we do is bad mouth them.

Ordered a chair a week and a half ago, it was not received. Chatted with customer service, found out that they had lost the chair. I see three times that Walmart.com has failed with this transaction.
1. Losing the chair. It is a chair, how can it be lost? It doesn't fall between the cushions.
2. Not notifying me, waiting for me to call. Isn't there an automatic or manual notification feature whenever an item goes missing? Poor customer service?
3. Then when I decided to get a refund, it will take 5 days to credit it back. Walmart has already had my money and not given me anything in return for 12 days, now add another 5? When walmart debited it, they took it within minutes. I know for a fact that Credits don't need to take that long.

I use Amazon, Walmart's competitor, frequently. They never have this happen, I can see who will be winning the battle. Price isn't everything, customer service is as well.

Will go shopping at Walmart anytime before ever walking in the door or logging onto Sam's Club website. I have found more benefit and savings since leaving Sam's and going elsewhere for the same products. Thank you Walmart for providing great prices and always having good product to select from. I'll keep coming back as I know where the real savings are.

My review is based on the last number of years. They have steadily dropped In their quality of customer service, prices, availability, delivery, employee morale, website functionality, and reputation. What gives, Walmart? It is so sad when a company makes all the cuts in the wrong areas to save a buck and ends up cutting their own throat. A once reputable company, Walmart is just a mess now, as well as being the butt of jokes on YouTube and social media. I am so fed up. So so fed up. I don't know if they're ever going to pick themselves up again, but it's time for me to move on.

I agree with the previous comment. IVe used the home delivery a few times and began to notice mark ups - as much as one dollar per item! - compared to the in-store price. It was shocking and upsetting to learn that this potentially great service is not really free as advertised. There are hidden costs and it's a rip off. They could fix this by showing two prices: the "delivered" price and the in-store price. I don't know if Kroger's and others do the same thing but I'm going to check it out. Very disappointed by the come-on and being misled by the bait and-switch tactic.

If price is the only thing that matters, walmart is for you. If you want things like service and quality goods... forget it... go to small stores. Walmart has hurt main street America... in this reviewers opinion... saving a little money was not worth the cost.

My order was supposed to arrive Tuesday night, but now our won't arrive until maybe Friday. I ordered the items on last Friday and they haven't even shipped yet. Customer service has been no help and is telling me, to deal with the shipping company myself.

I bought a Modem/Router from Walmart online. When it arrived it did not work. We returned it but cannot get our money back or even a return acknowledgement. I have sent several request but can't get help. I guess I'll go next to my credit card company and call the transaction a fraud! Don't shop here for electronics!

When searching, be sure to check the Walmart check box for seller and leave the others unchecked. If there is an issue with the order, Walmart won't handle or let you contact the seller directly. Instead you have to go through their forms for communication. The other sellers also ship slower and tend to ship the wrong thing, which is how I learned all this.

That said, ordering from Walmart online is a decent experience. It is clear from their site why they will always be behind Amazon, but some things are cheaper at Walmart, they offer free shipping over $35 and the shipping charges are reasonable.

Having to schedule a time to pick up your order is ridiculous. They give you a one hour time frame and usually most of the times needed are taken. I can't order something and have my significant other pick it up anymore. It is very frustrating so now we just go to Target.

A good share of people who work there have no idea of what they are doing they need better training. Some are very nice but just not well trained.And I've found better prices at organic food stores on healthier natural foods.

Walmart online shopping has issues: merchandise can arrive late, damaged, or worse, not at all. Refunds and returns can be a headache, especially if merchandise was third party purchase. Other posts here are not all "sour grapes". Want to check online to see if an item is in your local Walmart? Sign in - Walmart keeps changing "My Store". Clicking "Make This My Store" search item and price. They should include a warning: "not recently updated" and "prices subject to change". My advice? Shop Amazon.

Ordered a product from e-commerce platform Bargain Mall recently. Received product on time and impressed with how well order was processed and shipped. Further impressed with product received. Brush cutter failed, however, in second hour of use. Vendor is most talented in giving runaround. Asking for pics and video. Where is the Walmart I have spent years and lots of money with? Do they let just anybody sell on their website? Folks, do due diligence on anything you order from Walmart.com. You will find the Walmart that guarantees customer satisfaction in their stores does not exist at Walmart.com.

Still waiting and still holding...so many calls since I returned the Sleep Innovations Bed, because it stinks and the smell never went away like they said it would, smells like vomit. So many appointments for pick up that did not happen, now after it was picked up by rude hostile men, I have waited endlessly for refund that never happens. Continually calling, supervisor, Evelyn, after a half hour on the phone, disconnected. Now waiting again for Will and no one returns to phone for a half hour. OMG if I could give minus stars I would. Don't they realize experiences like this keep people from ever shopping there again and spreading the word?!

The free shipping is like all of the others, you must spend a certain amount to qualify. Still most purchases to ship are over the amount so it works fine.

The in-store pickup did not meet my expectations. Tried twice with same result. Unable to use their app to check in, told its been upgraded since. Went to pickup area and no staff present. When finally helped it took a long time to locate all of the items. I was better off if I just shopped and got them myself. Since I was shopping anyway, I had to go through checkout so this did not save time at all, actually took longer. Lesson learned, if you are only doing pickup with no shopping, its fine. If shopping, forget it.

Because it's easy and they provide free shipping on orders over $50, I visit their store. If you're looking for something specific, you should check their website frequently because they also give bargains every day!

The potential for so much more. Quality is lacking. Although the dvd entertainment dept can have some good deals. And the automotive dept occaisionaly has sale items that are ok. Overall, i avoid this store!

Tip for consumers:
use your brain, shop around! there is little benefit to buying cheap plastic junk from china! little to no organic foodstuffs.

A while back I ordered online from Walmart. The first part of my order was fulfilled very quickly but the other item took forever to get here. I complained to Walmart and they made it right by giving me a gift card for more than the delayed item even cost. Making it free once it finally arrived plus $2 and some change. I certainly cannot complain about that so I am very happy.

Ordered an Item, recieved it broken, tried to get replacement fast and got zero help from customer service who did nothing but deflect and tried to make the process take longer when I told them I needed it faster. If at all possible buy elsewhere I dont want anyone else to have to go through this experience.

dont do it buy elsewhere evan if it costs more!

Having a Walmart a mile from our home is good. Having them ship me $50 of goods for free is even better. Three shippers deliver our parcels inside in a monitored area. I'd tell how returns are handled, but we've never had to return anything.

Site was okay. Got stuff from here a few times.
Just DON'T store your credit card information on here. Had someone hack into my account and try to buy something with my money. Lucky for me, it sent me an email and I was able to cancel the order.
