I was using Walmart for my shopping at times until I found out they're politically associated with CNN news. The CNN coupons? Walmart needs to stay away from politics. They're a grocery store that serves all people and we don't need politics thrown in our faces when we are just ordering groceries.
Walmart.ca has amazing delivery system, way better then Amazon. They deliver right to your door or closest Canada post location. You can order all non perishable items, and usually the stuff shipped is newer and fresher then what you can even buy in stores. Very Easy returns, very ideal for buying larger items, when they wont fit your car.
I have ordered many times from the Wal-Mart website using their site to store feature. Every single order I have placed I have received an email stating that at least one of the items was not actually available. Apparently their inventory system is severely lacking. Also when you order online to have the items shipped to your house, every single item will come in a separate package. Fun! I guess it is my own fault since for some reason I still continue to buy from them, so from their side there is no reason to improve. They need to stop trying to compete with Amazon because clearly they will never reach that level.
Everything I have purchased from Walmart has been great. No complaints. Recommend. Go to Walmart and purchase something that you usually buy at another store and see the difference in price. You will be pleasantly pleased.
Purchased new in 2014. 90 days Walmart Warranty and 1 Yr. Factory Warranty. It lasted about 18 months. Light household use. No help from Panasonic or Walmart. It filled the kitchen with foul smoke and was still pouring smoke when I shut it off. Appears to be a possible fire hazard.
Searching for anything on the Walmart.com site is an iffy thing. You cannot rely on product availability in your local store; one store associate told me they frequently dealt with irate customers with this issue. Ship-to-store usually works smoothly, though my local stores are so short-staffed that I've had significant wait times before someone was free to come and retrieve my package. This is not my favorite web site to shop, nor my favorite physical store to visit.
I am very disappointed with Walmart. I quit shopping at Target because of their bathroom policy that endangers my safety. Now Walmart.com has removed the ship to store option leaving the only choices to pay for shipping or purchase a shipping pass.
I love to shop online with Walmart. Their selection is always greater than the 3 stores we have locally. They are efficient in processing and sending orders and go the extra mile to make sure it arrives safely. In addition, if you choose to have it delivered to a store for pick up, it's free shipping. Can't beat that!
I have ordered my last order from Walmart--took almost 2 months and many frustrating calls to warehouse (and re-ordering) when last I tried, but I gave it another shot. Order to arrive 3 days ago. They keep updating (with no details) to the following day. Item will be returned as if it arrives. Meanwhile, my credit card has been charged for a non-arrival.
Garbage company lies.to customers and they get caught and use excuses to try and cover. Lazy employees and managers in customer care lie and tell you they will fix it and send false adds pics and you do and it's not even to right department. And then you get excuse they are years old adds but they did not show up a few months ago violates.the truth in advertising laws and click bate laws for adds as well and excuses lies and the we are so sorry bit to bad.
For a Billion dollar company I would think they could afford to update their Internet System. Christmas was just forget it. When looking up something. Using SEARCH. All kinds of junk would pop up. It would take me 2 hours to order 6 items. Then the cart button does not work. It is the same with SAM's CLUB. Several times I am missing items because it did not go in the cart. Walmart hurt themselves and it's happening to Sam's Club. And it effects the employees who are losing their job. I have a Migraine after ordering from the web sites because it is so frustrating.
I've order multiple times and items from the website. Always arrive very quickly and correctly. Don't always like them coming in different shipments but hey they arrive and on time! One of the few websites I haven't had ordering issues with. Especially with Christmas time being so hectic thank you for all your hard work!
Every purchase that I've ever made from Walmart.com has shipped in good time with a great product. Even though I do not shop in Walmart stores. It's just too crowded for me and not enough registers open. So this is a great way to get good deals.
If you have any choice in where to buy online and get shipping, then please do. Wal Mart is terrible. Its nothing to say "your order has been delayed" and then ship it to another service center instead of the store for pickup. I will NEVER order online from Walmart again.
Don't waste your time with this garbage site. Add things to your cart, then try to check out, at the very last step of checkout, it's sold out. Puts you back on the cart page, only 5 left, hurry and order! Worst experience I've ever had online.
They get beat-up by some sectors of our press or community but bottom line they have saved us billions since Sam Walton started that little company many years ago. They have hired millions and yet they still get no respect. Pretty sad. It is a home-grown company that has done great and all we do is bad mouth them.

Originally, I felt like many folks who said WALMART, henceforth called W, is putting the little shops out of business. Fast forward approx. 7 years later: I am a faithful W in store and online shopper. 1. prices rarely can be beat with varying price points to suit any budget. 2. Availability and options are good. 3. relatively good quality for money. 4. easy returns. 5. ONLINE SHOPPING is the best, with outside vendors, relatively trouble-free returns. Literally on W. Com you can do most all of your shopping. It is easy to place an online order to meet the total for free shipping. I keep a running list of items I need and place the order once I have reached the minimum order total, believe it is either $25 or $35, to take advantage of the free shipping.
Though there is some truth that the small merchant cannot compete with W; it is also a fact that W's prices are reasonable especially for low and fixed income people.
All in all, W is wonderful. Off I go to place an order :)
Will go shopping at Walmart anytime before ever walking in the door or logging onto Sam's Club website. I have found more benefit and savings since leaving Sam's and going elsewhere for the same products. Thank you Walmart for providing great prices and always having good product to select from. I'll keep coming back as I know where the real savings are.
There are too many fraudulent activities and the people that are supposed to help in the chat only try to waste your time and take 5 minutes to answer simple questions. I cannot shop here anymore because it is not safe. I have had my account broken into many times and no one cares to assist with these issues. I give you as much information as you need but they still choose to side with hackers. This is bad reflection on the company.
Ordered a chair a week and a half ago, it was not received. Chatted with customer service, found out that they had lost the chair. I see three times that Walmart.com has failed with this transaction.
1. Losing the chair. It is a chair, how can it be lost? It doesn't fall between the cushions.
2. Not notifying me, waiting for me to call. Isn't there an automatic or manual notification feature whenever an item goes missing? Poor customer service?
3. Then when I decided to get a refund, it will take 5 days to credit it back. Walmart has already had my money and not given me anything in return for 12 days, now add another 5? When walmart debited it, they took it within minutes. I know for a fact that Credits don't need to take that long.
I use Amazon, Walmart's competitor, frequently. They never have this happen, I can see who will be winning the battle. Price isn't everything, customer service is as well.
