Wanderer Bracelets

The quality of their products have gone done exponentially. The products was not as described. It did not go around my wrist 3 times. Im 5'4 and weigh 110 pounds. My boyfriend is 200 pounds and 6'4. He has to wear it as a necklace. There was no slip knot to tighten it on my wrist so it kept falling off. I wear it as a necklace too. The initials have faded on the wood after less than 2 weeks. Very disappointed yes and will not purchase anymore products.

The workers were helpful on updating me about my order and i got a discount at the checkout. My order took about 3 weeks to get here but i live quite far away so that was expected. The bracelets came in really good condition and they're so cute.

After a very small mess up by the computer, the fine folks at Wanderer not only credited my account and sent a very nice email apologizing for an error that wasn't even their fault, they also kicked in a nice thank you to boot. Great company and customer service.

Your site was extremely difficult to navigate. Trying to enter a location and find the correct coordinates was very hard to do and fairly difficult on mobile device. It's only because I want this for my wife that I actually spent 20 minutes trying to order it.

This is my second "Shaka" bracelet. I never take it off and the first finally gave way after about 4 years of use. Got my wife the "Big Mountain" bracelet this time too.

Very easy to navigate, can't wait to get the bracelets!

*update* received the bracelets in time for Mother's Day. She absolutely loved the gift and that her and our son now have matching bracelets. Already many compliments on them and have referred others!
