This review is for people that are hesitant to make a purchase because you are not sure if Watchmaxx is legit or if the type of watch you might purchase is 100% authentic. I decided to buy a Breitling Super Avenger 2. I saw it at an AD selling for $5800. I decided to go on the internet and see if I could get it any cheaper. I saw Watchmaxx had the same watch for $4080. My main concern was if the watch was 100% authentic and if the company itself could be trusted. I read thru a lot of reviews and did some research. The company itself sells thru Amazon which was important to me because Amazon is so big if they were selling fake items Amazon would not be doing business with them. The reason why their prices are so much cheaper is because they deal in what's called a grey market. Which basically means that there are many ADs that will buy 100 different kinds of Breitling watches and after a period of time maybe sell 75 of them. To make room for incoming inventory they sell off the extra 25 watches they have to a company like Watchmaxx. They in turn sell it at a very discounted price. The only small negative in buying from them is they don't have a dealer warranty. They give you a two year warranty thru them. If you do have a problem they take your watch and the AD that they purchased from does the repairs. I never used it but even if I took my watch to a Breitling store and payed out of my own pocket I would still be ahead because I saved so much money in the first place. I decided to purchase the watch and it took two days to be delivered. The watch is 100% authentic and works perfectly. I am completely satisfied with the entire purchase. I know this review was long but hopefully some of you will get a clearer understanding of Watchmaxx.

After receiving the Rolex that I ordered, the only issue I had was the color of the dial in real life compared to the photo that was posted online. To be fair though, the picture is from the Rolex website. If color is important to you, I would suggest seeing the watch at a store to confirm it's what you want before placing the order online. Izzy offered to do a return/ exchange if we wanted to. We decided to keep the watch. Great company overall.

Great response time, and product - but UPS shipping was really not up to standards. They claimed they had tried to deliver three times, but people were at home at the receiving address. Pick up at UPS facility was also not that easy as opening hours were very limited.

Had to return a watch as it was not what I expected. The new watch I received was acceptable, yet WatchMaxx.com management charged me $30.00 for shipping. I thought that was a little excessive. I would like $30 refund if possible to think about possibly buying a watch from WatchMaxx again. Respectfully, Frank Laveaga

Order arrived within a few days. Inspection of the watch showed it was in great working condition. No scratches or knicks. Battery fully operating. Color was as expected. The band was perfect as well. Watch is exactly what I was looking for! I would order from Watchmaxx again for sure.

The watch is very nice, just like I expected. The top of the box have some scratch, which I can accept as it was a good price and big discount. Certainly not acceptable if I order a 2000+ plus watch. It was sent with USPS and the did not deliver the watch on time. I would appreciate if the delivery would be done by UPS or FedEx

My purchase experience on a Panerai PAM104 has been good so far. Will wait until I have received and inspected the watch once it arrives to complete feedback regarding my overall experience. Follow up: Paid for "next day" shipping, but was unfortunately sent "second day". WatchMaxx immediately refunded all shipping charges. Watch arrived new in box with all documents and manuals. Looks fantastic and is working great. Very satisfied with my experience.

No issues placing order today, 07/08/2017. Watch was received on 07/13/2017 = SWEET!
However, dial face color was not the one ordered. Received Silver face as opposed to the ordered White face.
Kept the watch regardless to avoid return hassles and incurring wait time for the exchange.

Brand new watch received in a timely fashion. Price was competitive. The watch does not keep time and did not come with factory warranty card. They refused to give me a refund on a new watch that doesn't work ($2,200 Tag Heuer) because it was opened. Not sure how anyone would know that a watch doesn't work unless they actually use it. It was repackaged and in perfect condition when I sent back, no refund, 4-6 weeks for repair. So, I paid $2,200 for a broken watch that I will not get to use for another 4-6 weeks. Extremely disappointing.

Fast delivery, watch arrived two days prior to estimated delivery date

They never asked me about insurance...whynt?
Signature required...
No one I know signed for the watch...
Got the watch from a third party who found package...
Lucky to even got it.
Customer service was rude.
I Paid for next day shipping and signature.
Never was delivered as ordered.
Box was opened. I returned merchandise, pay to return open box merchandise, and customer service is rude! Then To add icing to top of all of this I get charged 50$ on top of all of this! This little shopping spree cost me total of 70$.
Want to improve? Watch only cost 345!
I spent 20% in fees and shipping and restocking fees!
Bad experience, no professionalism, no customer service.
But you saved on all shipping fees, and insurance fees
And made 10% plus for processing and annoying me.
Also the taxes that I was charged were never returned.

WatchMaxx.com looks very professional and is easy to navigate. All my questions were easy to find in the FAQ's or detailed in the tabs for that product. I was very happy with my experience and will shop here again.

So far so good, haven't received the product prior to this review.

Update: Watchmaxx shipped the wrong watch, but they were very professional in resolving the problem. They were easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would. I'm satisfied with the product,the handling of the small problem, and especially the value from Watchmaxx.

My second purchase from watchmaxx happy both times. I was very frustrated with ups. They misrouted my package and it arrived day late. This is by no means the end of the world. What drove me crazy was that for a day they seemed to have no idea where it was and refused to look beyond the same tracking number search that is available online. Needless to say this was frustrating for an expensive watch. Finally on my 3rd call I got a manager who put (literally) 30 seconds of work in and find out it was only in the next town over and would arrive in one to two days. None of this is Watchmaxx's fault. They are great and i recommend them and their products, but if I order again in the future I will refuse ups as carrier.

I like that there was a lot of mens watches to choose from. My husband had been eyeing this particular one for sometime now. It will be a great christmas gift. Thank you. I received it fast, love the look of it. He will try it out christmas eve. It is a gift. Thank you...

Great Experience. Wonderful authentic Designer watch in the true Manufacturer's packaging. My Brother saw the Versace Watch in the box and he had a fit over it so I gave it to him and I will order another one. Great company.

Easy to use website, good product descriptions, large selection, good prices.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get the watch on over my hand (large hands, small wrist) and had to return it. I am very happy with the ease of returning the watch and the prompt refund of my money. I would definitely shop with Watchmaxx again because of the way they handled my return.

First of all., I used to be a Torneau and Benbridge customer, but they are too pricey for their retail... You could never go wrong with Watch max company further for the affordability genuine Watch Products. I purchase two watches from them and I am very satisfied with the delivery and specially the Quality authentic merchandise. I would recommend watch Max.com to any of my friends Or to anyone that don't know who they are. And I will continue for more future shopping.

Site was easy to use and my item was in stock and ready to ship. Watch came 8 days after order. This isn't terrible but for this expensive a watch I've always gotten them faster. I think they should be sent overnight like some vendors do.

Also...and not WatchMaxx's fault, but if they sent it priority overnight maybe it wouldn't happen...The UPS guy just left the watch on my porch after ringing the bell and nobody answered in like 10sec. Luckily I got the delivery notification right away from UPS and have a camera on the porch so I saw him leave it and went and got it right away. The slip even said it was to be signed for by an adult.

The watch arrived with a non-removable paper tag looped around the band and on the paper tag it said that the 30 day warranty was voided if the tag was removed. My wife can't wait for the 30 days to arrive so she can take off the warranty tag.
