Overall experience was excellent. The staff was patient and understanding. They worked with me and answered all my questions. I ended up purchasing two luxury watches from them and both were received well packaged and in excellent condition. Both were as pictured, described, and shown in their website. I was very happy and appreciative with WatchMaxx and for the service I received. I will buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.
I purchased express shipping and there was nothing in the pre-ordering process that said I would have to sign for the watch. It took me over a week to line up with UPS when to deliver it when I would actually be home. No one is home all day every day to sign for a package, and I would never have selected this had I been made aware. It was super frustrating as it delayed me giving a special gift. After all that, the watch is perfect.
Heads up before ordering a watch from this company. Yes the prices are great but hope the watch you receive is working and not defective. I received a watch and the second hand was not working. I spoke to them twice as well as the manufacturer. It was determined the watch was not working properly so I sent it back. They received the watch back and are telling me the watch was working. Actually the person I spoke with last week told me the watch was already sent out to another customer but was working when they received it. The person today told me they currently have the watch in stock and it is working so I guess they need to get their stories straight. Bottom line is they charged me shipping and stocking fee for a watch that was sent not working to me. They took the time to size the watch band but did not check to see that the watch had the correct time? Sounds fishy to me. You can be the judge if you believe this is an ethical company.

Would give 5 stars but signature is required, which I understand, but very difficult ro work with shipper and to be home all the time to get my watch. Allow customers to pick it up at local ups or FedEx stores.
From the time I ordered to the time I received my watch, took a little longer than expected, but absolutely worth the wait. Watch was beautiful! I will with out a doubt be choosing WatchMaxx in the future!

I had a very positive experience with WatchMaxx. The watch I received for Christmas was simply too large for my wrist. I was able to exchange it with ease. They also held my new watch's shipping date until I arrived home from a vacation. Their customer service reps on the phone were always very responsive and efficient.
Wrong watched shipped to me. Had to waste time send wrong watch back. Both time delivery was left at front door. NO SIGNATURE. Terrible experience
This was my first order with Watchmaxx. I wondered if the watches were real. When I received my watch, I took it to my local jeweler to have it sized, and they verified the watch. It is a beautiful timepiece, and i have not had any trouble with it! I look forward to a continued relationship with Watchmaxx.
I bought few watches. It is ok if I did not return, but last purchase, the watch is bigger than advertise, not fit my wrist. So i decide to return. This company subtract the shipping fee (I understand), but this company also charge restocking fee. Which is not acceptable. I will not recommend anyone buy any watches from this company. Be careful. I wont buy any watches from this company ever again.
Great price, good customer service, and follow through. Much different experience than another place I tried. It almost went south, but they pulled it out at the last minute.
I had tried to get assist from this company for many times but no luck. They are always closed. I got this watch with damaged. The crown gets jammed when I tried to adjust time and won't go back into the original position. I wish there's someone to help me out so I could take care of this this issue.

Had an issue with the delivery that caused a bit of a problem. The end result was that the item I had ordered will be sent back from ups without ever being in my possesion. Watchmaxx was incrediblly unconcerned about my viewpoint as the customer and took the stance of "we could care less about your business". So many businesses make you truly feel like they appreciate your business and are really concerned about your entire experience. Maybe Watchmaxx will consider a change to this position one day and value its customers or potential customers more.

I played the hunt for the best price game and after I finally pulled the trigger on my timepiece, I chose WatchMaxx because of the reviews of other customers. They also provide their own extended warranty. I appreciate not having to pay outrageous fees to insure and ship… in fact, it cost me nothing and, on top of that, I got a slight reduction in price just for asking! I'm very happy with my purchase, as someone should be in this luxury category.
One can't help wonder if all the positive reviews are legit. I ordered a watch from Watch Maxx in early December. The ETA is between late-December and mid-January. The watch is in current production. Everything seemed good, and the site's order status showed confirmed and the payment charged. Apparently it isn't the case. In mid January, I received a notification that Watch Maxx couldn't fulfill the order. Any company that promised its customer and then fell down after over a month is a worthless merchant. What a total waste of time! It makes me wonder if all those positive reviews are legit, or if they merely a marketing scheme.
Watchmaxx sent me the wrong watch. It was supposed to have a blue face like what it shows online but it came in black instead. When i complained They said i had to pay to send it back ( shipping & handling) with insurance and then want to charge a restocking fee 3% or apply it to another watch. How do i know this other watch would be the right one? What a scam.! I have complained to them on 3 separate emails. They don't even dress the issue. So i cancelled the order and sent them the watch. Don't buy form these people.

Previous experiences have been good. Purchased a Movado bold in Aug which stopped working in October. Contacted them and sent item for repair. Received repaired item on December 4 and it wasn't keeping time. Tried to set it and crown fell off. I received a "repaired" item that was more broken. Had to send a couple emails and was ignored when I asked for replacement or refund. Only option was further repair. They obviously can't repair the watch and sent back a broken one that was supposed to be repaired.
The experience with WatchMaxx was seamless. I received my watch on time and it was exactly as described. I expect to order my next watch through WatchMaxx. I would recommend WatchMaxx to friends and family. Thank you!
Two months after placing my order, they cancelled it. When I called, they advised me there was a technical issue that caused the order cancellation. They refused to match the price of my initial cancelled order. They were very rude and disrespectful when I was discussing the inconvenient experience their technical issue caused. When things escalated with the person I was speaking with on the phone and I asked to speak with a manager, I learned that he is the owner of the company whose name is Eli Hoffman! Never buy expensive and luxurious products from such a kiosk!
I'm extremely satisfied with the product and delivery options. My watch came with all the stickers and wraps intact. I'm glad that the stainless steel bracelet came in mint condition.
I also reached out to customer service for a question related to Warranty, and it was very easy.
Would definitely buy again and recommend to others.
This has to be the most unprofessional company ever. Anything you buy, they do not have because what they do I try to source it with your money. If you need to buy a gift, you are going to miss the date. After weeks of waiting, Steve "I am the boss here" cannot even explain their own internal process. Again, this company is not reputable or and they should not have your business.

Best deals on luxury brands, I have placed the order for my son's birthday who lives in USA. And I really like the way they serve on time delivery. Even the gift wrapping was really nice and over all its a great experience. Once again appreciate the time lines and ease of purchase.
I ordered a Tissot Gentleman watch from Watchmaxx in which I didn't like upon receiving. Returning and communications were no problem, and I received my money back without an issue. Delivery was fast and easy.
Bought Oris TT1 watch. Had some problems, like daytime doesn't display properly. Started communication with customer service to send the watch in. After couple of messages the customer service stopped respond. I got an answer at last and we could resolve the problems: WatchMaxx paid the revision of the watch. The watch is genuine, otherwise it could not be repaired by a official dealer. But it took its time... I'm from Germany by the way.

Bought Oris watch. Had some problems, like daytime doesn't display properly. Started communication with customer service to send the watch in. After couple of messages the customer service stopped respond. Don't believe the positive reviews. Not even sure if the watch is genuine, because somehow magically water was leaking in. Never took the watch for a swim. Unbelievable for a genuine Oris TT1 watch. The behaviour of the customer service in case of a problem should be enough to avoid this shop. I'm from Germany by the way.
