I purchased express shipping and there was nothing in the pre-ordering process that said I would have to sign for the watch. It took me over a week to line up with UPS when to deliver it when I would actually be home. No one is home all day every day to sign for a package, and I would never have selected this had I been made aware. It was super frustrating as it delayed me giving a special gift. After all that, the watch is perfect.
I purchased a Tag Heuer watch directly from Watchmaxx's website in November 2019. I wore the watch minimally and realized that the watch face had condensation inside in early June 2020. I'm not even sure how water got into the watch, but the watch face was so steamed up that I couldn't even read the time. Called Watchmaxx and asked them to warranty the watch, as it was just over 6 months old yet. They instructed me to send in the watch for a pressure test. I did so. They kept my watch for TEN WEEKS, then contacted me to say that it was completely fine - no leaks, no water, no issues at all. Clearly the watch is leaking! Water doesn't magically appear from nowhere! Do not buy from them! If you are lucky enough to have zero issues with your purchase, then it's a great deal. If not, however, they absolutely WILL NOT stand by their warranty. Take it from me - an expensive lesson indeed.
I really doubt the product I received is genuine. This is an Oris Aquis I purchased fromWatchmaxx, through eBay. I did not expect a reputable Swiss watch have a time lapse of about 30 seconds a day. I also did not expect the screws are easily loosening with minimal usage. It was less than 9 months that I bought my Oris that I have lost a main screw on the bracelet where it is attached to lug. I called Watchmaxx and received the type of answer I expected: "this particular issue is not under warranty" Don't get fooled by them.

I ordered an Bell and Ross wrist watch from them which did eventually come, but the watch bands did not fit. I brought this to their attention through their customer service department which replied that they do not sell individual watch bands. I called them directly, speaking to "Sal" where he asked if I would send them an image with a measuring device included as a reference. They replied that they are forwarding the image to their supplier. I had to call them again, since no action was taken, only to have them tell me that I was out of luck. I did ask them; "If you paid this much for a watch, wouldn't you expect that the watch would fit your hand?" They agreed but again said I was out of luck.

Hi, I have ordered several watches in the past, however this time I shipped it to Canada. The amount of the watch that was on the website was different from what I was charged on my card, with extra charges almost $70 more than the original price on the website in Canadian dollars. I am also very disappointed as it was a mother's day gift and the delivery said it was supposed to be delivered on the Friday before mother's day, even after confirming several times, and I even paid them the customs fee before they delivered the watch. After 3 days of waiting, the delivery came after mother's day had passed and again the delivery driver was asking me to pay the customs fee. And very sadly, I had requested to put a message saying Happy Mothers day, however there was no message and the watch was poorly packaged. It looked like it was opened by UPS delivery. I really hope that you guys will look into this. Thank you

The worest experience ever. I bought a watch pam******* and they had it at a price I jumped on. They charge my CC then called me 1 day later and said sorry no inventory but got same watch for $1000 higher. Unreal.
Now i wait 5-7 business day for funds to clear.
Beware apparently this is what they do alot. The manager new the policy like a pro and said " we have the right to cancel any order "

I was trying to decide on the purchase of a Bell and Ross BR05, I made a reasonable offer per their request ($200 less than asking sale price). I never received a reply. Next day the price went up approx. $400. Called CS, he actually found the email, said he'll get back to me... never did. I purchased the watch (different color dial) from a competitor website with awesome CS. I wouldn't recommend these guys. Probably would have paid original asking sale price if they would have replied with a denial.

Watch arrived order no ******* but the bracelet was not correct for the watch and screwdriver was wrong type. As per instructions from Marc in cust service returned the box bracelet and tools now waiting for replacements.
The Tudor heritage chronograph has been discontinued so I would have to go look beyond an A.D. I have purchased two Tissots from Watchmaxx in the past, and I've been completely satisfied with the watches and their customer service. I had a couple of questions on this Tudor because they had it listed as a floor model. After speaking with them on the phone, they answered all my questions and confirmed its floor model condition as excellent. When I received the watch and inspected it, I found it to be in excellent condition! I am very thrilled to get this watch and for Watchmaxx to offer it to me at a discount price and their great customer service! I highly recommend Watchmaxx for whatever budget of watch you are shopping for!
Purchased a movado from watchmaxx... its a fake I own 2 movado watches. Purchased from movado... they are made in Switzerland... not China... I want a refund. So I can go buy an actual movado... anyone who owns a real one can tell the difference horrible fake... light weight and cheap feeling.

Ordered 2 Tag Watches and both received in good working order. Resizing performed as requested too. All of this plus saved 1k with the only difference being Watchmaxx, in business for 20 years so far according to the BBB, handles warranty instead of Tag.

I received my watch fast with overnight shipping but the box for the watch, not the packaging, was clearly cut on the exterior from a box cutter knife and was also crushed on one corner and a side. The watch itself was intact with zero damage.Overall I really liked my experience and how easy it was to make the purchase and receive my watch so fast. I hope the damge to the box was a fluke as I would really like to purchase again from Watchmaxx.

The wrong time and date was set on this watch and it was very difficult to set. I was actually nervous that we would have to send the watch back. I want to ensure that the watch that I purchased was a new watch. Due to the way it was sent to me, I am worried that we were sent a used watch. We have been able to set the watch. It just reads like poor customer service for the watch to be sent to us with the incorrect settings.
I returned the watch. The watch I received was not what I ordered. It did not come latched together and was not on the pillow holder in the box but stuffed under it. I have ordered from you before and this is not the quality I was expecting. Very disappointing
Don't buy from this site. Let me explain. I bought two watches from them - no problem. Then I bought a new Panerai. As soon as I opened the box, I knew it was not a watch for me. I returned it and then got a message from a Cherry saying the bezel was scratched. I was shocked as I didn't even wear the watch. I wrote back and then got an email from cherry asking if I wanted to exchange the watch for something else. I wondered why that was even an option if they believed I had scratched the watch. They told me someone would call me. No one did. When I called, they said they have to return the watch. I will never buy from them again and I am warning you.
I ordered a watch band for a 19mm Tag Heuer. Paid, and then they shipped flawlessly. IT arrived, and I said that the band was 20mm and had a different serial number on the clasp than then band that I ordered. They provided a RA number, and asked that I send them a photo.
I said I was willing to exchange for the correct band, or they could refund if they didn't have the band in the size I actually ordered. They just processed a refund and charged me for shipping and restocking fee. Poor practice given they sold me something I didn't order in the first place.

Purchased a Hamilton Khaki Auto watch from Watchmaxx. Product delivered but without the all important manual. Sent me a replacement. Wrong one. Contacted them again. Sent me the same wrong manual. Strike 2. I now have 2 wrong manuals in my possession and am awaiting for the GM to give me a call back. Simple resolution yet they are jerking me around. I guess they feel that since I'm 5K miles away they can do this. Strike 3 may slowly be approaching and they are close to losing a trusted and validated customer. Filed a complaint with BBB.

I ordered a Tagheur Callibre 2.0 for my husband's birthday. I got a great price (nearly $200 savings!) and got the package delivered to me securely and safely. Total peace of mind and the husband was over the moon!
Bought a Tag watch it broke and attempted to send it to Tag since it was only months old was told they couldn't accept it since the dealer isn't an authorized to sell Tag and when a contracted watchmaxx they said they couldn't supply with with a warranty card, even though they sold me the watch and have been giving me the runaround. I now have to either pay $756 to have it repaired or buy a new watch. I'd ask before you buy a watch from these crooks if they are an authorized dealer because if they aren't for that manufacturer good luck.

I ordered a Cartier watch from watchmaxx and they box was dented and did not come with all the paperwork. The watch did not have the accurate brand new stickers when I received the watch. It looked as if this was a refurbished watch. I noticed the watch did not hold time properly. When I called for a refund I encountered aggressive attitude. I was fearful I would not receive my money back since I was getting the run around so I had to have my lawyer get involved and send a letter to ensure I received my refund. They could not tell me exactly when I would receive a refund. I felt leike i was getting the run around and they were very condensending and rude to me. I was very dissatisfied with my buying experience and would never buy from watchmaxx again.
