Received watch as ordered very quickly. Unfortunately was not what I really wanted. Recall your customer service. Great instructions on how to return watch which I did. Just waiting for refund on my credit card and all will be Well!

Package arrived exactly when stated- watch was brand new with tags, manual box etc.

Sent a watch like it was a $5 toy. Still waiting for refund and also lost money on this terrible $1500 transaction.

Smooth experience from browsing to checkout. But ordered on a Friday morning and chose next day service. Yet I didn't receive the package till Monday. I wish there were more clear indications for ordering close to the weekend.

Fast and helpful phone support. Easy check out on website.
First transaction was great, second transaction was unsuccessful for from start to finish. Difficult to get phone calls returned, delay in emailing code, product then sold before order placed (after calling to confirm it was in stock) Might do business with again if they can correct the situation.

Great experience with WatchMaxx. Easy ordering, better price than all other sites and brick and mortar retail stores and delivery was 7 days from my order date, much faster than the arrival estimate that quoted the shipping speed as being 25-49 days. I would use them again!

Courteous staff, had to place order over for different method of payment.

Ordered overnight delivery( $25), received watch 5 days late; UPS lost package and I would like to request that shipping be refunded.
The watch arrived in good condition in original packaging. The only item missing was a certificate of authenticity. Without this document is there a method to ensure authenticity?

Overall very satisfied with my purchase and product experience. Given the fact I've made two high end product purchases within a short period there has been no incentive or offered reward for me to make a third? Maybe it's your margin? Maybe it's just not apparent or important given your volume of customers as a grey market dealer.

Watch came as promised on time ans in discrete packaging. Watch was in perfect condition. Love it! Watch Max did not charge me Tax, since I was not in state that they ship from. Other companies have in the past. Ill be shipping at WatchMaxx again for sure!

Watchmaxx did not charge the Credit Card until I received the watch. That's unusual and refreshing. Most retailers will charge when they ship. It seems that Watchmaxx charges on delivery confirmation. Everything is as advertised.

So far, excellent customer experience through your website. I was not informed that there would be no Omega Warranty which may have affected my purchase. As a new genuine Omega watch why is an Omega International Warranty not provided?
