2 days after I purchased, the exact watch had its price reduced by $65. I called watchmaxx and they were very helpful. They said since I accepted the free Norton protection service, I just needed to email them with screen shots of the new price and the email confirmation of what I paid. 7 days later I received a check for the $65. Very nice! Oh, and my Steve McQueen TAG Monaco is beautiful. I get comments on it all the time.

I highly recommend Watchmaxx. The 2.5% additional discount for paying by wire transfer was a nice bonus.

I found that watchmaxx had the cheapest price on the Internet for the Luminox Navy Seal watch I wanted! So I got the watch and I'm very happy with the entire experience!

With so many sites to buy watches online, it's hard to know which can be trusted. I appreciated that your website had so much information, including FAQ and warranty info to help ease my mind. I am looking forward to this first order and hope the research will be rewarded.

Super fast from order to delivery. Happy with the watch as well. Need to find a ay to get through the custom clearing though since I got hit with 25% added VAT, over and above the US VAT. Not Watchmaxx fault obviously, but if this could be more flexible that would improve the overall experience even further!

In general: super fast delivery to Sweden, and no complaints at all. Would definitely order again I could solve the 25% markup due to customs.

This transaction was so easy,but unfortunately tha watch was used,it came in really bad conditions,from the watch to accessories,Manuel warranty,box I got a refund and I will never buy from them.
Plus took me almost 2 weeks to get refund,they just give me a hard time.

Great prices, easy order process and quality products. Very pleased with overall experience.

The only negative remark that I have is that we place 2 orders. The First order took a long time to receive. Second which was placed about 10 days later, we received before the first order. Possibly the fault of the delivery service.

Firstly please accept my apologies concerning my english, this is not my mother tongue!
I decided to buy a watch at 11 700 Euros on the manufacturer website... here at 6 450 Euros... wow!
Everything was ok to place the order.
I paid by bank wire which allows again a 2.5% more discount.
I asked several questions about delay, shipment method... to the WatchMaxx team.
I found it sometimes too long to answer... but Miriam, Jack and Mark absolutely well done the job!
Beginning to have any doubts, I had a look at the different reviews and feedbacks on the web.
Most of them are very good and others are so bad!
And unfortunately I focalized on the bad experiences of purchasers.
Once parcel was ready to be shipped, I received the tracking number from WatchMaxx for UPS.
But I was frozen when I saw that the weight of the was 1 LBS.
Why? Because I saw a bad feedback about that!
Frankly it was hard to sleep during the last 2 nights because I was afraid about what I would receive, and what I paid 6 450 Euros for.
I contacted the team which told me that label of 1 Lbs could be 4 or 5 Lbs (which corresponds to the weight of the heavy luxury box with the watch).
I accepted to understand but with all my doubts.
And parcel has been (very quickly) received early in the morning.
When UPS guy came at the door, the size of the parcel reassured me!
I was stressed to open the parcel.
And what a marvelous surprise... everything was here!
Box, papers... and the watch for sure!
THIS WAS PERFECT!

The shopping experience exceeded my expectations. The watch was shipped and arrived on time. Very satisfied with my purchase and the after-sales service was also exceptional. Replies to my requests and questions were prompt and fully addressed. Anyone hesitant in ordering a valuable time piece should have no fears. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Website is friendly enough to use...placed an order...so far so good.

Received a follow up email saying they made a mistake with invoice. Had to send in more money for the watch and there was no apology from them. Good comma and quick delivery though. The watch made up for it. I absolutely LOVE my new watch!

Love the watch. You guys were great. You helped me follow up with UPS. Thank you! UPS however gave me the wrong delivery times, then said they would leave the package if I signed for it which they did not do. Then went to pick it up at 6pm and the driver had not returned yet. Eventually, 2 days later I finally picked it up from the UPS location. I've been wearing my watch ever since.;-)

This watch was a gift for our grandson's high school graduation. I was so happy that I received it promptly because my husband and I could give it to him personally and not have to mail it to him. He was beyond thrilled when he opened up the box and that made us feel wonderful. We were even able to engrave the back of it as a lasting gift from his grandparents. Responsive, quick, and great watch. I spoke on the phone to their rep and he was super friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars was due to the watch having some minor scratches on it. I was able to easily buff them out with a smooth polishing file board. They polished out perfectly but I know what I am doing and regularly polish up my watches when they get scratches in them. All in all, a great deal and a fantastic time piece.

So far the experience was positive, no issues, but cannot give higher then middle until the process is completed.

Great payment options and nice variety of name brand watches! However, the watch was a little to small and getting assistance to get extra links in order to make the adjustments has been very difficult.

More information was needed purchasing such an expensive item. The authenticity etc. But once I registered with the actual TAG website this was confirmed. But Overall the whole Watchmaxx experience was positive and would buy from them definitely again.

I received my item within 3 days. The watch was in its most primitive state and was exactly how I expected it to be in its packaging. Very pleased. Customer service is also very helpful with any concerns or comments. Great service.

I recently purchased a watch from Watchmaxx. It was the worst experience I have ever had in online shopping.

The watch arrived with a very odd manufacturing defect, in that the hour hand only appeared on the hour marks at 30 minutes, instead of at 60 minutes. I immediately called, and the salesperson, who had no knowledge of the watch they sold me, told me to look on YouTube to see if I could figure out the problem. This problem was so obvious that it should have been detected prior to leaving the manufacturer, if not by the various retailers it went through before making it to me via Watchmaxx. So, the whole situation was questionable from the outset.

I had sought out help from another individual at Watchmaxx after not hearing back from the first person I spoke to and was disconnected twice. So, I had to resort to email, which is absurd for solving a problem on a large purchase. Ultimately, I had to explain the problem multiple times, through email, before anyone would send me a return label. They only communicate through email.

Once I sent the defective watch back, I told them just to send out a new watch. They refused, saying they had to receive the watch and investigate the problem before they could offer any "solutions."

After having to follow up with scores of more emails, I finally received a determination that they would give me a refund because they claimed they had no replacements in stock, even though they were still selling them on their website, at a price increase from that price which I paid. No wonder they didn't want to send me another one.

SO, I wasted over two weeks, wrote countless emails, did more to solve the problem than Watchmaxx did, and ended up with nothing more than a hassle, but no watch.

This company has zero customer service and is completely ill-equipped to handle any problem. This is not what anyone needs when buying a watch.

My experience with WatchMaxx has been extremely positive. The item was available at the best price for a new item. Customer service was attentive and courteous, and they ensured the package would be delivered within one day, as confirmed during the order. The item came on time, and it was as described - brand new with no defects. I look forward to using WatchMaxx again.

Excellent experience for the most part. Only concern was that the Tag Heuer box and interior packaging looked used due to scratches. Because the watch was being given as a special gift, that bothered me. I contacted Watch Maxx and they immediately responded with a $25 credit to my card. Watch was beautiful quality.

Canada is very close, to get 5 STARS I would expect Watchmaxx to look after import issues, like taxes.I understand that these would be charged back to customer. I do not know yet how the transport and delivery will be completed so final score after I get the product.
