I ordered an Omega leather strap.The strap arrived sooner than the estimated delivery date. Unfortunatelly, the strap ordered came with a small defect. Need to return so a one in perfect condition can be re send.

Great price and easy to use website. Delivery was fast, safe and free. The only hiccup was the fact that the bracelet should have been 19.5 cm in circumference for a proper fit but it was actually 21 cm. (I used the handy sizing tape from the website). So, the watch is uncomfortably loose and I'm afraid I'll hit the face on something. So, I am waiting for this coronavirus nonsense to pass to have a link removed by favorite watchmaker. But, I LOVE the watch!

Delivery was awesome! Stated that I needed for a birthday gift the end of January. Delivery when I ordered said it would be around Feb 8th. They made sure I had it in time! Would def purchase thru them again!

Very good delivery time. Watch was as described. One very small issue is the plastic cover on the face of the watch had been removed and put back on with greasy fingerprints on it. Other plastic covering was intact. Watch is fine and blemish free. My son loves it and I would buy from this company again.

Extremely disappointed with the Citizen ProMaster watch. Not the fault of WatchMaxx, but no watch should ever be this difficult to set. More than a dozen steps. Really? The important digital display is incredibly tiny and dim, making one of the critical steps in the set up frustrating beyond belief. More than a week later, that watch still doesn't display the correct time. Even my local Citizen dealer can't set it.

I originally ordered the Tissot PRS 516 with a blue dial but it turns out that it couldn't be sourced. So I asked if I could gt the silver dial which was slightly more expensive at the same price and the rep agreed.

Shipping was quick, actually quicker than expected.

Overall I'm satisfied with WatchMaxx and would order from them again.

Good overall ordering process and oh yea, my mom loves her Citizen Eco Drive watch. Mother loves this watch and was thrilled that she received it at a discounted price. I'm her son and I personally recommend this watch from Watch Maxx. I'll be back should I want another fine Citizen watch.

The purchasing process was easy and delivery was prompt.

I was unhappy that, while the bracelet on the watch was OEM, it was not original. So the watch was 100% authentic, but only in the definition of the word "authentic". A 2012 limited edition showed up with a bracelet that is date stamped 2017.

While I would have preferred the watch with the bracelet that it arrived with, I might have preferred that it be my choice, and not some dealer "slight of hand". Even worse is that whoever did the bracelet swap scratched 3 or the 4 case lugs.

I decided to keep the watch since this model is hard to come by and the scratches are only visible if you on the back of the lugs and have a good eye or a loop. Still, that person has no business handling this sort of product if they can't perform such a simple task without doing damage.

Website provides good customer experience overall. The person I spoke with on the phone was fairly professional and pleasant overall, but would have liked a little more interaction and advice on this purchase due to high cost of watch. Good service so far and look forward to receiving the watch. Thanks!

UPDATE: I received the watch on time and as promised. OUTSTANDING watch. All papers and booklets and box provided. I would highly recommend WatchMaxx based on this purchase.

Prices seem reasonable, website and checkout went flawless. Now I'm just waiting on Shipping & quality... Fingers Crossed!

Simple check out The watch was a good value. Better than Amazon. I just wish I could buy a Tag bracelet for less than 300$. I like the Red, white & Blue band, very comfortable but I would also like a silver bracelet.

Received item ordered in rapid time, also it was EXACTLY as advertised and I cannot find anything amiss from one end of the transaction to the other. Long story short; WatchMaxx is an excellent company to deal with and I fully intend to be dealing with them in the near future.

Although the web site indicated the watch would be delivered between Jan 10 and Feb 12 it arrived on Dec 19. I am glad I did not pay for shipping that would have delivered the watch in the same time frame.

How my Oris watch fast but there was an issue with the crown sticking and rotating the day and date when trying to wind the watch. Also a lot of resistance in winding it. Sent back. Not sure what to do now, waiting to hear back.
