In my opinion the customer service was brilliant, I had a problem with the charging contacts on my Diesel Axiel DTZ2017, they sorted it out promptly with no issues at all.

Awful - cancelled my order without ever communicating. I only found out the day after it was due to be delivered. Offered me 10% on another order when I already had 10% off, not that I would ever consider this company again.
Now a week later not even processed my refund, chased and have ignored my emails.
Genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced, I'm in to luxury watches so would be a frequent purchaser of high value watches but no.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Bought my girlfriend a watch. There was a problem with the strap. Within 3 weeks the leather had all turned black. I tried to return it with their 30 days returns policy. Had to wait for them to post me a returns package so missed the 30 days deadline. They then fought me every step of the way. It was a really stressful experience where they blamed my girlfriend and kept saying the same line "we define straps as consumable goods" which means nothing to me. They made me pay for a new strap. Now I'm going to take them to county court.
Save yourselves the bother - just buy it from the high street.

This company steals photos from Amazon product listings and then lists them as their own on their site with a 500%+ mark up. They have no products and only exist to rip you off.
The attached photo shows my product - a Swiss Legend watch strap that we listed on Amazon for $24.99. They are "selling" it for $129. If you order it from their website, you will not only pay 5x as much but you will never receive it.

I bought a Swatch skin from the Watchshop. After a couple of weeks I noticed it was losing a few minutes over a 36/48 hour period. I sent it back to be told by customer service that they'd tested it and it was perfect. It isn't. They offered to send it to the manufacturer for further testing. I'm afraid I don't trust them on this.
I'll contact the manufacturer myself... by the way, they refused to give me the manufacturer's contact details!
Don't deal with the Watchshop. If there is a problem they're dreadful

Received a Rotary watch ordered as a gift for a family member.
The watch was not working when delivered so, clearly no quality control before despatching.
Sent back and replacement (same make / model) issued. This watch lasted just under 7 months before failing. Taken to a jeweller expecting perhaps a battery needed but, after testing told it needed a new movement costing £60 and a week repair time.
Under warranty returned to Watchshop for repair. After 3 weeks no contact or update from them so called and told by them, " its not our fault, its the manufacturers fault and it will be 5 weeks or so before you get the watch back".
In future I will use a jeweller where I can view & try on a range of watches before buying and also get far better customer service.

After purchasing an Emporio Armani watch for my wife and I from the watch shop the battery run out. A local high end jewelers had been tasked to renew the battery. The shop manager come out and stated the watches were fake and asked where we had bought them. The manager had said he would report the watch shop for selling the fakes. After contacting the company several times we received bad attitude and no refund. The watch shop are disgusting pieces of $#*!e who's only interest is getting as much money for as much profit on fakes.
I'd avoid that shop at all costs!
Tip for consumers:
Don't use the watch shop, you would be better buying direct from China or Pakistan

I had an unauthorised payment come out of my Paypal account and the seller happened to be Watchshop. So I called the number on the seller's description hoping to stop the payment before the "goods" were delivered. Some Russian guy answered the phone who barely spoke English and then I was put through to a woman based in the UK. I was told I needed to send the details of my Paypal account to their "security team" which I refused. After being told there was nothing they could do to stop the payment, I wrote a scathing email basically telling them that the UK authorities would be informed if they did not return my money. Just like magic, the funds appeared back in my account the next day. These guys are bad news, do not buy from them!

So watchshop rave about there delivery times. I ordered my watch on a Friday, didn't turn up til the following Thursday. They stated on their website that I'll have it on the Monday. Phone customer services up on the Tuesday and they said I'll received it the next day(no apology), which I didn't. I sent them a couple of emails with my concern, didn't get a reply, so had to phone up. Poor customer service and won't be buying off them in the future, unfortunately for them I buy a lot of watches.

I bought a watch at the end of November for a Christmas present and it arrived scratched. I had to spend over a month arguing with them that they should replace or refund it. I had to get the consumer ombudsman involved as I was treated very unfairly. Christmas came and went and they eventually did refund me but I did not need those arguments and stress! They send stuff quickly but if anything is wrong with your watch, prepare to fight!

I foolishly bought a watch from this company instead of using a local watch shop. The watch they sent me developed a fault within 12 days of my receiving it. Their so called support is absolutely useless and they have done nothing to fix the watch as they say they can't find details of my purchase on their computers despite me providing the information of the sale and statements from my bank which show the payment to their company. My advice is if you want to buy a watch use a local watchmaker instead of using this company as all you will receive from them is faulty goods followed by nothing but excuses! Absolutely useless company and thieves, stay well away!

Purchased a watch from them for our daughter's Christmas present - it doesn't work.! I have sepent since Boxing Day sending e mails which they have ignored, the phone just rings constantly and nobody answers, and they ignore facebook messenger. Their customer service is non existent, all they are interested in is taking your money from a sale.

Scammers. Be aware. I bought a tissot watch from them for $1100. I've never received anything. I opened a dispute with credit card company and I have to wait. It has been 35 days now. The phone number they have on website go directly to voicemail.

I bought one of their Ingersoll watches for my dad, 3 weeks later the strap started to just unravel so he told me to just get a refund, I packaged it up and sent it back recorded delivery, instead of the refund they just sent it into their repair shop, and I was quoted £20 for broken strap, dial, glass, and damaged case, when I complained about how that could not have been possible as I padded it enough that you could play football with the package. They re-quoted me £20 for just a damaged dial!. A further complaint from me again stating the only damage was the strap led to another quote for £25 to replace the strap. And now after another complaint ive been quoted £20 for a new dial and £25 for a new strap. These quotes are from the same 2 people, all I wanted was my refund, but I was told the watch was too damaged to receive one, it would have to be repaired first. Just avoid watchshop like the dam plague!

Absolutely appalled by this company. I purchased a gift for a little girls Christening it was advertised in coming in a little lavender coloured box, it arrived in a very boy themed navy and red box, I contacted them and asked if I sent this one back (at my own cost) if they could just send me the one pictured or at least one similar. They were dismissive and simply said that it is the correct box. When I asked about the photo, they stipulated they had a disclaimer somewhere on the page saying boxes may differ slightly. Over all they were unhelpful and just all around quite rude.

I have had a terrible experience with this company.
I have bought over 100 watches privately in the past. This is the first time I have used watch shop. Customer service is appalling.
I tried to get a price match. I was fobbed off and told they couldn't help.
I sent over 5 emails showing the price match- screen shots and web address.
To no avail.
Appalling customer service- call handlers seem half asleep
No professionalism. They sound totally unaware of how to answer the phone or deal with customers

I bought a watch from this company. It arrived ok but it was losing time. I sent it back. They first said there was nothing wrong with it, then said that they had found a fault and were discussing with the manufacturer. After having been without a watch for 3 weeks, I chased and they are now saying they'll refund me for the watch but not the postage (over £2). I tried phoning just now and was 9th in the queue so my suggestion is: avoid them.

I bought a watch for my son last Christmas and after a few days it lost time and then stopped completely. I sent it back and it was gone for over 4 weeks returned saying nothing was wrong with it. Yet again after a few days it did the same and sent back again only to be told after another 4 weeks there is nothing wrong with it. They have just told me for the third time that there is nothing wrong and they will return it immediately. All their communication has been impersonal and they do not show any customer care. As it is under warranty I said I wanted the watch replacing as there very clearly is a fault. I will never use this site again and my son has yet to use his christmas present.

Bought a watch from these clowns which started slowing down by up to 3 hours. I had to foot the bill for the returns, only to be told that they had carried out tests and had found no fault with it.
It was eventully returned back to me and, within 2 weeks, had started slowing down again. It has currently slowed down again by more than 7 hours. I was tempted to chuck it straight into the bin, but decided to try them once more, so I spoke to them on the phone, to ask for advice, and they said their 'company policy' dictates that I stick my hand in my pocket again and send it back for tests!
Stay away from these guys - they sell counterfeit goods.

I never received the watch. I ordered it 16.12 and it was supposed to arrive with DHL in 6-10 days! It's been over a month and half now. It was sent without tracking number. The seller has promised to refund the amount after 21 business days, but has terminated the communication and hasn't returned the money.

I purchased a watch for my son for Xmas. He wore it for only 3 days and did not drop or damage the watch in any way during that time. However an internal chip appeared under the glass. I informed Watch Shop on 31st December. Returned it on 6/1. They still have the watch 2 months later having sent it back for a 'manufacturers report' which I have not seen. They claim that the watch was scratched in a large number of places which must mean that this was the case when it arrived. Sadly I did not inspect it that carefully before wrapping it for Xmas. Most frustrating is that they have told me that I must pay £13 to repair the glass, a small price for them to pay to keep a customer happy yet they refuse point blank to repair the watch. Just the fact that they have kept it for so long warrants a full refund. Do not use this company, their After Sales Service is diabolical.
