“Metrics-driven company”

The management has no clear strategy and does not mentor or develop the juniors. It is more a body shopping company and metrics-driven despite saying they're not. Lack of communication within the team and the company is unable to provide a holding environment for employees to do their best. Good luck to those that stay and I hope it turns around one day in the future.
