Pepper has a rating of 1.5 stars from 73 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers complaining about Pepper most frequently mention customer service, and return policy problems. Pepper ranks 113th among Underwear sites.
It seems like all the issues are when you purchase outside the US. I had a seemless experience - ordered several sizes, ended up keeping the size the site suggested (34AAA). Returned the others and was refunded quickly. I even opted for an exchange during the return and the new bra came so fast. Highly recommend if purchasing in the states. My daughter loved the Zero G. $60 for a bra is only slightly higher than their competitors, so the price wasnt a turnoff - especially when the competitor bra was a poor fit.
I ordered 2 bras and was so excited to try them on! The excitement was short lived. The fabric was cheap. There was no structure to the bras. They are absolutely horrible and expensive for the cheap product you get. Pepper is really a scam and I can't believe they're still running all their commercials on websites. I never write reviews, but I hated these that much!
I really love the message of this company and was excited to place my order. I took my measurements and used the size guide on the website to order, but unfortunately the bras came up a little smaller than expected in the back and I needed to return them for the next size. There are no exchanges available in Canada so I placed another order. The bras were a good shape for a smaller bust and relatively comfortable.
Shipping is free when you spend over $125 but it costs $9.99 to return your items for a refund. Not so bad so I thought.
I was surprised to find that my refund didn't contain the duty and taxes, which was over $60! This is in their terms and conditions but purposely placed after the instructions on shipping costs and how to return your items, so I won't be the only one who misses this costly piece of information.
Canadian customers: beware that if your order doesn't fit you, you will still pay around $20 per bra PLUS the $9.99 return shipping fee to return them - and be back to square one.
After needing new bras and pushing it off for ages, I decided to take the leap on Pepper. TERRIBLE MISTAKE.
My package took 3.5 WEEKS TO ARRIVE with no updates on its status and no reply from Pepper with it's whereabouts. It was then "DELIVERED" TO THE WRONG APARTMENT. I was still excited to give these a go, but as it turns out, PEPPER'S SIZING IS WRONG. I am a seamstress and measured myself to a tea and the bras were far too small. Which I am *******% sure is not my fault. I went to organise a return and they surprised me with a $20 RETURN processing fee? ON TOP OF THE $35 COST TO RETURN. And now 4 weeks after returning, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.
THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL.
I HATE these bras. I used their size guide and went by the descriptions and the images. The bras did that match anything they showed. They're huge, and they're overpadded. I'm small, and I'm OK with that. But these bras that supposedly match my measurements are way too big. I would never wear anything like them. Now I'm stuck with the bottoms that don't match anything I own. Taey are still sealed in the original packaging, but they can't be returned. If Pepper had a store, I might try them again, but I won't order anything else through the mail. And I haven't even dealt wih their supposedly poor customer service yet!
Tip for consumers:
Ask for an Order # for proof of purchase, rather than an image. We all can't take/upload images.

I have spent far less money on better fitting bras. I thought it would work but you don't know until wearing it for several hours. Who is going to wear a be for several hours with the tags still on?
I bought some bras that did not fit. Per Pepper's return policy, I returned them unworn and with the original tags and packaging, and they took FOREVER to process the return. Then they just said that the bras weren't in their original condition (HOW?) and wouldn't give me my money back. They did not provide specifics or proof that the bras were altered. I honestly have no idea how they couldn't be in their original condition since I didn't even try them all on! They have been giving me the run around for weeks. Their customer service is slow, shady, and impersonal. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Tip for consumers:
Just don't. Do not buy from this fraudulent company.

I didn't end up using any of this and I NEVER GOT MY $260 back. Crooks!
Order was way off sizing and the quality was poor for such expensive items. Also their restocking fee is completely ridiculous for an online company
Not worth the hype. Go buy some quality Natori bras. I have ordered a few pepper bras and I would compare them to a target brand. They have horrible customer service and ship with DHL.
I purchased a bra - I think the padding was so even it just flattened my breasts - but the bigger issue
Was the underwear I bought - within one wearing the fabric started to pull apart - leaving a rough texture
Pepper only wanted photos of the underwear which wouldn't sufficiently show the defect
So I purchased 3 pairs of underwear $18 each US with defective fabric that Pepper won't look at or honour a refund
Tip for consumers:
the products are inferior

I was very concerned when I read the reviews on this site but I reminded myself that most of the people who take the time to write a review are the ones who are not happy and need to complain. I also checked the founders LinkedIn profile and it's not some unknown manufacturer from China/South America.
The quality of these bras are very good and they fit my small chest well. They smaller sized cups really make a huge difference. No gaps as promised.
The tags are pretty securely attached, so they can't just fall off. Over the last year their return policy has been updated and improved. I went and checked after reading the reviews on here. Thankfully I won't need return them.
I got three bras. The strapless one and two wireless ones. The wireless ones are so comfortable for every day. The limitless wirefree bra is the most comfortable. The Feeldgood wirefree bra (T-Shirt bra I believe) has sturdier cups but still comfortable. Gives me a tiny bit more volume. The strapless just sits so so well on my breast with no gaps even though I have barely any volume.
I definitely recommend WearPepper and hope they continue to bring out more bras.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure to use the size guide and be sure to use accurate measurements. Don't hold in your breath or anything. Also keep in mind that the bras might stretch over time if you wear them on a daily basis. For me at least it's the case.

Curious if anyone else had the same awful experience as I did with this company so I decided to do some research. And it turns out I had literally the same experience s many other women. Ordered a bra - was too small after I tried it on so I sent it back with the tag tied back on. They said I was not eligible for an exchange because the tag was tied on and it was against their return policy. Then, because they wouldn't go through with the exchange, I asked for them to just send me the bra back and I would figure something out, and they wouldn't even do that. It was, again, "against their return policy." I was furious at this point because not only would they not exchange it when I wasn't even breaking their policy, they wouldn't even send me my item back "for the Heath of their workers" absolute bull. They were just going to re tag it and scam someone else. Terrible service. I was literally begging for a refund and was about to threaten them that I was going to spread what bad service they have. Thankfully finally, after days of frustration emailing back and forth, my husband contacted them and got involved and they finally agreed to giving me a credit of the money for the bra. But it was just a "one time courtesy". Don't order from them, or at least be very careful if you do because they will turn anything into it being against their (very vague and very misleading) policies. Ridiculous.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy from this company. Very manipulative. Tries to steal your money. Be very careful when trying to return product. They will turn anything into it being against their “policy” and then they will with hold your money and your bra that you purchased from you.
The size S bra is way too small for a 34A bra size as stated on the ordering information on the website. Do not buy this bra unless you are under 18 years old. It is a teenage training bra.
Tip for consumers:
Order a larger size than they recommend. do not believe their sizing information.

The bra didn't fit at all. Their return policy is terrible. The material was that of a 15$ bra. I've had nothing but trouble from them

Measurements on their site are off, and as a Canadian customer I am now out $70 CAD because they do not refund shipping charges AND charge us a $9.99 USD fee to return their garbage product.
Pepper is SO cheap. Despite all of the thousands of "use the code AUG20 for 20% off" ads I've scrolled past and signing up for emails to try to get a different discount code, neither of these codes took the right amount off of my total. When I applied the codes, my free shipping (which yes, I was spending $120) would disappear and suddenly be $9 extra. Jaclyn, just GIVE ME THE DISCOUNT you said you would. This was a very infuriating way to be introduced to the pepper brand. Hope the bras fit.
*Update* The bras did not fit well. I'm 30 yrs old (size 32AA) so I've tried many bras in my lifetime, and these were the most uncomfortable and unflattering I've tried yet. Idk how much the girls on the ads are getting paid to say they're comfortable lol. I will say the cup sizes fit my boobs, but the materials felt cheap, underwire was highly unnecessary and very uncomfortable, and the bra made me look flat- and I have bras that can give me lift, so it's not impossible to achieve in a bra! Hate spending my money on something that makes my small chest look smaller somehow, and feels horribly cheap on my skin. Would personally give the bras a 2/10.

Size chart is way off and recommended a bra 2-3 sizes too small. I think this is how they want the bra to fit. The idea is to stuff you into a size way too small so that side boob is essentially spilling out the top. Their cup size is one size bigger than VS or pink so if you're normally a B - order the A ( not the double A that they recommend). Mine fit but flattened me out more than any bra I've ever tried on in my life. I ordered the push up which has about the same padding as the push up from Pink but it's in strange places and the cups are about 3 inches apart in the front so it actually takes away any cleavage you may have had. A lot of small breasted ladies are small people and pushing our breasts apart accomplishes the opposite of what these bras are intended for. I fell for their gimmick and purchased the matching undies thinking I could wear those regardless as they are non returnable. They are described as soft as stretchy - they are neither. They are made with the same cheap plastic fabric and have zero stretch. The gusset is way to big/wide for the size so it doesn't lie flat and crumples up in the front looking awful. They charge $100 for 4 thongs and ship them in individual bags that are not sealed so you can't return them. I strongly believe Pepper does this intentionally because they know their quality is garbage and everyone would return them. This companies business model is to get as much money as possible from every first order whether the customer is satisfied or not because they know 95% of customers will never order from them again. If they stood behind their products they would simply seal the bag so you could return the ones you didn't try on. To return this bra I was deducted $20 USD for return shipping and restocking. At the end of the Day - I spent $188 on one bra that I returned and 4 thongs - all of which went in the Garbage with 3 being unopened. I received a refund of $35 for the $70 bra. So that's $150 spent to try on the worst, most unflattering bra I've ever worn. The quality and feel is so awful- Stay away! I got a way better, very flattering bra and 5 of the softest best looking thongs from Pink for $85 Canadian-Go there! Pepper is only still in business because they are thieves.

None. Terrible company
Horrible advertisement, intrusive advertisement, not inclusive of trans and nonbinary people, disruptive commercials
I originally purchased two bras from Pepper in the summer of 2021, when they came in I was delighted at how they fit. In December of 2021, I decided to order a few more, to start phasing out my old bras and switching all to Pepper. I mistakenly ordered 4 bras that where the wrong size (32AA instead of 34AA, which is what I ordered previous apparently). In my excitement at receiving the bras, I opened the box and detagged the items only to notice that they looked a little small. I compared the sizes on the tags and realized my mistake instantly. I wrote an email to Pepper asking if they could please consider a refund, as the items where completely unworn, unwashed, but sadly, detagged. At $70 per bra, I really hoped that they would consider customer satisfaction and accept my product for an exchange. I do not take the cost lightly and am now out almost CAD $300 for bras that do not fit, that I have barely opened and are in 100% new condition. This is entirely unacceptable customer service in this day and age. I wholly expect more from the companies I order from and will be sure never to order from them again. Please heed my warning and do not do business with this company, they don't care about you and are simply in it for the money. There are many other companies out there that will care about me as a consumer and I will be happy to take my business and my hard earned money elsewhere.
For Pepper: I suggest you talk to local Canadian company, Devon + Lang, to truly understand what it means to be a meaningful customer service facing company. I highly recommend them, they are kind, considerate, have excellent quality product and truly care about YOU as a consumer.
After being followed around on the internet for months, I decided to shop Pepper's Black Friday Sale. I bought 2 bras; The Mesh All You Bra and the Limitless Wireless Scoop. I took the size quiz and followed the size chart carefully and was surprised that I was a 36 A (I usually wear a 34 A). But I thought, "ok, these are made specifically for smaller bust sizes so maybe I am larger than what I conventionally fit in a regular brand."
However, this was not the case, the bras were HUGE! And the gap in the All You Bra was larger than any bra I've ever owned. I was on the tightest hook and eye in both sizes, which as we know is never a good sign for a bra that will inevitably stretch with wear. Ugh I was so dissapointed.
But hey, its ok because free returns and exchanges right? WRONG! Because if you are in Canada this is not the case. And I did not know because the website did not direct me to a Canadian site. There is a button at the very bottom of the page to switch, but I did not know. So not only could I not exchange, but now I am paying $10 to return. This is on top of the shipping I paid and the duty, which is non refundable. So overall a very expensive mistake. I did go to the Canadian page and the URL does not indicate a difference with say a "/ca" or anything. Very misleading. I mentioned all of this in my email to the company and the response I got back was verbatim what it sad on my order sheet about how to return items if you are in Canada.
On top of the poor fit, poor Canadian return policy, the mesh on the All You Bra which is supposed to be "so comfortable" is so incredibly scratchy. I wore the bra for maybe 10 minutes to try it on and my entire under bust was red.
Would not recommend, not worth the price or the risk of the poor fit.
Tip for consumers:
Not worth the risk. Might as well just shop at your local bra store as this shop does not offer anything worthwhile.

I ordered a few sizes to make sure I got the correct one. My closest size in most popular brands only have 34B, which is too big in the cup and too small in the torso. (I'm 33in in the underbust and 35 over the bust, which I understand makes me a 34B for most, but I'm telling you they don't fit!) The 36A fit me perfect. However, the design choices on these bras make them difficult to wear with actual clothes. For instance the "mesh all you" bra has a layer of mesh over the cup. The pictures make it look like it is all one layer or at least attached together, but they are too separate layers of material. So when you actually put on the bra, the mesh layer does not lay nicely on the smooth under-layer. The mesh isn't big enough to cover the cup, which results lumpy bunched fabric under my shirt. Why did they do this? Why have the mesh at all instead of just smooth fabric? Or at least attach the mesh to the cup so it doesn't shift around and bunch? The bralettes have a Madonna point right where the nipples are, so when you wear it, it looks like you are just braless and nipple free. Whats the point? (haha.) The strapless/convertible bra was satisfactory. I got the 34B so that it would fit tighter since they tend to slide down my torso when moving around. It felt snug and the cups didn't gap at the top so I'm happy. Haven't worn it for a full day yet, so we will see if it holds up.
Overall, Pepper bras is just ok. Not the most insulting bra I've ever been offered, and if they just fixed the problems above I would definitely recommend based on the sizing options. Looking at youtube reviews, I know I'm not the only ones with these complaints, so I don't know why they still do them years later. Whatever.
Tip for consumers:
The bra calculator was useless to me. It kept giving me 36B which I know is totally wrong. I got my sizes based on bras I already had and what I wanted different. So if my 34B was too big in the cup and too small in the band, I went up in band size and down in cup.
BEWARE! This is not a reputable company to purchase from! I had a problem with all 5 bras I ordered. Their website is now saying my items are not eligible for return! When I emailed them, I was told that they aren't available for exchange as well. Before and during the order process there was absolutely ZERO mention that the thanksgiving sale were a final sale. Every ad I received in the mail, or saw on social media, and every page on their actual website, I checked them all for these "catch". In fact they always highlighted that all returns and exchanges are free and included. I feel completely misled and scammed. Their CS team was totally unhelpful. When I purchased these items they were NOT marked with "Final Sale" or "Going Going Gone" Sale. I only saw "Thanksgiving Sale Up to 40% Off". That's just very tacky if not absolutely wrong to restrict my return eligibility after the fact. If I missed it during checkout, fine, but that piece of information should NOT have been omitted in my order confirmation email, or I would have cancelled the delivery immediately. But nope, I continued to receive false reassurances about my product purchase and about their philosophy on women and self-confidence. Shame on them. My only fault was that I fell for the fit guide and return/exchange guarantees. FYI I have bras that are 32-34-36 and AAA-AA-A. My true size would have been 34AAA but their size chart doesn't support it. All my items were ordered in good faith. These are still very expensive bras despite the sale, but the customer service is beyond cheap. Please do your homework and read all the terrible ratings on BBB, SiteJabber and countless non-sponsored blogs! On their social media they block the customers that share their honest feedback and warnings. A reputable company doesn't have to do that. I will be adding my experience to the growing list of frustrated customers on these sites and I hope Jaclyn and Lia see it and are proud of themselves and their CS team for running such a scammy business. I want my money back.
Tip for consumers:
Read the negative reviews on this site, on BBB, and other unaffiliated blogs and review sites how they treat customers post-sale.
