We have had a great relationship with Web Marketing Guru. Their internet marketing team is top notch. They provide us so much value in terms of content, link building, and website maintenance. In addition, their transparency is stellar. Make sure you ask them about their reporting process. I just can't say enough about Sam and his dedication to helping me succeed.
We have had a very disappointing experience with this marketing team. After hiring them based on their numerous promises to elevate our business, it took them two weeks just to gain access to our Facebook ads. Unfortunately, none of the terms outlined in our contract were fulfilled, and we constantly had to follow up with them. As a result, our sales plummeted from $18,000 per month to just $3,000, marking the most significant loss we've experienced in over three and a half years. We invested nearly $3000 in Google and Facebook ads but received no conversions, and they suggested that we simply increase our budget. Another marketing professional informed us that this company had severely mishandled our marketing account and failed to take any meaningful action. I am considering legal action against them and strongly advise others to exercise caution when entering into contracts with this company, as they have proven to be unreliable and unprofessional.
Please don't ever use this company. Big rip off!
They can leave your website high and dry. I have wasted my time and money. They get there job done in Gujarat India and false claim to be doing things local in Melbourne.
The sales guy will comes along with his Boss to do the big talks.
When they have your money they are gone and you are at his mercy. Try contacting boss many times via phone and WhatsApp for help? Later found the boss had blocked me! No one knows who is doing what! Today you talk to one person... next day he or she has quit and you will end up with someone else and this story goes on!
When you sign up with them for a website, they will do everything to slow your website as much as possible so that you stay with them for SEO related job with no choice. I an now on the stage of seeking refund or going legal.
