They lure you in good sales pitch about customization and tailoring your needs, the caveat is 50/50 in job post ad sales for 3 year term contract. The sales & development team doesn't walk you through the process, the introductory team call was less than 15 minutes. By the way, their job board they custom create is not secure which is troubling esp for software company and dealing with data. Also, they claim they are a full strength job board but they have so many limitations what they do can do, it's very disappointing. DON'T DO IT, stay away!
Their job board software is AMAZING. I was blown away. :) It has so many features and compared to other packages (which costs thousands of dollars) you really get your bang for your buck. They're also constantly developing it. I couldn't ask for more! I HIGHLY recommend these guys.
Nightmare experience. Out of the box, their platform is not at all useable. It requires massive customization to work-flow, which they claim they can do; but in reality turns into a development game of Jenga. Nothing is air-tight about the system, nor their design implementation. They'll say yes to anything you ask for, but spend months trying to pull a rabbit out of the hat, which is all at your expense of time and budget. Run now.
We've been a customer for several years and love the platform and especially the support staff who I can get on a phone any time of day if there are issues!
