I was quite dissatisfied with this group's product, with their skillset, and with their ability to deliver/interpret visual concepts. That's their job! Acceptable grammar, sentence structure, vocabulary, and the ability to compose rational ideas were sadly lacking. Multiple typefaces and sizes offered, proved to be visually confusing and foolish.
The thoughtful placement of images and texts was painfully missing. I expected more than the copying of pictures and text from some virtual library and inserting these into my website. This practice, shallow as it was, proved wholly inappropriate. They really missed the mark. An understanding of a clients' products and goals should be primary, and with my project these were not. Multiple images were supplied by me to Creative Company—these were not used in favor of inserting really dumb visuals, and incoherent texts. Their staff never truly understood my project, nor did they try to. "Clueless" is the best adjective for the mess they caused. I fired them and took a big monetary loss. This was a thoroughly bad experience. Go ahead…now run!

I feel like a fool for trusting this company that wasted an unbelievable amount of my time and money while I was working so hard to launch my new online clothing business. Despite a very professional intake process and smooth talking project managers - they never understood my business no matter how many times I explained it. I needed a Shopify site to work with my vendors and they talked me out of it - saying they had tons of experience working on similar businesses - only to find that none of the work I had paid for was usable. In addition, they held the website URL that they purchased on my behalf with my business name and credit card hostage - insisting I sign a nondisclosure agreement to get it back. They promised to refund me $4500 and get back to me about additional. But they refunded only $3000 and stopped returning my texts and emails. I had a local developer do all the work for less than $2000 in less than 2 weeks. Don't be fooled, you don't need these guys. Website design has come a long way and is far less costly and complex than they would have you believe.

This company was promoted that the website development was only going to be $7,000 then they asked me for an additional $10,000 for additional fees then they asked me for an additional $6,000 for server hosting all of this was asked by me at the beginning if there was any additional fees they told me there was no additional fees and it would only cost me $7,000 to run my website they then didn't finish the project the website is live now but the website is not completed they didn't do the proper search engine optimizations that they promised from the beginning they have abandoned my project near the end of the project and I can't get a hold of anyone at the company to get the project completed the project manager won't receive return any of my phone calls the project manager won't return any text messages the project manager won't return any emails I can't get in contact with the company they're scam I spent over 20 grand and I'm a pissed off customer who is not happy with at all the level of service that is presented with this company I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking to start a website
