I ordered a shirt for my husband for our backyard wedding from Weddingtropics and we were extremely pleased with the finished product. We had it tailored made to his measurements. We followed the instructions for measuring on their website and the shirt fit to perfection! I highly recommend them for their superior craftsmanship and the quick turnaround. It was delivered as promised.

I purchased the pants for our upcoming beach wedding and they are perfect! The ship time was fast as well. The only thing I would change is showing the color of all the pants on a model. It was hard to tell by the swatch.

I was completely satisfied with my order of pants and shirts for my beach wedding. Many compliments on both shirts and pants... Thank you so much for helping me look my best on a very special day in ones life...

I made some "stupid" mistakes on my order online.
Although I actually provided an incorrect phone number, customer service sought me out. The person who was the finally corrected everytihng was ***. Everything worked out fine! Thank you ***!

The style and quality of the shirt was perfect but if I had to make a suggestion it would be to update the customer on the progress as the waiting period is quite long. Having said that I was told 6 weeks and that's what it was. Totally worth waiting for.

I have to order this shirt for a wedding and it didn't show up. Tried to contact wedding tropics on multiple occasions and finally got through to someone via email who was not helpful. I now have to order this shirt for a second time and it doesn't seem like USPS is going to reimburse me for the first missing item. I will never order another item from this company due to the disgraceful customer service.

They were great. Shipping was free. Colors looked great and the fabric was comfortable.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color and one of the sizes was not what was expected. Definitely order early and try it on right away. I put it off while my future wife was on me to try things on. I opened the box two weeks before we left only to find I ordered the wrong color and size for her son and the wrong size for myself in one item. I heard about it for the week it took for the replacement to arrive. Wedding Tropics was a text away. They helped me by text as I ordered the replacements and I had my items in a week. There is a phone number on the website to text, use it. I called but didn't get a response. I sent a text and received responses right away, every time, even in late evening when I realized my mistakes. I did not have a huge order and was not the biggest customer, but they took care of me as if I was.

Quality, Custom, Professional. I ask. They delivered. On Time and to specifications. Fit and Finish are impeccable. I would recommend to any and all who want and need quality attire for a tropical wedding. We looked fantastic.

The clothing was exactly what we were looking for. I had some late changes that needed to be made, and the people at Wedding Tropics were very accommodating. When you can buy clothing anywhere, customer service makes the difference. Wedding Tropics is the place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

The products are very well made. You wait a little bit on receiving them (normal shipping) with the understanding that you could expedite the shipping. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I had a bit of trouble getting in contact with someone for an RMA I needed. However once I did get a hold of someone they were super helpful and apologetic that they hadn't gotten back to me earlier. The RMA was handled professionally and I ordered another shirt that is perfect. I am looking forward to wearing it on my wedding this July in ***.

The only thing I would change would be the time. I was shocked at how long it took for the items to be shipped. We ordered the day we were given the link to order and were pushing it to have the clothes here for the wedding. They could have let us know sooner, but you guys did a great job getting them here in time.

Very good quality clothing, exactly what was described. Our only issue was how the clothes were tailored. We measured exactly as the video instructed. The pants were very loose and the arms of the shirts were too short.

If Wedding Tropics were to measure the standard way, then the clothes would have been perfect and our problem could have been avoided.

As for ***,I could not speak higher of him. He was fantastic. Our clothes were expedited and arrived on time. He was very easy to communicate with and very willing to help.

I needed to order a different size item on short notice. Wedding Tropics pushed the order through and even FedEx shipped the item to my hotel the day before the wedding. Great service! Thank you for the personal attention.

It would be great if you could clarify the styles of shirts better. The difference between them.
I love the color thread book so I can match the color exactly. The quality of the shirt is fantastic. I would highly recommend your products.

I have a 41" waist, which means I normally have to choose between a tight 40" or a loose 42" pair of pants. Because these pants were made to order I was able to order a 41" waist and they fit like I wish all my pants fit. They were for a wedding and I wore them all day and up until 11:30 pm. And best of all, because they are made well and look great, I can wear them again instead of throwing them in the closet for the rest of my life. Great customer service, and these folks really care about getting it right.

The only thing that I see that could improve is the shipping notification updates. I was on a time crunch to received the shirt I purchased for my wedding. But I called and spoke with someone my that answered my question right away and I received my shirt thereafter. The shirt fit perfectly and I am very pleased to have purchased it.

The shirt quality was nice, but I did the alteration order and the instructions were a bit confusing so I ended up with a shirt that was about one inch short and about two inches short on the sleeves. But overall a very nice shirt.

The support by the owner was immediate and excellent. Very important to measure exactly and follow the online measurement guide! Love the shirts and match the stitching on the shirts to the pants. Wish there were size labels inside the pants and shirts. Overall great quality, great price and excellent support directly from the owner. Would definitely highly recommend Wedding Tropics.

Everything was very good with their service. They personally handled my order well, made adjustments as I requested and completed and shipped the order quickly. Unfortunately I made an error on one of the sizes of custom shirts. They were understanding and offered me a discount on my replacement order which was very fair. Overall the service was terrific the the quality of the product was great.

When I received my pants and shirt I was disappointed - the pants were too big, and the shirt was not the white color I was anticipating. I sent an email and within minutes I received a call from *** who addressed the problem and made it completely right. He went above and beyond the call to make sure I had exactly what I wanted, and in plenty of time! I couldn't be more pleased, because it's an awesome outfit and fits perfectly. Thank you!
