My sister's wedding was planned a few weeks before it happened. Wedding Tropics sent my shirts (for me & my son) quickly. When there was a size discrepancy, the return was easy & I received the shirt long before the big day (due to the global pandemic the date moved up 10 days)! They're great and do their best to meet your schedule. Will definitely use them in the future!

We ordered a pant size that was out of stock and not available. The company reached out immediately and let us know it was out of stock and offered another style pant that was a higher cost and did not charge the difference. Furthermore, ensured that the delivery would be on time without delay. Outstanding service from the time the order was placed to the date of delivery. Would highly recommend!

The shirt and pants on the athletic size fit just as described. The quality was also great. Fantastic summer wedding feel. I would've given this company a 5 star review but my pants and shirt came seperatly on different weeks.
Not happy with return and exchange policies. The shirt didn't fit so I need a different size. But was told via email to return shirt and order another one. If I order another one I've got to pay again. Why should I have to do that when they already have my money for the first shirt. When I ask about an exchange they said they couldn't do that. So I have returned the shirt and ask them for a refund. Based on everything else not even sure if I'm going to get my money back.

Our daughter is the bride, she told us free shipping on returns. It's not free! Very disappointed, we ordered 2 sizes of pants and shirt with this knowledge. We would have NOT ordered 2 sizes if we had known this.

I apologize for the fact that you were surprised by this, or that your daughter informed you incorrectly, it is well documented in all of our pages. Also, instead of ordering two, we have a very comprehensive size instructional area including a video (that takes about 5 minutes) so you will know which size you are rather than ordering 2 of everything and going through that trouble and expense that this incurs. Also, we do our best on the phones to be as friendly as possible, but please understand we are extremely busy, especially during this time of the year. If we sound a bit robotic it is possibly because we are repeating what is easily found everywhere on the website that folks can easily refer to without the need to call and ask about.
We went with Wedding tropics for our groom and all our groomsmen and we were very impressed with the quality of their products. We used their embroidery match to our bridesmaid colors and used the tailored sizing service. Our guys looked fab on the beach and everyone was asking where they got their clothing! I ordered a 3XL shirt for my wedding. Usually that gives me plenty of room. I could not get the buttons together. I'm a little disappointed. The reviews I read pretty much stated that fit as expected, I guess just not for us fat guys.

I just got the shirt I ordered and I'm very satisfied with it. The quality is excellent and the service was great. They were very responsive, answer phone calls and emails and I got my order before the promised date of delivery. What can I say? Excellent!
I received the color samples that were small rough cut samples stapled together. It costs too much for the tiny pieces you get considering how much the actual product costs. At least make it more presentable and less like a 3yr old put it together. Makes me wonder how well their customizations are done.
Ordering was very easy, sizing instructions were easy to follow and spot on. The quality seems excellent. Was pleased at how quickly we received our item. Looking forward to seeing all the groomsmen, groom and father's of the bride and groom dressed in their attire.
I received a live phone call from customer service that ont of my items weren't available. I was given alternate options and we updated my order via live call. Henry was fantastic, friendly and overall lovely! Would order again! The items we ordered when delivered, are all of excellent quality and better than expected! I ordered a guayabera for my nephew going to a destination wedding. The website does not give you an option for expedited shipping but I called, left a message and Cary called me right away. She overnighyed the shirt and it arrived promptly. Her customer service is among the best I have encountered! I ordered a Linen shirt Mauritius pin tuck for my son attending a wedding, he is in college so it was not possible for him to try it on immediately, once he did, shirt did no work, I had some issues with the return process but were resolved at the end to my satisfaction.

Gorgeous clothes. Unfortunately not the right fit for my husky husband & I had to return clothes. The return process is snail mail with no customer service number to speak to a person. Only email or text. This is very challenging to make a return. I hoping I get refunded properly. Due to the communication, my hopes aren't high.

You go to the footer of our web site and click returns and exchanges, in there in the first part it says click this link for a return label, from there just follow the directions. From there we send you a label. We do not have phone support at this time but try to make it as seamless and simple to do all from the site. I had all sizes and shapes of groomsmen. I was able to use the standard sizing for most of them, but I had a few that required tailored sizing. The quality of the linen, pricing, and customer service on accomplishing this task exceeded my expectations. My fiancé bought me 5 shirts. The shirts are beautiful but unfortunately a bit small. I called to try and exchange them for a larger size but the agent told me that they are not exchangeable or refundable
Hey Brian, sorry about that! Unfortunately, the shirts that were purchased were all made to order custom made shirts. Our design it option was used to order the shirts instead of our stock option, which only the stock shirts are eligible for return.
Overall, the pants I ordered fit as I expected (I'm 6'1", 185 lbs, waist came as measured); however, the picture shows pockets in the rear, which my pants did not come with, and the picture does not show the seam for the front pockets on the front of the pants (as linen pants sometimes do), but mine came with pocket seams showing on the front (i.e., the pockets are sewn on the outside of the leg). Those are disappointing differences from the pants pictured on the website, but I'm otherwise happy with my purchase.
Hey Kyle, Yes sorry about that it appears you received our older stock style. Somehow the old sku was input for that size on the website but has now been corrected. Can send our new style which is as pictured with no front pocket seams in front with the back pockets, at no cost.
When I first logged on to the website, I was asked to give my email address in order to get a discount on my first order and was told I would receive an email with my discount code. I never received the discount code, but when I raised this issue with the company, they fixed it by giving me the discount anyway. So no complaints. I have not yet received the product (but will soon) so I can't review it yet.

I ordered four shirts, great quality. I only received one shirt with a rounded hem and I love it. It was the one in the pool color. It had an option for the rounded hem, the other did not. They were pictured with a rounded hem, but are the square hem. The butter colored shirt was pictured with a square hem and packaged differently then the other shirts. I thought that I would get all in the rounded hem except the butter colored shirt. Do the others come in the rounded hem and could I exchange my shirts with square hem for rounded. Thank you

UPDATE: I received the shirt back and upon inspection, I did not see damage anywhere. I noticed only the ziplock zipper was open, but the shirt was in perfect condition.
