My sister's wedding was planned a few weeks before it happened. Wedding Tropics sent my shirts (for me & my son) quickly. When there was a size discrepancy, the return was easy & I received the shirt long before the big day (due to the global pandemic the date moved up 10 days)! They're great and do their best to meet your schedule. Will definitely use them in the future!

Horrible! Customer service is non-existant, half of my groomsmen did not receive their orders even though they promised they would by a certain date. No answer when I wrote and called asking for a refund/discount. Their website looks great, but they are poor busnessmen. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

It was surprisingly difficult to find quality beach wedding attire for the groom. So, we took a chance on ordering from Wedding Tropics and are quite happy with the quality.

We ordwred pants, jacket and shirt for my fiancé, The clothes are very good and the quality as well, the prices are not bad, but since I'm in canada it is more money after converting the US dollar to CAD dollars PLUS shipping was extremely expensive! It was like 300 for the whole outfit, but plus shipping and the dolar conversion it ended up being over 500.00 that's crazy!
Hi Brenda, yea sorry about that, we don't really control the shipping prices of carriers into Canada and also the the exchange between CAD and USD. One thing I can assure you of is that we are all getting squeezed

Being 6'05" it was hard to find lien pants that fit nicely. I would either find ones that were way to baggie or way tight. The Velero Italian Drawstring pants fit great and were plenty long enough.

After having some concerns about an order placed and the fabric quality, Kevin contacted me immediately resolving the issue and reassuring me of the material characteristics of the linen.
It was nice to have the option of 36" inseam and hemming to appropriate length. Nice fit overall and nice fabric. Didn't notice until we received that they are "dry clean only".
Hi Darla, you can wash linen but it is easy to mess it up if it is not done properly so we say dryclean only. If you would like to wash it, use lukewarm water and hang dry (we do not recommend putting into dryer). When still slightly damp, iron it to full dryness.

It’s all true, all the complaints on this board happened to our customers and we are very regretful to those who were caught in it. At that time the company experienced several unfortunate circumstances that led to a negative spiral, complimented by a failure to contain it from the system of management down.
The company closed for approximately 6 months, and has now been reopened under new ownership, new management, and a newly streamlined and improved system of manufacturing and customer support.
