I have been a customer since 1995 and even if the style has come down significantly since the takeover by LOGO, the quality is still there. However, the ability to put themselves in the customer's place seems to elude them when an order is delivered to a location other than the one chosen and there is no empathy from the customer service about early closing hours...

Check that the delivery point you choose is open and not on holiday
