I ordered 3 boxes of chocolate swirl candy bar, I gotta tell you they are delicious! Got 1 box fine. Ordered 3 more all melted in the wrapper. These are not cheap. Called ww customer service and got a nice lady who was a little bit demeaning at the end of the call trying to get my money back. I said to her 8.99 is not cheap for small candy bars. She said "you got them for 3/$15" Really? And there is a disclaimer if chocolate is melted there is nothing we can do if you live in a warm climate. ( live in Buffalo N.Y it was 30 degrees when they came) She also said when they leave Tennessee its on me basically.Could this is where they melt? Alot of complaints about this. Maybe throw a cold pack in there to deliver a quality product? I ended up getting a 20% off coupon which did not cover the cost. So WW does not back up their products. Beware ordering chocolate! Your stuck with it if it is melted! Wow unbelievable WW. I really liked your company and these Chocolate bars helped me lose weight. Disappointed in your customer service!

Very helpful site to motivate you to keep pushing forward to lookse the weight you want to loose thank you weight watchers still trying to reach my goal. I am now working out with a close friend of mines & her mom also. We been at it for 3 weeks now & still going forward to get where we want to be. I advice veryone to never give up fail isnt an option keep pushing forward find anything that would motivate you to keep trying hard, Once again thank you weight watchers!...

When you don't want to renew a subscription they hit you with a $41.00 cancellation fee. NEVER again WW. There are several other online apps to help people track their meals.

This program is usually used as the gold standard, but their goal is to get you to lose weight AND STILL EAT FOOD LIKES A 'NORMAL' PERSON. Great if you gained weight after pregnancy, but for a Food Addict, they show you how to eat sugar, drink, and celebrate in moderation. There own foods are loaded with salt and sugar.
Its like saying only do Crack on the weekends. Once an addict, moderation is not a choice. That is why they have very short lived success stories. They are still working off a self control model instead of a scientific addiction model. YOU WILL ALWAY FAIL IF YOU ARE A FOOD ADDICT- SUGAR, WHEAT, FLOUR, SALT and Alcohol is like shooting sugar directly into your veins. They maintain their customer base by teaching everything an addict should not be told. And then, you, feel so depressed and guilty gaining back the weight which is built into their system. Works great for people with some event driven weight gain, not professional eaters and dieters.

I signed up to weight watchers and paid upfront for 3 months, however I didn't really use it properly and was going to sign up again when I could afford it and give it another go. This month I logged into my bank to find that WW had taken £12.95 from my account and because of that I went into my overdraft and was charged by my bank. Furious I went onto the WW site to see in SMALL print that you will continue to be charged until you inform them of your cancellation. I am fed up of companies locking people in to contracts, it's not the way to do business! I emailed them asking for my money back and my bank charge to which they refused saying that it was in their terms and conditions. They only care about money, I mean what is £12.95 to them anyway, stupid as it's cost them a customer - how narrow minded!
They need to take a leaf out of Amazon's book who refund their loyal customers no questions asked. Keep your money and go and buy some diet/ exercise books where you won't have money automatically taken from your bank acccount!

WW and the website is AWEFUL! I have ordered 3 times and 1st order wrong, second order ok and now I have a missing 3rd order. We live in a condo and I do not believe someone here just took it! As soon as I can cancel I will!
