My experience with them is good. But I was not financially able to continue. I was losing weight and was getting support. To bad they don't have a sliding scale.
Says they have programs tailored for men - but not until after you pay them a $58+ membership fee d othey show their true colors - a female-oriented program, untailored for men, with finicky record-keeping and totally inappropriate menus. AND WHEN YOU CANCEL IN DISGUST, THEY TRY TO KEEP ALL BUT $5.95 OF THE AMOUNT CHARGED. As close to fraud as I've come across from a publicly listed company.
I was alerted that they program was being simplified IE. No free carbs anymore. I CALL SCAM! Basically they have taken my money, and said eat all the brown rice, quinoa and wheat pasta you want and you can still lose weight, but oh that didn't work so we are going to simplify it. Surprised KETO is coming after you because it is the exact same as KETO now--meat, veggies, fruit and a small allowance of everything else. I'm ok with the diet, just not ok that you took my money for 2 years while I struggled and now call it simplification--CALL IT WHAT IT IS ---A SCAM
I tried it and it didn't work for me, it's unbelievable that ww want to keep charging you every month for something that didn't work. I cancelled and they are still charging me, $23 a month, this is THEFT. STOP CHARGING MY ACCOUNT ALREADY! DONT USE YOUR BANK CARD PEOPLE, USE A GIFT CARD INSTEAD TO ENROLLED.
I got too much weight after I gave birth to the baby. I looked for a diet solution frantically, and found weightwatchers.com. Now I look as confident as before.
Waste of my time and money. There are cheaper/free weight loss apps out there - find one you like. Do not waste a monthly fee on this when there are so many free ones out there.
I have used Weight Watchers in the past and have found the program to be inexpensive compared to the other weight loss programs.

I love the new points plan! It has a ton of zero points foods. I'm never going to sleep on an empty stomach and I'm eating whatever I want. Eggs and chicken breast are zero. I had a delicious baked chicken breast at a restaurant with my family.
For Breakfast I eat eggs, toast no butter and 3/4 Greek vanilla yogurt for 5pts
For lunch I eat Chicken club sandwich but no cheese for 6pts
For dinner I eat fat free refried beans tacos and fat free sour cream for 6pts
For snacking I eat 2tbsp of croutons and a cheeseheads light for 3pts
That equals 20pts. At my weight the app told me I can have 27 daily pts and 28 in weeklies
I always go to bed with at least 4pts left over. It's amazing! Try it out. I've only been on this one month and I dropped a pants size. I won't post a picture because I'm not comfortable but I swear I am a real person. I don't go around writing reviews I avoid reviews and surveys but i had to write this. This program works!
By following this tool I've lost 30 pounds weight, I'm astonished by the results of this weight loss but still something this tool has to improve their design interface
