Ordered a chair but immediately cancelled after reading other reviews. Despite sending them fifteen e mails informing them it was cancelled and would be rejected if they tried to deliver they totally ignored my e mails. Got message from Yodel saying they would deliver on Sunday 15th October they didn't, however they delivered a badly damaged cardboard box to a neighbour who was unaware that I had cancelled the order. So BEWARE this company will take your money and give nothing back. The box has Chinese writing all over it so nothing of quality. Photo doesn't show worst damage. Weilai probably pronounced WE LIE

Spent £2144 on sofa and armchair. Sold as 100% real hide. Independent report says it's not 100% leather. Front panels yes, the rest is PVC.
They refused to refund (that was compliant under distance selling timeframes, but NOT Consumer Act - i.e. I'm entitled to have the product i ordered or a refund. When I asserted my statutory rights, they blocked my email.
Went to Section 75 credit card act, but the way they claim credit card payments is cleverly designed to disconnect the order from the transaction, so no recourse there. They removed my trustpilot review, and their account has now been removed from trustpilot and they mock up reviews. They were fake, which is why they were removed.
The sofa is OK. You can sit on it. But it's not what I ordered. Avoid like the plague! Now off to Which? To seek legal recourse, with low expectations now.

Weilai Concept have shown an incredibly unprofessional approach both with their slow and vague customer service and their significant delays in shipping products.

They told me after months of delays my delivery was to be expected on Saturday 6th August. When this didn't arrive, they then informed me that the product was still 'on the sea'. Very suspicious behaviour. I do not have confidence that my product will ever arrive. I have now requested a refund that has not been actioned to date.

My recommendation is not to purchase from this organisation.

Very quick delivery, packaged securely and easy to assemble, the quality is so much better than I imagined for the very realistic price. Great after sales information detailing how to keep furniture in good condition. Would highly recommend this furniture and company, couldn't be happier with my furniture.

Ordered a table almost 12 months ago and we're still waiting for it to arrive. After over 3 months one arrived that was not the style we ordered. It was returned, we were told they don't do the style we wanted anymore but could provide one similar. Months later we were told it had broken during shipping. No news since. Worst company I've ever encountered, if I could give them 0 stars I would.

The moment we stepped into Key Home Furnishings we knew we found the place to buy our bedroom set up. Everything we were looking for at a good deal. Janie Koopman was so helpful and made the process super easy. We also decided to have our furniture delivered and built, best decision, they were professional and fast. We will definitely be back!

Do not order a thing from this website. Orders 2 sofas 8 month ago. Sent the wrongs sofas twice and seconds sofas terrible quality not what is on there site. Now blocked my email.
Disgraceful company do not order

I have received my third order of furniture. Yet again I am thrilled with my goods. They are all in perfect order no scratches or damage. I cannot recommend this company enough. My only complaint is I wish I had more rooms left to furnish by them. I have no hesitation in using them again.Thanks

Based on the bad reviews I decided to cancel my order that I placed yesterday, however the option to cancel the order via the my account function does not work, as the site gives constant error messages when trying to set up the account.password recovery function does not work.
I have just contacted them via mail to cancel the order, will update, if I get a response.

Bought coffee table & TV stand. Only coffee table delivered and TV stand was cancelled. They have not returned the full money as they have found the issue with free gift item. Most unprofessional, no customer service and no regret of fulfilling the order. Total waste of time. Be aware as most orders shipped from abroad and not guarantee of delivery.

Me and my wife are really pleased with the furniture it is very solid and comfortable and the delivery was excellent and come sooner than expected I would recommend too everyone and I will definitely us them again.

I bought this dining table with 4 chairs and was really looking forward to receiving this. Online tracking was showing me ETA of 2 months so I emailed them, they are very slow to replying back and they give you a question to your question, not an answer.
Once I received the table I opened the package and found there was a big hole on one side of the table and there was a pin bolt to hold the table up once extended, they clearly show on the photos it shouldn't be this bolt and should be a locking system.
I emailed them constantly and was given a choice to return the table and be charged £90 because the polystyrene packing wasn't intact as delivered, this is inevitable to get damaged slightly or keep the table with only £100 refund. They get the furniture from China and do not quality check before sending to the customers.
Please avoid this company.
