I opted for the three-seater version of the ComfyHome Deluxe Sofa, and it fits perfectly in my living room. The dimensions are just right – not too bulky and not too small. Bought a shell chair. Came with no assembly instructions. Asked customer service to email instructions, their response was "put the pieces together and screw it". This is not a conventional chair. It's only 3 legs with very unusual shape. Even the screws were too long to screw into the sections without damaging it. I had to hacksaw the screws to shorten them. The whole time all Weilai concept did was ask for endless photos. Eventually I ended up making it but in process caused slight damage to one piece due to screw length. When I complained again, I was told to repack it all (in packaging I had binned), and the packaging had to be original one it was sent in inc all protective foam. They knew I had already binned the packaging. Refused any tangible help, or compensation or part refund. Also refused to send me a replacement part that was damaged through no fault of my own. This company very poor customer service, and very unhelpful support department.

Ordered 2 chairs as decoration for the new house. They are comfortable and match my home. And the communication with Weilai was also very smooth! Would recommend.

Apalling company, advertising products as 'in stock' and then giving multiple excuses for 10 week delays.
Ordered 4 chairs, delivered in 2 batches. 2 sets of legs are missing and they are refusing to resolve.
If you have similar problems, I suggest you contact Trading Standards (who are already aware), request chargeback from your bank AND send details of your experience to the BBC pro gramme Rip Off Britain to investigate as they need to be exposed.

I bought a sofa, the delivery time says about 4-6 weeks, I get a message that waiting time actually is 8-9 weeks. So I change the sofa, on their website again it says available in 2 day! This is not true again! The waiting time is 9 weeks again!

This company is SCAM, did not receive the sofa and can not get any money back, for months, customer service just not replying. Trying to escalate via Trading Standards, do not know if will be able to get anythign back. Stay away from this company!

I bought an armchair that was visually Orange in photos and when it arrived it was red like Santa Claus. I ask for a return it took them 5 months and 50 emails to give me back my money. I also had to state my right as a UK customer and threaten them to go to court (which I was gladly going to do). There is no follow up you have to harass them week after week until they give up and do the right things. They definitely count on people not knowing their rights and being too lazy to protest.

To add to it, I also, unfortunately, bought a table at the same time as the armchair and the quality is so poor for the price and one leg was broken. I asked to have a replacement... it was 5 months ago. Still waiting for it, I send an email and "it was lost in the UK". Nobody told me anything about it, I had to ask. And I am still waiting for it (Honestly I can dream it will never be delivered).

Customer service is poor, this is a bad company that is trying to sell expensive items with zero quality. This is definitely the worse experience I ever had. Don't buy it is a scam.
