When they make threats to withhold refund

I made a complaint to PayPal and was refunded full amount including postage. The company continued to bombard me with threats that if I don't withdraw complaint no refund will be issued. Ignore this and let PayPal deal with it. Keep your return postage tracking number to prove items returned. Ignore the threats from the company.
