The scammers using bait and switch to hook you to buy and pay with Paypal and latter sent bogus UPS tracking number that shown item have been delivered and get paid from Paypal. You can not dispute with Paypal because you don't have any proof that is a bogus tracking number, so the scammer got your money, Paypal got paid with service fee, and you got nothing. Beware of this website
