This is my first purchase from this site and I love it! The size and price of the keyboard was exceptional. The customer service is helpful and prompt. They even checked on my delivery for me. The quality of the keyboard is as expected as well.

The prices online are by far the cheapest around. There's also a wide range of products to choose from.

This being my first mechanical keyboard - it exceeded my expectations. Delivery was fast which is very appreciated. It came very well packaged with a bunch of soft foam around it. The keyboard is beautiful, heavy and has English instructions. I'm already thinking of purchasing my second one and will definitely shop with WhatGeek again.

Note that this is my first impressions on the mouse, so I don't know how it works in the long term, but it seems to be very high quality, which makes me think that will last a long time (and I hope it does because it's an amazing product).
The mouse is amazing! I really love the retro look it has. It's very comfortable, customizable, and works smoothly too. Also, one of the reasons I bought it, besides the whole look, it's because it has a visor showing the battery level, DPI, and which channel it's connected. AND it has an internal built in battery, so I don't need to buy batteries when this one runs out, I can just charge it.
I'd say is one of the best budget mice in the market.

The experience was amazing besides the fact that it eneded up costing me double. But i guess its cause i live so far away. The product itself is amazing. The keyboard sounds, looks and feels amazing. So i would say it was worth it.

The product arrived in good shape. The biggest problem was the shipping process, From when I made the order and the time the goods were actually shipped by the vendor took more than a week, in which time I didn't have any information if my order was processing or not.

100% legit business. Sold me a Miyoo Mini Plus for $53 and shipped it free to my door. I will not complain about shipping times. Cleared customs in China and US and WhatGeek was nice enough to give accurate tracking info that kept me updated the whole time. They have a bunch of good looking products. I'm sure I will be getting a keyboard from them SOON. Thank you very much.

Why are you asking me to rate your company and product when I haven't even recieved a tracking number? Am I being scammed? I ordered 11 days ago, customer service told me 7 days was the timeframe for anything other than ready to ship items. What is going on?

Bought as gift, recipient is over the moon. Long delivery time, but it does say this in the delivery policy so this met my expectations. High quality product and packaging.

I asked for a rough idea when item would be dispatched. Received reply in Chinese which I couldn't read, but item was dispatched next day.

‎‏I really liked it, but if the letters on the keycaps were transparent, it would be better so that the letters can be seen through the lighting so It will become clear when the room is dimly lit. Also the gif on the screen seems a little slower, but in general, I liked the experience and I will buy again one day.

My retro handheld arrived with a dead vertical line going straight across the centre of the screen. I reached out to the customer support team and within a few weeks, they send me a replacement unit for the damaged screen. Glad to see WhatGeek stand behind the products they sell.

It's been seven days since I ordered the keyboard and whatgeek still haven't shipped it. Now they sent me a "rate your experience" email.
I looked up whatgeek reviews online after ordering and now I'm scared that I won't get the keyboard at all.

WhatGeek took a long time to respond to my emails and thus I had thought I had gotten scammed. Alas, I had not, but still.

Keyboard is solid with a lovely sound when combined with the gateron oil kings.
I have noticed the case is curved, I suspect this is not part of the design and more a manufacturing defect but doesn't cause any issues usage.

Received my Keycaps - the boxes were a bit smushed but I guess that's to be expected since the package had to travel from China. Aside from that everything came with no problem
Love the keycaps <3 can't wait to try them out on my keyboard.

I ordered the LoFree Flow from WhatGeek. I must say that my package came to my door very well packaged and within 7 days from ordering. I emailed their customer service several times because DHL was slow in issuing a tracking number and a representative always responded within hours. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and would definitely order from WhatGeek again!

I received my package fast and I was pleased at how they inform you about the updates to the package. The only thing I noticed is that the processing of your order takes time. However, when they shipped the package it arrived fast.
