The product arrived fast and works well. However, it is supposed to have an IPX7 rating but the rubber lid that covers the USB-C and aux ports is loose and the IPX7 rating was the main reason why I purchased this speaker.
When I contacted customer support I was told that the IPX7 rating was just meant to protect the device against some moisture and that was the end of it.
I didn't get any solution to my problem.
Because it was one of the few stores that carry the speaker I was looking for and at a competitive price.
Because it has the features I was looking for, especially the IPX7 rating.

Overall smooth ordering but the tracking system doesn't provide last mile tracking even when the label is prepared.
I had to contact them to get an update on my order after a week post order date.

Site indicated shipment will be dispatch within 7 days, my order is over 10 days and no email received for any update. If shipment will be delay, should have at least send a notification to customer.

I ordered a keyboard kit and keycaps for my boyfriend for Christmas. In the description of the keyboard kit it said "equipped with high-quality Gateron G Pro mechanical switches", so I assumed it came with switches. It does not come with switches. It took this company a whole week to get back to me to tell me they actually didn't have the keycaps I had originally ordered so I had to pick new ones. It then took them a whole next week to actually ship the order. I placed my order December 10th and received it January 8th. I also paid for shipping so it would get here faster (5-15 days) potentially in time for Christmas.
It took them way too long to contact me about something I ordered that they didn’t have in stock when online it said it was in stock.
I saw someone had ordered from this company off of Reddit.
It was something my boyfriend wanted.

Delivery went quite fast, I received everything, but boxes were a bit damaged. I made a mistake in my adress but they were able to fix that.
It took some time, but solved my problem.

I wish WishGeek was more up front and open about how they ship from China. I'm aware I could've paid to have it ship quicker, but I assumed it was in America and shouldn't take more than a few days. If I knew it was coming from China, I would've paid the additional fee. But I didn't realize it was coming from China until I was tracking the shipping.

I used these Feker switches to build out an Epomaker x Feker Galaxy 80 barebones keyboard (keeping all the foam) along with Black on White key caps from Mintkeys to get a perfect, marbley sound.
