The num keypad and the up arrow don't function. We have reached to customer service but they don't reply.
Horrible experience. No reply and when they reply, they are not aware of the issue and don’t do anything about it.

To ship it back would have been over $30, they do not pay for return shipping. Since the mouse was $45 it wasn't worth paying the shipping to return the mouse.

Would not order again. Bought a keyboard and the left stand kickbar was not attached. They had a key from a totally different layout in the bag, which was useless. Not really a great product ether.

Most things on WhatGeek can be found at other retailers for a fraction of the cost. They use the same shipper as a lot of other China-based retailers, but it's always a lot slower.

Out of the box, the keyboard has extremely well-tuned stabilizers with little to no rattle, it also comes with a good quality polycarbonate plate which emphasizes the thockiness of the keyboard.
I erroneously picked the wrong colour and tried messaging via the website, and via the whatgeek discord, but they took really long to reply and by the time I got a response the parcel was already sent out so it was not possible to change the colour.

I recently purchased two ANBERNIC RG35XX consoles from WhatGeek, and my overall experience was a bit of a rollercoaster. While I faced some challenges, customer service ultimately won me over.
Firstly, the ordering process was not as smooth as expected. There was a delay in shipping, which was a bit of a hassle as I eagerly anticipated the consoles' arrival. However, once they finally arrived, one of them was not functioning properly.
The real test of a company's service comes when issues arise, and in this case, WhatGeek's customer service team truly shone. Despite the initial frustration of having a defective console, the process of getting a replacement was handled efficiently. They promptly responded to my emails, and after some back-and-forth, they agreed to replace the malfunctioning unit.
While the back-and-forth communication did add some extra stress to the overall experience, I appreciate the dedication of the customer service team in ensuring customer satisfaction. In the end, they delivered on their promise and sent me a new console that works perfectly.
Considering the initial hiccups and the need for replacement, I debated whether to give a lower rating. However, the excellent customer service and issue resolution deserve recognition. Hence, I've decided to give WhatGeek a solid 5-star rating. The ANBERNIC RG35XX is a fantastic console, and with the assurance of reliable customer support, I would still recommend WhatGeek for gaming enthusiasts.
