Awful.
Buying from a UK company and the product came from China.
False advertising.
I asked why it didn't ship from the UK as advertised.
Only response i got was it's on it's way.
Quick delivery.
But had to wait 2 weeks.
Retro games.

Great build quality, software is decent but not for beginners. Hoped that the software was easier but after alot of research i got most of the functionality that i need working. Not all unfortunately, but almost all. Love that it has 9 layers, nice rgb (although I set it to low rgb setup), nice switches, knobs and keycaps.
Simple macros can be configured using the "any" command under the "special" tab. (Simple like control + Z or control+shift+Z) need to follow the correct format e.g C(KC_Z) or C(S(KC_Z))
No manual in the box. But you can find alot of info online on youtube and reddit.
Couldnt set the knobs to so some functions like setting layer change using the rotary encoder. For some reason it keeps registering random keys like "U" or "O" instead of "TO(3)" or "TO(2)". (I tried VIA and a redditor tried Vial, both same issue)
Lack of turn off button can be a turn off for most people, coz if you put it in a backpack, battery can drain. But standby mode is fairly well if non of the keys were pressed.
Couldnt get delayed macros working on this model, same for some people on reddit.
Otherwise I recommend it, if you know what you need and research if it is doable on or not. If you need multi-layer macro pad, with simple key-mapping or simple macros (two-three key functions like CMD+C or CTRL+ALT+DEL) then this is your macropad. You need to look up KC configurations for modifiers and KC_keys to get going.
For durability, Time will tell how it holds up but yeah so far so good, pretty solid so far.
Reliability and reviews.
Based on my need.

Researching and pro/cons listing all the aspects of my first Hot swappable Keyboard, only to end up all over the web finding all the parts in multiple stores and countries was holding me back from getting started. I found WhatGeek by accident and I'm so glad I did. They had everything I was looking for, all in one place, and at great prices! I bought the Ajazz summer keyboard with the number pad, red switches, and the PIIFOX CKC-02 Pink Oil Painting Side-printed OEM Profile Keycap Set. It is AMAZING! Package came in so quickly, and there was no damage as everything was packed beautifully. I can't wait to get my next cap set or try new switches to get that perfect sound and feel.

Everything was quick and easy. My only problem was that it took too long to deliver. The shipper took too long to deliver to usps.

Lowest price
Great ordering and delivery experience
Great support however my order was registered using my PayPal address when i use a different address and couldn’t change this later. Would be good to all which email address to use against the order instead of defaulting to PayPal as there is no prompt asking for it before hands as part of the order process.
