It was a clean delivery, no delays or any sort of block from me getting my item.
Cause it was the cheapest priced keyboard i needed for my needs

I bought a mouse based on its looks. I searched an image i found of it, i found the brand. Some new chinese brand that apparently makes quality mechanical keyboards. Nobody stocks the mouse and it seems quite rare. Some scalper wanted 100£ on ebay for it while i could have bought it for 60£ delivered from amazon us shipped to uk. Whatgeek sold it for 34£ delivered. It came within a few days. I was skeptical at first, due to the low price and the unknown site. The mouse is absolutely gorgeous in its ugliness. It looks like someone ripped a corner out of an old 80s keyboard and made a mouse out of it worked out. Happy with the purchase and delivery speed. I wish whatgeek well. To many more happy orders.
Weird looks

First keyboard sent was faulty. Dealing with WhatGeek was difficult due to what felt like AI generated responses to my problem. I did not think I was going to get resolution therefore wrote a poor review. I was then contacted and the problem was resolved. A new keyboard was sent free of charge. New item works well.
Initial contact was terrible. Felt like AI responses. I finally was provided resolution after many emails.
No other company supplied this particular mechanical keyboard.

Was hesitant to buy from a sight that I haven't heard from in this "post-Wish" era but I took a gamble as the RG35XX+ was much more expensive on "known" sites.
The initial "silence" was concerning but that quickly changed and I approached the live tracking (which promptly ended once it arrived in the UK)
Everywhere else either had shocking delivery charges or overly inflated prices. WhatGeek offered the actual price and reasonable shipping.
I wanted a more nostalgic handheld for playing GB/C/A games and something I was comfortable just "throwing in a bag" after my RP2S launched its analogue stick caps into low earth orbit when I put it in my pocket.
The rg35xx+ hit all the markers.

Quick turn around on the order, even using the free shipping
Prefer a UK/GBP purchase over ordering from abroad
Lots of research around android emulators. The RGCube seemed to be perfect

I bought a lofree touch PBT wireless mouse it works amazing and use it for everyday Autocad use as well as gaming. I love the mouse now the customer service on the other hand was bad. I reached out multiple times as the shipping time took much longer then the estimated shipping time and each time I reached out I never heard a response back. Phone call or email never received anything until one day the mouse appeared about 2 weeks late.

I've take. Two stars off the top line score because my experience was very positive until you ambushed me with a survey. I'm often happy to do surveys if -asked-. It's rude to lure me here with a "please let us know if arrived" link which turns into an unannounced and unsolicited 5 minute survey. Dont do it. It's rude.

The device is tiny. It's not that a small mouse doesn't have its place on the market, but given it's much smaller than average, it could have been helpful to have product photos with other things for reference to show the size. The delivery experience was really bad on the Canadian side. The delivery partner you chose is very unprofessional.

The handheld is great. It's a good size and price for what you are getting. It came with plenty of games preloaded and the fact your can remove the SD card and add more is great too. There are some stuttering issues on psp games and some games run at about 20/30 fps in one or two games, but in the vast majority, there is minor stuttering of one or two frames. Shipping was quick and I was able to track the parcel for the entire journey.
It was recommend on a review video
I wanted something I could play while my partner played on his PC when visiting him.

I would say 5/5 experience IF the shipping was ever able to give me an estimate of delivery.
I was waiting right up to the day it arrived to get some kind of estimation or update but to no avail.
Otherwise though, they were careful and caring with the delivery, great delivery driver through UniUni. Would recommend if you want one of these products and don't mind waiting a little extra compared to other services. However, it is international and you have to be fair when reviewing.
Wanted a better deal, and reliable service
Seemed like a good addition to my tech bag, for retro gaming (RH35XXH)

Ordered a retro games console from Whatgeek. Fast delivery, one week to arrive in UK.
The console is a solid piece of kit and nearly all the games load and work. Brings back great memories of playing in the arcades as a kid.
Would definitely use them again.
Chose Whatgeek as the reviews seemed good

Keyboard is very nice quality made from metal with nice sounding keys bit hard to see at night and sometimes has connection issues and you need to press fn + r to reconnect each time you turn your computer on.

Item was damaged in transit, WhatGeek customer service hasn't replied to multiple emails. Still waiting… After receiving my order I looked up reviews and noticed a lot of other people had the same problems with their customer service. Hopefully they get it together.

I'm so happy with the keyboard and other accessories I got. Even better in person! However I did wait about a month just to get a tracking number so I was getting antsy about waiting, but I would say it was well worth it! Just wish the FAQ on shipping said that shipping does take much longer, but that's okay
Tiktok ad and nice variety of products!

Bought a slightly larger pack of switches than needed, recommend doing the same for others since (so far) 3-4 of the switches were DoA.
Other than those few ones, great performance - good linears with decent factory lubing, and the LED diffusers are of nice quality.

I have tried on a numerous occasions to get in touch with your customer service and blogged off here and there by sending videos and you say in your gut back to me and look into it and nothing has been done absolutely a render us
Tried on several occasions to sort this problem out via email and I am still not at a proper reply of what will be done about this control only working for such a short period
Will not be shopping with you again as I am not happy with this at all my son only used this a few times and now it's going to cost me again to get her another one as you keep messing him about
At the time it was the control that my son wanted for his Xbox

Reached out several times for an update on the product tracking or delivery status and I never received any response back. I did receive the product a couple weeks ago and it's kinda working.
No one ever reached out
I had to in order to purchase the item I wanted

The keys are a little funky but the typing experience was good. Gaming on it felt comfortable.
The software will take a bit of time to get my head around but that's ok.
Overall a good keyboard with time and effort needed in the many customisation options available.
Did not get a response. But found the answer on their website.
I like the look and the reviews for mainly positive.

This is my first mechanical keyboard, and I'm thrilled! It's cute and came quickly, packaged with care. I can't stop typing on it like I'm literally so excited to jump on and type documents now
I saw the keyboard I wanted on TikTok and decided to give it a try
The sounds. They scratch my brain

The item arrived and within 3 days the screen became faulty and almost unreadable. It took several attempts to get a response from the customer service, and they responded twice and not followed up to resolve the issue for over two weeks. The issue is still not resolved.
