I received a fantastic product at a great price. My only small complaint was shipping speed which took FOREVER. Ordered in November and product wasn't received until January despite being intended as a Christmas gift. However now that I know this I would still probably order from you guys again.

Placed an order for a keyboard on September 27th. I messaged support on October 8th as I was confused why I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number. They they messages me back simply saying " Hi,your order was sent out and the tracking number is…". But the tracking number that was given does not have any associated shipment on the shipping company's website!
WhatGeek's shipping policy estimates 7-20 business days for shipping and I t has been 12 so far. I am questioning the validity of this site, and am prepared to charge back my card if the order does not arrive within the estimated time frame.

The customer service ignores your requests, lies with the shipping data. You pay a shipping service to receive the package in 3-5 business days and it takes more than 2 weeks to arrive, customer service lied about the shipping data.
Good and nice product.

I ordered a Miyoo Mini plus as a gift for my brother. It was a little slow to ship at first, but coming from overseas this was understandable. I voiced my concern and WhatGeek reached back out to me and gave me loads of information about the tracking of my device. They also made sure to reach back out again after I received it. Love that!
I reached out to them after there was no update on my order for over a week. It took a couple days, but they did reach back out at supplied me with loads of info and tracking information.
Good on them for keeping tabs on their concerned customers.
I love retro gaming.

Feel of keys, fit and finish of keyboard are wonderful.
Choice of font on the keys is very pleasing.
The back light of the keyboard is useless.
The lack of separation between arrow keys, numpad and alpha keys makes telling them apart difficult.
There should be a way to invert the functionality of the fn keys. Aka, make the media function the primary or secondary function of the key.
No angle adjustment.
Lack of win key on both sides of keyboard was an oversight.
I liked the look of the product and the price on whatgeek was the best.
Reviews were favorable, I liked the esthetic and I wanted to try a keyboard that wasn't made by logitech. Their durability is very bad.

While I have no complaint about the product and the delivery time, my query after the purchase was never answered.
I never got a reply.
Reasonable price

I tried reaching out to you guys a few times about an issue I was having but no one ever replied. I had to get help from YouTube and Facebook groups.
They never replied or contacted me back. Had you figure out my problem with help from YouTube and Facebook.
Though that they would be more helpful if I had an issue but they were not.

I ordered a monsgeek M1W off of their website. Not only did they have the best price available but they also had a coupon for money off the sale price. They shipping took a bit longer, but my product was sourced from another country so that makes sense.

A heavenly combo! I ordered both the switches and keyboard from WhatGeek, and they truly delivered. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour leobog at first, and the support team easily made the switch for me. They also updated me on the status of my order which I highly appreciate. I definitely recommend!

I was looking to get an emulator device so I could play GBA titles and several pokemon rom hacks. I decided on the miyoo mini+ as i have heard great things about it. This device was an amazing thing for only $60. For those purchasing this though, i do need to recommend some things. Purchase a reputable SD card and toss out the one that this comes with, the roms are shaky, the stock OS is horrible, and the SD card itself is a cheap card that is going to likely fail you. Once you add your own roms and install Onion OS on this bad boy, it turns into a retro gaming beast!
Product had not yet been delivered and the representative had assisted me on information about where it was and how to actively track it.

Pathetic experience.
The keyboard does not work, and whatgeek customer service is so poor, they keep asking to upload videos, I did once, and they want more videos.
They are not able to fix the problem, its been weeks.
I will stay away from this company.
I will likely do credit card dispute.

My purchase stated online that it would be delivered by August 11. I never received it on the 11th, and sent many emails trying to determine whether it would at least be received by my son's birthday. It wasn't received on his birthday either, so I requested a cancellation. After my cancellation request, they shipped it out anyway. I paid $170 for this product and they are telling me that they cannot cancel it, but they would give me a five dollar refund. This is insane. So sad for my son on his birthday.

It's been almost a week and I haven't heard anything. It hasn't even shipped yet and it is not a preorder item. Some people mentioned that I shouldn't order from the site because they thought it was a scam and now I'm considering that they're right.

It was my first time ordering from WhatGeek but it surely won't be the last time.
Keyboard I ordered was greatly priced and great quality. Shipping speed was decent and I was able to track my order without any issues.

I do not know how to describe why, but plugging the keyboard makes my computer to have sttutering issues during gaming. When I disconnect the keyboard the performance comes back to normal.
Totally disappointed for the product.
