Ordered the AK832 Pro, Red Linear and it's amazing. The box it came in was a bit soggy, but the keyboard was safe, and all parts are working. The tracking wasn't getting updated, but the WhatGeek always provided the updated tracking when I asked them for it.

The controller I bought worked great and is what I needed. Although delivery came around 5 days late which was annoying since I was out of the country at the time
I asked what's the delay with delivery and they just said it's an external shipping service.

I waited so long for my ANBERNIC RG35XX Plus. The L1 and L2 buttons were not working, and the up-down button got stuck in the down position. Big disappointment, I was so mad did not want to contact customer service.
Because I had a previous version of the Anbernic portable console and had a great experience with it, I purchased it elsewhere.

Everything is good but the shipping experience was not so great, bad tracking site with no indication of ETA, slow than expected but it finally came in after 13 days.
Took a day to respond and told me simple instructions that is unhelpful to my concerning situation. The phone number does not work neither does the shipping company phone work.

Which means you might incur in import fees. This is not evident while purchasing and it should be

Everything was good. Shipping was good considering it came from China. Product was of good quality. I thought the knobs could have been a bit more solid (there was a bit of wiggle to them) but overall I'm really impressed with it's construction and how sturdy the unit it.
This isn't necessarily an issue, but because it was made after 2022, VIA wouldn't recognize the.json file and I had to flash a new firmware to it (Megalodon 16 Triple Knob). Which was a bit confusing for me. KeebMonkey Wiki had a guide for doing this (home / guides / kb16update) and I followed it and then downloaded and used the latest version of VIA (3.0.0)... and it worked! So it wasn't just plug and play... but if you can get past that, it is an amazing and powerful tool to help with your work flow. I highly reccomend it!
