WhatGeek has been reported to offer discounts, coupons, or other compensation in exchange for reviews. This has been shown to lead to biased or misleading reviews.
WhatGeek were offering the item(s) I wanted at a great price and despite some mixed reviews online, I opted to give them a go. Everything arrived on time and without any fuss. Will definitely be using them again and would happily recommend them to others.
Best price on item I wanted.

Thanks guys! This keyboard is for my daughter and she are very happy with it.
My daughter makes a choice! She knows what is the best.
Really my daughter makes the selection.

They sent me a keyboard where some keys are not working. I reached out to them and they still haven't responded to me through email and Instagram. They have collars with influencers all the time, but can't even respond to a customer.

I took a chance to order from WhatGeek, and I am ecstatic to see the fantastic quality of everything. I will be ordering again.
Had the best deal for the product I wanted.
I love the aesthetic of everything, and the keyboard sounds terrific.

Fast delivery, within the 15 days stated with regular updates. Being able to sign up for email updates was also a bonus. Company was very quick and helpful in replying to email communications when I sent a query about customs.
Read a few reviews, some on Reddit and decided to use WhatGeek over a number of other places. Experience was great and would use again.
Weighed up the pros and cons between the RG556 and the Retroid pocket 4 and decided that the RG556 was more suited towards my requirements. Form factor, OLED screen and decent performance for the price range. Having had the product for 3 - 4 weeks now I can say I'm more than happy with the purchase.

Got a hot swappable keyboard. The plate was clearly not new as I could see holes on it of a previous switch plug in attempt. Also seems like the board is not properly installed cause the switches doesn't fit well.
Just for the price of a specific deal

I ordered a Feker Galaxy 80 Aluminium Wired Kit. Everything came in fast (despite ordering with free shipping), wrapped in a lot of layers of foam (for protection) and without any damage. The keyboard works as intended and the price for the kit was really nice.

The Product was exactly as described and high quality so no complaints there. The delivery times were not well advertised. Nor is the fact that it would be sent from China. I paid for priority processing and it still took 16 days a fact I was unaware of when ordering.
They had the product I wanted.

It took a while for the products to ship, but once they had they arrived very quickly and I'm very happy with my items
Best price for the products I wanted
I wanted a full mechanical keyboard with a gasket structure and multimedia buttons, specifically with pause, play, forward and rewind buttons as i constantly listen to music and dont want to need to open another window to change my music. This was one of the few keyboards that actually had everything i desired for a reasonable price
The switches i needed cause i wanted the mirandi switches for an extra creamy sound
And the mouse was an impulse purchase after it was recommended to me, and I’m really happy with it as well

Device is excellent, however the SDcard stopped working with a hour. So buy but only if you plan on installing the onion OS and finding your own Roms etc. Still I did plan this anyway but more than hour would have been nice. Overall good. Thanks

I bought a Lofree Touch mouse from WhatGeek. Buying from them was pretty painless. Even more so since I was able to use a discount code from their website. Free shipping for UK buyers was also a pretty good bonus on top of all that.
The only thing that I can really complain about is that the mouse buttons can sound a bit squeaky, which can get annoying at times.
I used WhatGeek as they had the cheapest price for the “Lofree Touch” mouse.
I needed a new mouse as my previous one was kind of broken, so I decided to choose something that I quite liked the look of due to its retro-futuristic styling and which I had also been planning to get for a while.

Excuse my ignorance as I was not aware of the shipping time. Other than that very impressed: great products, better prices & surprisingly responsive customer support.
Answered my questions promptly and politely.

Ordered online for probably the best price on the web I could find. It arrived within a few days and I was expecting a few weeks. The item works fine and all the games work fine on it. I would suggest perhaps a few instructions on how to add images to thumbnails if you wish to add your own ROMS (provided the game is owned by yourself already).
Smooth experience with a great price. Cannot complain at all thank you
I did research and read reviews they all seemed positive. After looking around I was happy with the price and the legitimacy of the site. Would definitely recommend and use again
I wanted an all around emulator up to PS2 level. The item was loaded already and responsive and has had no issues yet. Very happy

The DOIO macro pad is a handy tool for simplifying repetitive actions. However, it's a shame that the 9-layer model still only has room for 16 programmable macros.
I chose to buy through WhatGeek because it offered a decent returns policy for those products, which most other pages do not.
To boost productivity in everyday repetitive tasks, I thought that having the 2nd revision with more layers would also allow for storing more macros.

Hello.
I was surprised to receive my order, because no info on your website that it was sent. I tought I will never receive it. An e-mail saying that my order is shipped could be a good idea.
Have a good day.

The company responded fast with my question and the delivery of my RG Cube was fast and at a brilliant price. Would defo continue using Whatgeek
RG cube when first released had screen issue, I wanted to contact customer service to ask them to make sure they send me a RG Cube that didn't have these defects. They replied saying they are aware of the issue and said their products will be thoroughly checked before dispatch. Brilliant.

I purchased a keyboard through what geek, and everything was fine. Fairly quick delivery, nicely packed, worked right out of box. HOWEVER. After purchasing it i experienced a family emergency and suddenly the money I had dropped on this keyboard was putting me in an unnecessary bind, so I sent a request for a refund, only maybe 13 days had passed since it was delivered. Received no response. Waited a few more days and sent another return request, still no response. So now 30 days have passed and I'm outside of the return window and I'm very disappointed in how it was handled. Still have not heard from anyone.
Tip for consumers:
They didnt respond to my return request.

The RGB30 broke with in the first hour from a small drop the battery was lose inside and ripped out the battery wires. I had to get it repaired, works fine now but has issues with charging very quirky machine. Having fun with it and I updated the os to ark os.
Seemed to be the cheapest place
I wanted to play gameboy games again.
